Holy wow Therese. It’s only when I don’t take before and after pictures that the most amazing changes happen lol. So I came to C Salon and begged for a last minute appointment that they were totally accommodating with, they called the stylist in just for little old me :)
So instead of Therese following my expensive ridiculous ideas of perms and brazillian blowouts, she found my natural texture, cut off what wasn’t matching it, and I left looking like a movie star with a cut, blowout and free deep conditioning mask I unlocked through Unilocal…
Mind u i went in there looking like a nightmare, so definitely I left looking movie star of a happier much more smiley film. :)

I get my highlights done with Jaclyn and I LOVE how she makes my highlights look so natural and the color stays so vibrant and beautiful! I can’t recommend her enough, I started going with her about 3 years ago and I never stopped. Before going to Jaclyn, I was always unhappy with the products other stylists used and the way they made my hair color look so fake. I feel so happy to have found Jaclyn and I’ll never change stylists. If you are looking for someone who really cares about your hair and helping you achieve the color you want, you need to go to her!

I have been going to this salon for almost 2 years now and I can tell you that I trust nobody but them. I have super curly thick hair and it is hard to find someone who can take good care of it and know what they are doing. But Claudio and his team are incredible! Cut, color, conditioning. Exc. there are a million hair salons in LA area, but I promise this is the best one.

I go to C the Salon for hair color, and I always set my appointments with Jaclyn. I’m a natural brunette and I started coming here because I wanted to shift to blonde. I was eager to avoid the fake, ultra platinum, for lack of better words «LA» blonde. I wanted to make sure that if I was going blonde, it would look natural. Jaclyn did just that. She’s very good at listening and understanding what direction you want to go with your hair. I was very nervous about making such an extreme change … particularly because I have such dark eyebrows (which she also colors by the way). But I didn’t need to be and I’m very glad I chose to make the shift to blonde with Jaclyn.

It was my first time changing my hair color. I went in to get some highlights and what I got was I never ever ever hoped to get. I don’t think I’ll ever change my hair color again because of this. I also got a trim, which Kimi is great for, but $ 80 for it? That’s crazy. Save your time and money for another salon.

I found C the Salon after finding one of their stylists, (Joy) on Unilocal.The staff were all very friendly, professional and accommodating, I felt like I was in great hands all around. It’s a cool and upbeat vibe inside and conveniently located. And Joy did an AWESOME job with my cut! I definitely recommend checking them out!

Had my roots done here a month ago. The staff was professional and my hairstylist knew what she was doing. To make sure that my gray hairs were fully saturated by the black hair dye she placed a type of tissue paper on my hair over the dye. This is the first time a hairstylist has ever done that. She said it keeps the white hairs down in the dye since they are stubborn and like to fly up. I loved it. It really did work.
The only downside was that I thought it was expensive for just one solid color and layers. Paid over $ 150.00. Normally I would have paid $ 80 or so somewhere else. I use to dye my hair blond before and that cost me up in the $ 180’s. This was an easy job.

Skeptical at first, I found this place after reading many Unilocal reviews. Good & Bad. I decided to take a chance and scheduled an appointment today.
When I got there, they greeted me & took me in right away. Before getting washed up, Kimmi, the stylist consulted with me on what I wanted. I explained what I wanted & what was going on with my hair & she suggested we cut my hair dry so that she doesn’t cut too much off and can work with what I want better.
I think it was Ruby, who shampooed my hair and she was great. She had a very «cool» personality. We finished and Kim got started on me, she blow-​dried my hair pretty d*mn well. She started to snip and shape & I felt completely comfortable.
I told her that I wanted a v-​shape in the back & she said ok but also kept me updated on my length because I wanted her to cut all the «dead ends» but keep as much length as possible. She did exactly that. I couldn’t stop touching my hair when I left. It felt stronger and looked great.
$ 80 later, but it was worth it.
I did ask about the 15% off at the end for new clients, & she said that for Kimmi they can’t use it but I can use it on a product. I passed. They should take that picture down if it doesn’t apply to what it says.
Other then that I will definitely be coming back for more with Kim!!!

So this place saw my bad review and called me pretending to be sorry and pretending to care. They said they could not refund me my money but that they would send me a gift card to try and make things right. NEVER GOT IT. Not surprised! THIS PLACE SUCKS.
WARNING! DO NOT COME HERE! So it’s been about 3 or 4 weeks since I went in to have my hair done by Tiffany. She was super nice and friendly but, her work sucks!!! I found her on Instagram and decided to make an appt. I waited 5 weeks to get in with her cause she was so booked. When I went in and showed her a pic of what I wanted, it was her own work. I found the pic on her Instagram. So I thought there’s no way she could mess this up. It’s her own work. Well let me tell you, I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone do as bad a job as she did. I have patches all over my hair. It looks nothing even close to what I wanted. I’m gonna upload some pics so anyone reading this can see what I’m talking about. My hair is also cut unevenly in the back. It’s funny cause when she was cutting my hair she said she had to fix it cause one side was an inch longer than the other. Well she didn’t fix it. She made it worse. I actually never even noticed it being uneven before she cut it. Well now it’s very noticeable and obvious. Especially in the front. When I first left the salon I thought I liked it. But when i got home and saw my hair in regular lighting I was severely disappointed. And the more I started to move my hair around I could see just how jacked up the color was. I texted her and told her I was unhappy so we arranged to talk at the salon. She told me its just gonna take a few sessions to get what I want and that I could wait for the color to set in and it would be better. Well I waited and all I did was find more flaws with my hair. The worst part of it all is, I paid $ 330. Are you freakin kidding me? I’ve never paid that much in my life. I PAID $ 330 AND THIS IS WHAT I GET? It was supposed to be 350 but I got 20 off for leaving a positive review. That is why my previous review was a positive one. Maybe it was just the luck of the draw for me with her but either way my hair looks like crap. So ladies if your thinking about seeing Tiffany or going to the salon, beware! Find someone else in a better salon.

I’ve been here several times over the past year to see Candace and she is amazing with cut & color. I’m mixed, curly crazy hair, and she always manages to work magic and has me walking out with a beautiful color & cut every time. I show her a picture, and she paints on highlights beautifully and has never disappointed. I highly recommend her for cut and color :)

LOVE LOVE LOVE Sabrina! She is the full package and a rare gem. She does the most incredible make-​up application (natural to contouring) she can do it all. She is also an amazing hairstylist. She is really wonder woman.
Whenever I go to an event she is my go to. She makes me feel and look amazing which I love. I have been going to her for years and have tried other people… especially makeup wise, many can make you look like a cake.
BUT Sabrina is just magic, I HIGHLY recommend her.

I’ve been going to Candice C. for all my hair needs for the last 6 years. She does amazing color, cut and style! I have long hair and she’s always managed to style it with such finesse that I get plenty of compliments after my appointment. She’s definitely one of a kind as she’s talented in both cut and color! Love her!
I highly recommend her!!!

I have been coming here for 2 years and I can say this is the best salon hands down!
I have been coloring my hair for the last 17 years and no one does more of an amazing job than my stylist Tiffany. She has a natural gift and truly loves what she does. This heightens the whole experience.
My hair is difficult and I can bring her ideas and rely on her experience and knowledge to steer me in the right direction. Every time, I love the result. She has done everything on my hair from black/​brown to a beautiful cinnamon ombré to medium brown/​blonde, highlights, you name it.
She takes cash or check only so call ahead for a consultation/​prices so you come prepared.
Also, on Saturdays Rene Furterer (who is so incredibly sweet) does free scalp analyses and treatments for clients!!! Added bonus
Book Tiffany now! You will not be disappointed.

Alexis! My hair is now long, strong, and full thanks to her. She’s also bright and funny and I enjoy talking with her. I’ve been coming to Alexis ever since my first post years ago. I have appointments 1 – 2 a month. She’s my hair therapist! Prices are always reasonable.
Specifically, when I first came to her with my hair emergency (dying hair, half chemically relaxed have natural) her Keratin treatments saved my hair. She used two types, the premium one (fusing the protein into the hair) is still less expensive than the market prices. When I couldn’t even swing that, there were other keratin products that were effective in a penny pinch.

Joy is my favorite hair stylist that I’ve found in Los Angeles. I’ve been searching for the past five years to find a salon and stylist that understand my wants and she executed them perfectly! That is saying a lot. I needed help with my hair last minute and she was amazing! I’ve been going to her ever since. And the salon is superb! Great customer services and vibe! Thanks Joy,

Here again for cut and color, this time going a little lighter! Can never go wrong with any of the stylists here. My go to hairdresser duo are Tiffany and Ricky. If you want to book them though you’ll need to book ahead of time because she does she does fill up fast especially on weekends. Plus talking to them is like talking to a girlfriend; they make you feel comfortable right off the bat. So book now if you want to look gorgeous!!!

Just got my hair colored by Jaclyn Wosk and she did beyond an amazing job!
Jaclyn takes such great pride in her work. Her color jobs always turn out beautifully natural and elegant. She knows all the latest techniques and is always up to date with the hottest trends. She’s got loads of experience under her belt and it shows in her work!
Every time she does my hair it comes out looking exactly how I envisioned. (We’ve all had those eeeeek! Oohpsie uh oh moments with bad hair jobs but never with Jaclyn!)
She also has incredible product knowledge and will let you know what products will get you the most bang for your buck and achieve exactly the ‘do your looking for.
And she’s super sweet and lovely to talk to so the time in the chair just flies by!

I had my hair down to my shoulders and I was desparate for something new. I was looking for something more modern, fun and fresh. Once I decided what I wanted, I realized I needed to go to a place I could trust considering this was going to be a definite transformation! I walked in met with Claudio (owner), showed him a few pictures and with much enthusiasm, he got to cutting… a lot!
I’m BEYOND happy and enjoying my new summer due! Plus all the staff, from the front desk to the assistance and stylist — everyone is welcoming, helpful and very nice.

I have a full head of long thick hair, I also have the patience of a 5 yr old when it comes to pampering myself; at the same time I have the desire to look my best. There lies the dilemma, finding a stylist that has the patience of a saint to deal with my restlessness, also all the hair that’s on my head.
Well, that’s until I found C the Salon and I met Kimi; not only is she amazing at her craft, she is also patient with great sense of humor. She always understands what I would like to do to my hair. She knows what to suggest in order to compliment my skin tone.
It’s come to the point where I give her full creative reign on my hair.
The salon is clean, modern, upbeat, not to mention everyone in there is super nice!
Any time someone compliments my hair I give them limos number, knowing that they will not be disappointed!!!

I’m surprised at the negative reviews of Therese on Unilocal.
I was referred to Therese at C the Salon from a friend of mine who’s been going to her for over 20+ years. She raved about Therese so I decided to try her out. I have curly hair, and I’ve been to many, many salons in L.A. for many years. From Beverly Hills, to West Hollywood, to the Valley. I’ve had $ 80 haircuts and $ 300 haircuts. I’ve stayed with someone for 15+ years, and left people after only once. When it wasn’t working for my hair anymore, I decided to try someone new.
I saw Therese a few weeks ago for a cut. She was awesome! I came in with «longish» hair that was desperately needing some shape, but where I could still wear curly or blown out. Therese gave me an amazing hair cut. She also introduced me to an amazing styling product for curly hair that leaves it absolutely frizz free. She understood my hair, and understood what I wanted. She has curly hair, and I most of her family members have curly hair, so she knew what kind of cut I needed. This is one of the best cuts I’ve ever had.
I returned to Therese yesterday for color and highlights. I’ve had my hair colored and highlighted for years. When my son was born almost two years ago, it was difficult to go get my color done so six months ago I tried color from
(online) and wasn’t too happy with the results. It was okay, but not great.
Therese did an AMAZING job on my color and the highlights look like the sun did it. It looks absolutely beautiful! I have dark brown hair and I wanted to go lighter to look like my daughter’s hair color and Therese did it, and it looks so natural. She color corrected my hair, put a beautiful base color and then added highlights.
I also had her cut my daughter’s hair (she’s 6), and Therese did an amazing job with her hair.
I am so happy I was referred to her and I’ll keep coming back to Therese.
