Bad customer service and overpriced. All the staff here have an attitude problem. Will not return.

With its poor reviews and things I’ve heard my friends and family kept me away. I went there for the first time with my friend since its near her house. It was not as bad as I thought. The staff were friendly and the place was pretty nice & clean. The only thing was the entrance; it was hard to locate and it looked like they were closed. The snacks & drinks taste different my the other Lollicup but it was still good. Sometimes you just have to go see and try things for yourself to know if you like it or not.

Drinks are actually expensive compare to the original lollicup… If you want a drink that’s worth your price, go to the actual lollicup on March Lane.

Drinks were Über gross. Ordered a lavender milk tea Thai milk tea and sea salt coffee. The coffee tasted burnt and like it has been sitting out all day. The coffee jelly had no coffee flavor just cubes of plain gelatin. My Thai tea should just be called orange milk with a sliver of tea. It was gross. Lavender same thing just pure milk but overly sweet. Boba was good but not sweetened. I regret going here and I’m sure my stomach will too in a few hours. Save yourself! You have been warned

Every single time I’m here, minute I walk in I feel uneasy. Something about the service here just throws people off. Owner is always moody and seems like he’s forced to help me. No greetings. No thanks or you’re welcomes. You come in, you order and you leave. Lol. That’s the vibe I get from the Owner all the time. Even when I say thanks for the drinks, silence. Anyway. I normally don’t do this but today, I ordered two chicken wings order. One mild and one regular. Both box undercook. My wings were pink on the inside. I can’t believe I didn’t notice this til my second wing. I thought wth? I need to call and let him know. So I called. Told owner. He goes it’s not raw because we cook it on a timer. I told him it’s pink on the inside. He said it’s not. If you want it more cook, bring it back and we can cook it a little bit more for you. Like wth, are you serious? Taking my wings back over there just to see what dude has to say then. SMH.

I Would Never Recommend This Place To Anyone I Know, Because During My Visit There I Had Ordered A Deep Fried Calamari And The Spice Level To Be Mild Not Too Spicy And A White Chocolate Mocha Blast With Boba and No Whip Cream. What I Got Back Was A Salty Deep Fried Calamari With Lots Of Chili Powder Which Filled About An Inch Thick From The Bottom Up And Received A Regular Mocha With«Whip Cream» No Boba! I Had Mentioned To The Guy That This Wasn’t What I Asked For And He Didn’t Say Anything, Pretended like He Didn’t Know What Was Wrong. What The F*ck Is Their Problem! Waste Of My Time And Money. *Worst Customer Service *Guy Had An Attitude Problem Like He Was On His Period. *I Feel Bad For Those Who May Have Gone Through The Same Problems. *Wish There Was A Rating Lower Than A «1» Star. *I Love The One On MARCHLANE! GOTHEREINSTEAD! ~NEVERCOMINGBACKAGAIN~ DEUCES!

I had the teriyaki chicken wings. I give it a one star. When I ordered they said the wings would take 10 minutes The wings took 15 minutes. The wings did have good flavor but I didnt like the texture of the wings and didn’t taste as fresh as I like them to be. I have to say it’s not the best wings I’ve ever had but the wings were ok. When I walked into the restaurant. I had to hold my breath. It really stinks in there. A restaurant should smell fresh and clean and the only smells coming from the restaurant should be the smell of fresh food cooking. It smells like dirty mop water and like dead dryed up rodents. I can’t stand the smell. The restaurant owners need to clean it up in there and make it smell good. Because it smells aweful. Blaaa. The smell is enough to make anyone lose their appetite. I can’t see how anyone can sit in there with it smelling so bad. PUKE.

**PSA** Dear Stocktonians, This isn’t a legit lollicup. It’s not even recognized as a branch on the official Lollicup website PLUS their drinks aren’t up to par with the REALLOLLICUP on march! I repeat THISISNOT A LEGITLOLLIUP! They stole the name! ^_^ That is all.

I can see why the negative reviews continue to grow within this establishment. 1). Milk Tea didn’t taste like Tea, water down. 2). Very strong personality from cashier 3). Pricer than most places Why I went here? 1). Closer than the one on March Lane 2). Wanted them to prove me wrong from all these negative reviews Good luck!

Customer service sucks. The cashier was very rude. I was simply asking her questions about the coffees they served and she had attitude. Being that it was my first time trying that place I had questions. Guess I’ll never know how their coffee taste because I won’t give my hard earned money to people that don’t respect me as a customer.

Being from the Bay Area, where there is a plethora of milk tea choices, this place doesn’t even compare to the lower ranking establishments at home… it’s worse. And I didn’t think that was possible. The location isn’t located in the best area, but hey, you gotta do watcha gotta do to fulfill those chicken cravings. My friend and I walked in and noticed 1) the selection was VERY limited, 2) the place was like a ghost town, and 3) the place was different from the other lollicup down the street. I quickly realized that this place ISNOT apart of the original lollicup franchise. The guy behind the counter was very unhelpful; when someone asks for recommendations or opinions, you DONOT downplay their concerns, and even their intellect, by responding in such an obnoxiously arrogant manner. I’ve been to countless milk tea places in my life; when a flavor is located under TEALATTE, how are we supposed to know that it could be made as a MILKTEA as well? He then proceeds to explain to us that they are able to use one flavor and make it into any drink — if that is the case, please update your menu to do so. Having it categorized in the way that it does is misleading. Businesses are able to keep up and running because of the returning customers. Customer service plays a huge part in this — when my friend wanted to order a new drink because we didn’t know that a tea latte was able to be made as a milk tea, they refused… understandable, I get that a small business like this(that’s not making that much revenue, let’s be real) wants to make every dime that they can get, but what’s an extra 16oz of water and powder to them, in the grand scheme of things? Disappointing. Especially when we didn’t even receive our drinks yet. So, I bought a new drink and the total came out to $ 5 and some change… for a mediocre drink. PLUS an extra 75 cents for charges under $ 10…really? This place is LITERALLY trying to make every dime that they can get. Oh…they serve alcoholic drinks here as well. I don’t know how well those taste, though. You’re better off at the Ave if you’re looking for a good time. I still don’t know how this place is still in business. The bitterness from the experience overpowers the taste of my food. And that says a lot.

I think this not the original lullicup experience. We walked into the wrong store but we ordered anyways. I got a honeydew milk tea and my gf got a regular milk tea. It turned out the tea were store bought and did not taste fresh. The boba and grass jelly was not fresh and texture was horrible. I did not know that this place exist. My gf have a stomach ache but I was fine. Anyways please do not get fooled by the sign this is not the real lullicups. Also the place is empty because they over price the tea. Mind you this is Stockton and two bubble tea is $ 8 plus tax and I was a little shocked there. Overall the place is big enough but empty and I hope the store sign do not fool people.

I was really debating about going here and since it was on my way to where I was going I decided to stop by. First impression: you cannot park anywhere you want. There are designated parking spaces for each business there. But since I was kinda in a hurry I decided to park anywhere. I walked inside and it was dimly lit not much decoration. When I go and order my regular milk tea drink I decided I wanted the medium and my total was $ 3.25 when I clearly remembered that at the other lollicup location on grand canal it was around $ 1.99 or something like that for the large one. Wayyy cheaper. I thought it was kinda strange. But I just went ahead and paid for it. The drink: it was really good can’t complain. But since they didn’t have mini boba I got it without. I give them 3⁄5 because the drink was good and they were kinda friendly but compared to the other place on grand canal the price was ridiculous.

Why all the hate for this place? Ex-disgruntled employees… competition? I am giving them five stars… not because it is a white tablecloth fine dining restaurant but because they are good at what they do. I stopped in here today because of Mo H’s tip that read«I’m in love with their fried calamari’! And I am glad stopped in… even going against the negative reviews. I really could not find anything wrong with my visit today. Yes, it looks dark from the outside because they have a dark window tint on the windows most likely to keep the glare and sun out of the dining area. But inside… its bright and cheery! As were the employees. The one young lady that I chatted with was delightful. Very accommodating and helpful. AND they have two big screen tv’s! First time there so I had a few questions… yes, I knew what calamari was. I also knew what boba was. After reading Mo H’s tip, I had to try the calamari. It was good. Light crunchy batter… not overwhelming at all. The calamari itself is cut thin so it is quite tender and tasty. Ordered a side of ranch to dip it in. Good! The calamari comes spicy… mild, medium or hot. Being a gringo, I ordered mild… it was plenty spicy for me. The server told me that they do a lot of the prep there… the calamari does not come from Costco. They batter it there. She said they make their own popcorn chicken the same way… preparing it by hand. then marinating it and battering it. That will be my next order… to try the chicken. I ordered a small container of the white steamed rice. Seemed tender and fresh… and hot! Since white rice is a bit bland I asked for a side of soy sauce to add to it to jazz it up a bit. Made a great side for the calamari. For a drink I ordered milk tea with boba that I enjoyed very much. Nice amount of boba waiting for me at the bottom of the glass. The server gave me a small sample of a vanilla bean drink. Don’t remember the exact name but it was yummyyy! I had no complaints today. .Well…maybe just a small one. They dont have plates. I had to eat from the paper to-go container. Not a big deal. She said they do have baskets that she could have put the food in for me… next time! They were quite busy… people in and out constantly. The place was well run…employees were friendly. I would suggest stopping by and trying the calamari and popcorn chicken. And don’t forget to pick up a nice cool drink for these warm spring days! p/s get a punch card… buy ten drinks get the next one free
