I’ve been to this Best Buy a number of times and haven’t ever been impressed, but this past weekend confirmed my thinking that I just shouldn’t bother coming here. My computer completely died Saturday morning and I needed a replacement by today(Wednesday), so I came here to find a replacement. I rely on my computer daily, so I was intent on making a purchase. I left empty-handed. Here is why: The selection was awful, and it is awful for everything other than computers too. The number of laptops they had was laughable in comparison to other Best Buys I have been to. On top of that, what they did have«available» aka on display, was not even all in stock. So, I go in to the store, there is limited selection, and then of that selection, a good percentage isn’t even there to purchase — they order it online for you. Which takes 5 days to get. My computer happened to die at a bad time, I get that, but the lack of selection and inventory makes it not even worth the time to come here. On top of that, I couldn’t find any salesperson to help me when I had questions about certain computers or wanted to find out if they had stock in the back. So, I went onto one of the display laptops to do my own research. That shouldn’t happen in an electronics store. My husband eventually found a salesperson that was«busy» just flirting with a couple of girls, which is why I know that the couple of computers I would have bought weren’t in stock in the back and would take 5 days to get. We have had this problem every time we’ve come here — and once to purchase a large TV that we ended up not purchasing because there were no salespeople to be found. So now I sit here, writing from my brand new computer, bought online, and delivered straight to my door in less time than I would have gotten one delivered to Best Buy, which I would then have had to drive to the store to pick up. Overall, every visit I have made to this store has been frustrating — salespeople hard to find, selection abysmal, and just a waste of time.

Absolutely outstanding. I had to get my car stereo changed and I decided as I HATE Carousel, to come here instead. They were outstanding. The two guys, Jeff and Brian are as good as they get. Very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Jeff even took time to help me decide which model to buy. Their work was quick efficient and faultless. They took time explaining some features and told me that if I needed anything, phone or just come back. If you want a new stereo in your vehicle, don’t look any further. You won’t find better service or more reasonable prices. Bravo Jeff and Brian! had to go back. better than ever. this is the place to go. 5⁄16 had to return for a problem. just as good. best place for electronics by far.

I have been going to this Best Buy store since it has opened and have had very good service each time I have visited, until yesterday ! I should say that I have spent over $ 1000.00 there in the last year alone, so I am a buyer and not a looker. I went in yesterday to buy wireless speakers and to begin with, none of the demos worked except one. When I tried to get someone’s attention, every last one of the floor people(who were walking around two or three together) who could respond didn’t. Instead, they would turn away and pretend they did not see me. Maybe it’s just me, but I did not feel That I should have to chase them down in a store with less than 30 cars in the parking lot(including the employees cars). I walked out, fairly disgusted, and when I told the greeter(a medium height, short blond haired man) of my lousy experience, he shrugged and gave me this labored smirk. That really settled it for me. Where I used to go there first, I probably won’t go there again. This is clearly a problem with management. The manager should be out on the floor making sure the employees are helping customers and not having a social encounters with each other. Wake up Best Buy, this store needs a serious attitude adjustment !!!

Go here before the one in Destiny USA. Staff are very friendly and are able to help with any questions. Had numerous questions purchasing new software for my Mac computer, and they went above and beyond. They were even trying to persuade me to return my Mac to Apple, and they wanted to give me extra discounts to rebuy it with them.

Had a wonderful customer experience last week with Ariel over in computers. She spent an hour tracking down two machines, arranged transport, got the discount, and basically made a miracle happen. So OUTSTANDING customer service, great prices, good merch. Go.
