Meet the Business Owner

Patricia G.

Business Owner

Patrycja, (pronounced «Patricia») is of Polish decent. Her dad Andjez, (pronounced Andrew) came to this country in 1990 with the intentions of making a better life for his daughter here in America. When Patrycja turned 14, she worked as a waitress in a popular food service chain restaurant and by age 19 she became the store manager. Throughout high school and college, she continued to work in the food industry taking on various roles but always had a passion for maintaining high standard of service in front of house. While working her way through college, Patrycja went on to attain her BA in psychology in 2010. No matter where life has taken them, she and her dad always talked and dreamed of one day opening their own restaurant. This dream is finally coming true with the opening of The Phunky Elephant.
