Rude people, zero customer satisfaction. The guy ran my credit check for the phone that I was going to buy. Just because I asked, if the phone was capable of being used on other carriers/internationally, he assumed that I will port out and move away from Vz, did not give me phone and was rude. Hate Vz for it.

You’d think in a customer service based industry they would be nicer and more customer centric… not here. … Be aware that there are lots of options for cell phones, accessories and service in the area.
