Came here to get a coffee before work. Ive been in the drive thru for almost a half hour now. There were 5 people in front of me. 2 people have been served in the 30 minutes I have been sitting here. Im officially going to be late for work because I cant hop the divider. This is the worse Starbucks I have been to. SOSLOW! Got to the counter and my drinks weren’t even close to being ready! Im infuriated! I am late for work and now I dont have the food or drinks I ordered. Awful customer service. Got here at 2:15 and left empty handed at 2:55.

Wait time is generally longer than any other Starbucks I go to even when they don’t have customers. I have waited more than 15 minutes using their drive thru on multiple occasions(no free drinks) Customer service is okay. Some baristas are extremely rude. Rarely, you’ll get a nice one

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. When will i ever learn Idk what was the hold up. When i finally got to the window the clerk handed me our drinks and said they were on the house. At least they care about customers and recognize that they provided disappointing service today and they did what they could to fix it so bravo.

I give this store like 12 stars. That are such a professional and courteous groups of wonderful polite and talented baristas. I walk in here any time from 0330 – 1700 regularly every morning. I love how they all made an effort to know their customers so as people walk in you hear«Hey Paul, having the same thing today?» This group of people in the morning here make USASCUSTOMERS feel as if we are part of the FAMILY and that’s why this OL Marine Corps Vet. This is my favorite Starbucks location in Stockton. They always make my drinks right and they’re very fast even when they’re busy. They’re store is always clean. The staff is super friendly. Most of them know me by name and know my order which is nice. I’ve personally never had a bad experience and I consider myself a regular.

Where do I begin?! THISSTORESUCKS!!! I started coming to this location because it is conveniently close to my work. At first it seemed as if they had good customer service. And my understanding is that Starbucks barista’s are suppose to be friendly. But not these employees. Every time I go in, normally having about 5⁄6 since drinks plus snacks, it’s all for the fellow co-employee. Maybe weekly we spend over $ 30/$ 40. Over time they became rude. First bad incident, I walked in & the manager her self asked«Do you have a lot of orders today? Because we have a lot of customers.» Very unappreciative of myself & the business I bring to this store. Second bad incident: I was being helped by the cashier & she said«How many more orders do you have? We’re starting to have a line.» Third & final bad incident, I asked since when did the Iced Mocha’s have whipped cream. The girl said, «They’ve always came with it, is there a problem?» I told here, «out of all the times I come here & get the same drinks, which I come almost every other day, I’ve never seen whipped cream on a iced mocha.» She gave attitude, rolled her eyes & said«fine I’ll take that off for you.» That definitely was the last straw for me. This place will never earn a penny of my money. I wish we didn’t have to put a star because I wouldn’t even put one star!

The only reason we go here is for the«not so convenient» drive thru. We have given them multiple chances to redeem the long wait times, I’m talking 70 times 7, & they are always, always very long. Their atm machine seems to be down quite freguently, which I wish they would post something near the entrance before getting into the drive thru so you don’t get in the long wait of a line only to find if you haven’t brought cash, you will have waited and left empty handed! Sigh. Their drinks are usually made well, so good for them. Not the place to go if you have somewhere to be.

Before my recent visit, I’ve never been to this Starbucks before. I just happened to be nearby and with a free drink offer on my SB account, I thought why not. Since I wasn’t sure how to explain the free drink, I told the cashier«I got this free drink for my birthday» and he proceeded to give me a sarcastic, «Wow. Congratulations.» I wanted to ask if there were any certain requirements to get the free drink. There was no need to be so sassy. Jeez. AND another worker next to him even laughed at his remark. Way to be rude. And I almost always get a Double Chocolatey Chip w/white mocha & for some reason, it tasted different here. It sort of tasted like coffee which it isn’t suppose to.

I have only went through the drive thru here. There was one time where I was in and out of the drive thru pretty quick, but most times their service is so slow and another where they had to ask what my order was at the window even after I already ordered prior to reaching the window. There are a ton of times I’ve sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes which is ridiculous considering its a drive thru, but have also received free drinks to make up for the long wait. Most employees I’ve encountered were nice, but I had to rate this 3 stars, because I feel like it’s a hit or miss with this particular Starbucks.

I always have such a wonderful time when I stop in at this particular location. They all know me by name and make my drink perfectly. If I could give more stars I would. Each time I go in I have a great conversation with one or more of the baristas. If you want a great experience stop at this location they genuinely care about the customers.

Since I am the duchess of this Starbucks I guess I should write a review? You think? To be honest I am not a big fan of this location, I just come often due to the proximity of my office and the convenience of a drive through. If I had checked in every time I have actually been coming to the this location I would probably have over 200 check ins easily. That being said you think I would be greeted with «Hello Nicole» «Here is your tall nf carmel machiatto, or your Venti vanilla Iced Coffee with extra 2% milk. But no, the Batista’s at this location do not call me out by name, or know my regular drink orders. They do seem to have a high employee turn over, and I seldom go into the the store, pretty much drive through so I won’t be too critical. Service is hit or miss in the drive through, some days it goes quickly and others you can be in line for several minutes. I have completed entire conference calls while waiting in line. But it serves it’s purpose and I try to keep my SB habit down to 2 –3 days a week and alternate with coffee from home on the other days. I love that SB does have reward program and you can pay with your phone app.

I came here during the holiday BOGO drinks other then that i dont typically drink starbucks. The green tea fraps may be the only thing i get there once in a great while. My husband and i tried all of the holiday drinks carmel crème Brûlée, gingerbread and the peppermint mocha. My favorite drink was the carmel crème brûlée which i got light without whip. I dont really like the whip crème at starbucks, it too heavy and sweet but without t the light drinks are good. Pros: –BOGO promo –Clean –Fast service even during the promo –Friendly staff
