Strategic Termite & Pest Control

Yale management uses this company and they came into our apartment to do a test. He searched the bed, box springs, ceiling in a corner, carpet behind the head board and one drawer. He was done in fifteen minutes and did not search anywhere else.
He used a small flashlight and rushed though it. He did not search couch, office space, closets or anywhere else.
He did not search areas we frequent and it’s obvious he was only looking for a infestation.
I would not suggest this company if your property manager works with them. Definitely working for the company and not to be trusted. He told Yale management that there is a spider infestation and spider webs were on our pillows which is a false. There were no spider webs on our pillows…
Anyone could have done what he did. We are speaking to a new company that will do a complete search and not be biased.

Fantastic customer service! We’ve had an ongoing ant problem and John is determined to get to the bottom of it. Recently we got infested by bed bugs and we went crazy trying to get rid of them. A friend of mine recommended this company and I’m really glad he did. We called them, they showed up the same day to inspect my home and we got a technician named jerry who heated our home and since then we have had no problems.

I had a termite infestation called Strategic they immediately send a termite inspector out to my house, they worked with my busy schedule, the inspector was on time, he walked me through the process, the price was reasonable.
They have the best customer service, work ethics, extremely knowledgeable too!

Highly recommend them… for single family or apartment buildings or single family residences… we gave used them for both. Very knowledgeable and will be there for any emergency or service when you need them.

I would rate zero stars if I could. I was in the process of selling my townhouse and getting a termite inspection is a requirement of the selling process. My realtor (who I was very satisfied with) recommended this company for a free inspection. I called and made an appointment. Unfortunately the only times available were during my work hours so I made arrangements so I could make the termite inspection appointment… plus they said it should be quick (no more than 20 minutes or so). The morning of my appointment, I began to get worried when no one showed or called and it was the time we had agreed to meet. so I called my contact person (byron?) And no answer. I left a message and waited another 5 – 10 minutes or so until I called again. This time he answered and said he was at his office doing some work. He said he could leave the office then and head over. I reluctantly agreed because I had taken a limited amount of time off work and I knew he wouldn’t be arriving for at least another 20 minutes. it seems like he had forgot about our appt and gave no apologies. He arrived and was very nice and finally apologized and finished within 10 min or so. but it was very rushed. He found one area with signs of termites in the garage and sent a quote for $ 380.
The inspection was free. so that was good.
Then I realized my HOA had a contract with a pest/​termite company and I would probably be covered. In fact I was. I went with the other company, since it was free. but they had to do their own inspection all over again before treating for termites.
Cut to closing the sale and I get a list of fees, etc. And I notice there is a fee of 380 due to strategic termite that is going to be deducted from my profits and sent to strategic. I tell the escrow company this is a mistake since they didn’t do the work. Strategic gives them a receipt of completion of work with a date but no customer signature. It’s fake because they didn’t do the work and I had proof of when the worn was completed by another company. They apologize and say it must have been a miatake. YA RIGHT! They tried to pull a fast one and hoped I wouldnt notice the charge. I can’t beleieve it. Anyway, I would not deal with this company again in the future !

Professional an educated personnel. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Quick turnaround time for appointments and on time. Was highly recommended to this company by a large property management company. Excellent pricing as well.

Strategic Termite is a fabulous company! Their pricing is very fair, but more importantly they give fabulous customer service and every one of their staff is an absolute pleasure to work with. Truly a first rate company!
