Nobody wants to pay for t.v.and see paid programming about giving money to other countries. TV cost too much anyway. We’re in America not Mexico. I work hard to pay for tv but somehow channel 2 wants to advertise for other countries, please stop.,

Called in to complain about something… Operator #1 couldn’t care less. Just letting you know… They will broadcast what they like… Period

With football starting up, CBS finally has something watchable (CBS is also pretty good for March Madness). I’m not a big fan of their normal selection of TV shows that skew to an older audience (I thought the short lived Jericho wasn’t that bad).
I don’t really care for their college football (SEC coverage). Their NFL coverage has a pretty good pre-​game show with James Brown, Bill Cowher, Dan Marino, Boomer Esaison, and Shannon Sharpe. They do interesting segments and have good banter. I like Shannon Sharpe who is funny. Boomer Esaison and Bill Cowher though can be very uptight and take the fun out of almost anything.
In terms of their games, CBS covers the AFC, which means usually San Diego Chargers or Oakland Raiders on the 2^nd game at 1:00 p.m. If they get the first game (at 10:00 a.m.), they are usually showing the game of the week, which is often featuring the Patriots or the Colts. When there is not a good game though, they resort to showing the N.Y. Jets, which does not interest me at all.
Thankfully, I have Sunday Ticket because even though I like CBS’s coverage (pretty good announcers), this local station carries games that generally do not interest me (and I only tune-​in if it is late in the game with a close score).

My favorite newscaster is the beautiful Laura Diaz at 5 and 11 pm.
