delectable fro-latte blends, wide selection, all sweet and affordable. definitely a place you wanna hit up if you’re tired of the old st@rbuck’s. cozy atmosphere inside, with wi-fi available to sip your coffee/hot chocolate/ice coffee/fro latte while surfing porn on your laptop. only downfall? limited hours and not open during the evening when you want them to be… so, minus 1-star…

I went here specifically on the recommendation of you fellow Unilocalers. Neither was I blown away or put off. The menu is extensive– so much so, that I got a little annoyed. I’m indecisive enough as it is. I don’t need 812 drink options. Anyway, super tasty frolatte’s– with super tasty names to match. My biggest complaint is it didn’t taste like coffee! If you want a yummy milkshake-like drink, go here. But I go to coffee joints to get drinks that taste like coffee. I’d go back, but for coffee– sorry, I’ll stick to starbucks.

I love their drinks esp Chocolate Monkey and Snickers Frolatte. The employees are great and very friendly. The ambiance is awesome too. HOWEVER, the owner Juan is straight up rude! I used to go here almost daily but they now lost me to Seattle’s Best Javakulah because I cannot stand how annoying he was. When I ordered a drink I said no whip cream. So I pull over to the window and he gives me one with the cream. When I said no whip, he looked at me and questioned me «no whip»? When I said no, he gave me a smirk took the coffee and scraped off the whip cream! Then he gives me the drink without any drizzles.(Mind you, the manager there has told me several times that it comes with it.) So I said can I get the drizzle and he gets irritated and says«you should have said it» and I was like your manager said… before I finish my sentence, he already shut the window on me! This guy is amazingly rude and unprofessional. The drink that he made was crap. Worst one I ever got that I didn’t even half it. Il just finish my gocard and I’m done.

Hi I’m Samuel and I am a coffeeholic. Sometimes you just don’t feel like Starbucks again… Well Saxby’s is a refreshing Starbucks substitute! I will always be an avid Starbucks drinker but there is something about Saxby’s. Their drinks are good and the workers there are actually friendly and want you to be happy. They did close own for a bit but that was to change owners. I went in today and it still feels the same in there. I like their Snicker’s latte. And if you need Sugar Free, they have lots of options for you!

This place looks like your average wannabe-Starbucks coffee joint, but it has a flavor selection and creative naming like no other. Their blended drinks, or «frappicinoes» at starbucks, are called«frolattes» here. I think this is great naming since that’s precisely what they are: frozen [blended] lattes. They have a great menu of various latte flavor combinations. My bo and I shared an iced«trio» latte and a blended«banana split» frolatte. The trio has white chocolate, macadamia nut, and toasted marshmallow flavoring. Soooo delicious. The banana split is strawberry, banana, and chocolate. Also very good. The only downside to these drinks is that they can often taste so sweet that you can no longer taste the espresso in them. But it is still delicious, and I almost bought a third drink to try because I was so intrigued — however, I didn’t want to ruin my lunch. The service is good as well.

Awesome customer service. They even have a drive thru… for quicker service. Very nice décor and ambiance. They even have a go-card, in which you use like a credit card, and they have a special deal going on right now in which they match 50% of what you put on the card(i.e. I added $ 20 on the card, and they matched it with $ 10 = $ 30 on my go-card!) oh, and for every 10 drinks, i get one free. I ordered a coffee drink today, and while waiting for my toasted bagel, I accidentally dropped my coffee, instead of the worker rolling her eyes bc she had to mop up my mess, she gladly offered to make me another drink, and then mopped up. You would never expect that from a franchise, right? oh, and their coffee isn’t bad either. They offer a bunch of unique drinks. Did i mention free wi-fi? Beat that, starbucks!

Saxbys’ over-roasted Italian roast can suck my jagged-edged toe! Nice baristas though. And décor for a franchise
