Was in the area, and was craving curly fries. Jack-in-the-Box hit the right spot for me. Management was Indian, and they understood my order the first time I ordered. In addition to the curly fries, I decided to make a meal out of it. I ordered the Jack Spicy Chicken combo, which includes fries(curly or regular), and a drink. Not a big fan of cold soft drinks, I ordered water for the drink part of the combo. Yes, I am aware that soda is free, but it’s not free of calories. Very convenient, satisfied.

Horrid customer service with an intense need to replace both Celso and Freuz. If youre gonna have people work at your businessplace, maybe you should make it a rule to not have them mess around on their phone while someone waits at the front counter. 0⁄10 never again.

I order the same burger at pretty much all Jack in the Box’s, and in the handful of times I’ve ordered the Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack burger from this specific branch, I’ve found that their meat tasted so unwell that I threw it away. It disappointed me because sometimes I order 2 burgers at once, costing me over $ 10. I went back more than once because I thought that flukes happen or that maybe it was just a bad batch. Now, when I find myself up late reading or working on something, past the normal restaurant hours, I drive myself the extra distance past this Jack in the Box to another Jack in the Box or Carl’s Jr. I’m not criticizing all Jack in the Box’s; it’s just this one that is bad.

Somehow always end up here after a nite in SF. Like a drunken tractor beam it sucks you in for greasy garbage food that seems like a fn awesome idea at the time. Nothing special about this particular one. Just so happens to be on the way home. If you have never been uhm ok, you dont get out much and well I understand why you are reading fast food reviews. Does have a drive thru, so thats cool.

Worst service ever. I’ve been here twice now. The first time, it took over 7 minutes to get my curly fries. The second time, the drive thru guy handed me just a bag with curly fries in it. I had to yell back into the window to get a receipt, because I wanted to check that he had charged my credit card correctly. Then I had to back up and yell into the window and honk AGAIN because I realized that there were no napkins. Seriously, easiest order ever, but the transaction was a complete sh*tshow. I’m pretty sure I will go out of my way to find another Jack in the Box the next time I get a curly fry craving.

The customer service is bad. You don’t eat, they don’t clean. Almost at the same time. Those Latino staff spray the cleaning chemical at the table and floor. I just wonder how can they get the sanitizing certificate. Recently, Latino restaurant has foodborne disease found, may be people problem.

One iced coffee, one iced mocha coffee, two curly fries check! Drive thru was painless and needed after some shenanigans.

Give this location a miss. It has a bad smell from the ventilation system. The burger is stone cold. Just overall grungy and dirty.

Food is good, classic Jack in the Box. Service seems slow. On every visit. I always get the food to go because frankly, the dining area smells like a port-a-potty. My daughter made that observation –I couldn’t place the smell. Eau de Urinal Block!!! They do have a drive thru but we just go inside the restaurant, and take it home. I get the chicken teriyaki bowl and she gets the kids meal with a burger, curly fries and a soda. Good parking.

I have never experienced this kind of bad service in any context. It was in the late hours, but not busy even by normal standards. The drive through is terribly slow. I finally order and wait even longer. The employees start debating about the food. I can assume why because the car behind me ordered similar items. An employee asks me to park. Four of the cars behind me get their food. I walked up to the door and knock several times. I asked the employee what was taking so long. She said the person was refusing to make it because they said one was already made. I guess its a rarity that different people order the same burger. So she offered me a shake. I’m lactose intolerant, so I told her no. By now 6 orders behind. This took 25 minutes. I finally get my food. The employee forgets the taco sauce I asked for and has to run back. Oh and they forgot my napkins and straw, so I couldn’t even taste the shake if I wanted to. I washed my hands with my diet coke. Thankfully that stuff doesn’t have any sugar. The final straw, one of the primary employees involved in the dispute came up to my car and asked for a light. Seriously.

Food is on par with a typical Jack fast food joint. Frequent mistakes on orders! Location sometimes closes 45min earlier than the posted hours without notice, or even a sign on the door as a courtesy. We spotted workers inside & knocked while pointing out the store hours that said they’re open, but they ran & hid in the back when they saw us! They must’ve been cutting out early. Also, once the cashier absentmindedly threw away a coupon I gave her before entering it into the transaction, and neglected to give me the proper discount. Dining area is filthy, unkempt, and unmonitored(homeless camp out all day at the tables with their luggage).

Best fast food drive thru lady ever. So polite, nice, and kind. Did not make a fuss over our over complicated order or any of our requests for sauces. Awesome.

24⁄7 and curly fries, jacks spicy chicken and tacos for 50 cents? What??? How do they make it taste sooo good and cheap? My fav fast food is jack, over mcd carls bk. jack in the box caters to spicy food lovers who don’t have money and are in middle America where’s there’s no asian food.

I feel ashamed even writing a food review for Jack In The Box… Anyway, it’s been many months since I last ate at this restaurant. I consider it the last resort when I don’t want to cook and/or can’t find anything in the kitchen to make I ordered the Stacked Grilled Cheese Munchie Meal, which came with a Stacked Grilled Cheese burger, two tacos, mixed fries, and a small drink. The food was good for what it was; greasy and filling. The staff on duty were fast and efficient with my order, and I was able to get home and still find my food relatively warm. Aside from the food, I did notice the soda machine area looking a little dirty, which is kind of gross and annoying when you’re trying pour yourself a beverage. Overall, I don’t see myself coming back here anytime soon. The service was fine, it’s just the fact that nobody should be eating this type of food more than 1 – 2 times per month at the very most.

One night my hubby and I were driving around and decided that for our«fast food craving» we would give Jack in the Box a try since the hubs had never eaten here before. I’m pretty disappointed that we did. After seeing MANY ads for their«munchie meal»(super catchy, great marketing btw), I decided to order one. Meal is a very misleading and generous word for this. It is one item. One. And it was way too expensive for what it was. I’m sticking to Taco Bell — sorry Jack! Live mas.

If I could give this negative stars I would!’ This was so bad! I came back 4 times!’ They keep on getting my order wrong! I said #10! And they understood that after the 2 time but by choice they made my 3 time wrong still?! Like wtf .ok! And now the 4 time they were very rude! Telling me if I wanted a #10! Like yes that’s what I have been saying ! And finally they got it right! ., SORTA??? The sandwich had a weird smell. And I found out why! Because it had a different cheese &&THECHICKENWASINEDIBLE ! It was so pink by the first bite I had to throw it out ! Everyone was nice except ABAGAIL! Old Mexican lady ! Literally always go to this jack in the box and now I will never come back!

They didn’t want to give me my free monster taco and two free tacos from the sharks game. The service was slow and the bathroom door needs to be fixed. If the food wasn’t free I wouldn’t have stopped to eat here. Not all the table were clean either. Need I say more?

Being Elite, I’d rather not waste my time on chain restaurants, but something special happened and I really wanted to share my story. Life happens sometimes, and about a week ago, Life happened to crap on my face. It was a really long day and I had spent an hour or two crying. It was late and I was too tired to cook something for myself, so I decided to get some Jack in the Box and drown my sorrows with fried food and ranch dressing. For whatever reason, I decided to dine-in(which is very rare). I really had no idea what I wanted to eat, so I literally stared at the menu for several minutes. It was probably 9:00 pm and there weren’t a lot of people in the restaurant. The girl cashier chuckled and told me to take my time. I think she could tell I had been crying(puffy, red eyes don’t a pretty girl make), so she let me take my time and smiled a lot. I finally decided to get a Jumbo Jack meal with sourdough bread, and asked if I could make my fries half normal and half curly. She apologized and said she wouldn’t be able to, so I just went with the normal and figured I’d save my 29 cents or however much it cost to upgrade. I got my receipt and took a seat, exhausted from the emotionally-draining day. When the girl called my order, I went up to the counter, surprised and pleased to see a small paper bag filled with curly fries. «Thanks!» I said. Then the cashier said, «Oh actually, do you want some normal fries, too? We have some more…» and proceeded to fill a paper fry bag with normal fries. I mean, come on. Jack in the Box is not gourmet food. But if that happened to you, wouldn’t you want to sing its praises to the world? I tried to finish my meal, but it was so greasy that I almost felt like puking. But it was worth the kind-hearted girl who did a nice gesture to a stranger. Thanks, cashier.
