Kids Up Suwanee

Very fun place to take young children! My toddlers love it! Nice employees. Clean in play areas, restrooms have always been extremely clean here! They have 3 party rooms that look pretty decent in size. Good for mommy groups to meet here too. They have tables and chairs, snacks available, drinks, even toys! Lots of play areas and very spacious! One of our favorites to go to!

We took our 20 month old son and it was great. This is a great place for toddlers too, lots to explore with the help of parents.

So much fun for the little ones … Great place to go and wear them out. Affordable and air conditioned. Go on their facebook to get the daily code for a discount, make sure to tell the person before you pay.

Worse place ever to rent for your child’s birthday party!!! I rented this place for my son’s 5^th birthday party and had the worse management experience ever. I would not recommend it to anyone if u do not want the same experience. I had call 3 mths ahead to book the place for a private party (after hrs), put a deposit down, spoke to the party coordinator about what it is I was looking for and wanted to do for my son’s party, she assure me they would be able to do everything I wanted (mind u it was little simple things like letting the kids play for a short amount of time and then start the party, have everyone eat and then let them play again), I ended up emailing her back and forth and even spoke with her a few times regarding everything before the party, on the day of the party nothing went as they promise. When we got there at 6:30pm (I had rented 30 mins earlier) we were not able to go in until most of our guest got there and sign in so I basically paid for 30 mins of waiting in the lobby. When we finally got to go in, me and my two girls had to help set up everything with the party host since nothing was set up or even ready, after we set up it was 7:30pm. I informed the party host that I wanted to go ahead and get started since it was getting late and everyone was hungry but she told me the manager (which is the owner) didn’t even order the pizzas yet for the kids so we couldn’t start yet (I order pizzas for the kids and prepare my own food for the adults) I kindly went up to the manager and inform him we are ready to start the party and that my guests are hungry and for him to order the pizzas so we can start asap (mind u the party ends at 9:15pm) he then inform me «KIDS ARE NOT ALLOW TO EAT TIL END OF THE PARTY AND THAT IF ME AND MY ADULT GUESTS WANTED TO EAT THEN WE CAN BUT THE KIDS WOULD HAVE TO WATCH US AND WERE NOT ABLE TO EAT UNTIL HE DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO ORDER PIZZAS» I was so flabbergasted at what he just said and so mad I wanted to cancel the party right then and there but since my guests was all there I calmly told him how ridiculous it would look if us adult ate while our starving kids just watched us so he then called for pizzas. The party finally started at 8pm with the dance party follow by the room party, it was so unorganized since we didn’t have much time left and the party host had to rush everything, by the time it was time to sing happy birthday and eat cake my guests had already left or was no longer interested in eatting anymore (I ended up with lots of cakes and cupcakes left when I had over 80 people there). At the end of the night, I ended up with a bill over $ 600, mind u the place only costed $ 379 for 27 kids and of course I am aware the extra kids cost money but for a private party they charge me for the extra room that was used (I rented the whole place so why am I being charge for the extra room), cleaning fee (we did most of this with the host), i was also charge for the 1^st 30 mins of me and my guest waiting in the lobby to be let in as well. I wanted to talk to the owner/​manager after the party but of course he took off before I could say anything about my experience or my bill so here I am writing this review so everyone would know how horrible my experience went and how bad of a owner/​manager he is! If u are renting this place do not believe a word they promise u bc they will just do whatever benefit them only. I will never ever ever ever ever rent this place again let alone take my kids here ever again and we were once loyal customers who went regularly!!!

Really great play place for the kids. Mine are 2 and 5, the had enough areas to entertain the young ones and older. We came on the icy days to let them burn off some of their energy.
There is climbing maze/​jungle gym type area– that the 2yo could navigate with the help of his big sister and there is moon bounces– that they both love bouncing on.
Also had a dance party– great place to show off your moves (kids and parents alike). They have big blocks the build a castle.
The only negative I found was that the price was a little high ($ 6– 2&up and $ 9– 3&up), but they have to pay their staff somehow, so I’m fine with it — as long as the kids are having fun!
Also we came on a week day 2:30−6, maybe there was 5 other families there and the building is big enough, we all had our own space, didn’t feel cramped at all.

My daughter loves this place and we have been several times. It’s best to go on the weekdays when it is not as crowded as weekends.
The only bad thing about this place is the bathroom sink water pressure. They have it on water saver and it’s take forever to wash our hands clean. Also, my daughter has gotten sick twice on different weeks after visiting Kids Up, so be sure to wash those hands before eating.
Friendly staff. Fun inflatables, slides, ball pit, small kiddie area. It’s super fun when the kids are bored and need to get energy out!

this is a great place to take kids when it’s raining or it’s too cold to play outside… but absolutely not to have birthday parties at!!!

Decent little play place. Definitely smaller than I thought it would be for the price. Luckily they were having 15% off admission. It was clean though, as were the bathrooms. They had a nice pay ata for the younger kids that was separate from the older kids area, though the staff want on too of making sure the big kids stayed out of there. It does have all day admission though, sho you can leave and come back. They won’t let you play without socks, but if you forget yours you can purchase a pair there.

I usually take my 23mo old to Everland but decided to switch it up today. Kids Up Suwanee didn’t disappoint! It was a fun time for the indoor playground enthusiast we are ;)
The place is very colorful and the play areas/​structures would get 5 stars alone, but there are other things that have to be considered. The floor mats are not properly placed… they are not flat in lots of areas and are very «humpy» causing little «mat mounds» throughout the facility and that can be a hazard. The smell wasn’t too pleasant either… with the mix of kiddie bathrooms and the humidity in the place (not air conditioned well at all)…you can guess that there was a mild odor. Nothing a parent can’t take though! My daughter also seemed to miss the pretend play area that Everland has so if Kids Up Suwanee caught on to that concept, this place would be the tops! Other than that it offered a fun morning! Loved the lighted dance floor and music playing too… they play top 40 hits that are kid friendly as well as kiddie version of your faves (From Roar by Katy Perry, What Does the Fox Say, to Maroon Five, and The Chippettes version of Single Ladies lol). I will also be trying the one in Dacula as well soon :)
