Great place! Awesome service and very comfortable waiting room. I come here for all my oil changes. They are usually really quick with the oil changes. They have a 30 min on the rack or its free policy. Today my car was on the rack for almost 45 mins. They were quick to offer their 30 min guarantee. FREE OIL CHANGE!!! Can’t beat their service! Thanks guys!

Don’t call here or attempt to make a reservation. They charge $ 114 for a diagnostic fee that does not go towards parts and labor. That is ridiculous. The service advisor told me if they find an issue within 20 minutes, I don’t have to pay $ 114. I know for certain that my brake pads need to be replaced. They give you the run around and try to suck every last dime out of you.

I initially chose this dealership shop as I felt confident in the credibility and expertise of the service department. my vehicle had two seperate problems that required diagnostic to determine what the actual problem was. After the shop confirmed the problems I was provided with pricing to remedy these problems.
After following up with Zach at the repair facility I was informed that the air compressor repair that the shop recommended I need would essentially be useless if I didn’t get $ 1500 in repairs that the shop stated they found after replacing the air compressor. I’m okay with idea that not all damage can be found with the initial diagnostic however I should have been provided a disclaimer letting me know that there is the potential for additional damage that could be found once repairs begin. Who wants to spend $ 700 on an air compressor if they are unable to pay for $ 1500 in additional damage (that if not repaired will essentially destroy the new $ 700 air compressor). I honestly felt very mislead and trapped given that I paid for a diagnostic that did not provide an accurate assessment of the damage and paid for a repair that is essentially useless without authorizing another $ 1500 in repairs.
I’m just unhappy that I was not advised of all my options and essentially walked into a useless costly repair. I was hoping for a higher standard of service and communication but Titus Will really dropped the ball.

Very slow for a advertised oil change that shows 30 minutes it has been over a hour so far and still no car.

This is my 2^nd review update that I have had to give a 1 star after having such a good first time review:(As I said in my last one, I hate giving a business 1 star but it has to be done. I could give a 2 star but with as much time and effort I gave and lost I’m going for a 1 star.
Here is my saga… I needed an oil change and knew I would come back here as I had a good 1^st time experience, I also knew it was time for some new brake pads as my indicator started doing it jobs a day or two beforehand, so I called Titus-​Will to ask how much a brake inspection would cost was told $ 50+??? I thought that to be pretty high, so I made a call to my old Titus-​Will and they said $ 14.95. I basically had to make about 4 phones calls before I really got the answer I should have gotten from the start and went ahead and made and appt for the oil change and brake inspection.
The day of my appointment came and I dropped off my truck and went about my business and returned in about an hour and half and was told that I would need definately need brakes but to they couldn’t tell me in detail as they only did the $ 14.95 brake inspection? So basically they just looked at them while on the lube rack and didn’t take the wheels off and that cost me $ 14.95? I was irritated at the least since I had already made numerous calls prior to arrival. I called again once I got home to try and see if I could talk to someone else other than the young guy I was dealing with and I s/​w a young lady who was very helpful and told me that she would wave the $ 50+ charge for the full inspection and went over pricing with me, estimates of course since they didn’t do a full inspection so I went ahead and made plans to arrive the next morning to drop off my truck for the day.
To make a really long story short, they called to tell me that I needed all new brakes and rotors, front and back??? It went from just my front brakes, rotors turned to all 4 BRAKES! And they wanted to charge me $ 1400+. I know dealerships can be spendy but COME ON??? On my way to get my truck back I called the competitor and they quoted me worse case scenario, calipers, e-​brake and all about $ 400 less… SMH!
I know vehicles are hard to give estimated for but I feel like I asked enough questions the first time and still didn’t get the service I requested than got a total smack in the face when they actually did what they were suppose to do from the get go… Giving me an estimate of $ 375 then $ 1400+ is just plain ridiculous.
Guess I will have to go back to my other Titus Will and just be proactive with my appointments. They also did a full inspection of my vehicle which this location did not, which could have prevented my need of brakes at the last second.

Talk about a great shop!!! Huge shout out Thank You to Shannon the Service Manager for doing the right thing when Ford Motor Company wasn’t going to! Honest!!! Trustworthy!!! A man of character!!! Thank you Shannon again for honoring the reason we continue to buy Ford!!!

Amazing Customer Service. I was driving from Seattle to Tacoma and a low pressure indicator came on in my vehicle. Turns out I had a flat tire! I stopped in to Titus on Monday afternoon to get a replacement. They didn’t have my specific tire in stock and since I live on the Peninsula and had to cross the freeway to get home they couldn’t put a spare on so they found a gently used tire and placed that on there temporarily free of charge! They had my new tire ready the very next day and even drove me back to work and then back to my car once it was completed. They made a very frustrating situation painless and easy and all at a fair price for the tire.

Great service, friendly staff. Have had major repairs and routine maintenance done here, and have always been pleased. Prices are competitive, but let’s face it, car repair isn’t cheap no matter where you go. But really appreciate the 50% off oil change check in on Unilocal.I would recommend Titus — Will to anyone.

Great service! I have never had such friendly service compared to this Titus-​Will. I kind of chuckled at all their signs that promote awesome service and prices thinking it was just a form of marketing their services, maybe they are but to me– it was nice!
Considering that I look like a little girl that walks into a car-​fixing shop, usually workers will try to make me get a bunch of things I don’t need– done. I usually have a fear of saying no as well… so you know how that turns out in the end.
Not a happily ever after. But here, I walked in thinking, «oh jeez» but the guy at the counter asks what I need done and I just say a simple oil change.
He comes into the lobby area where I am waiting and assures me that ²⁄₃ of my backlights is out and asks if I would like it changed. I say, sure! Go for it (:
Maybe after 30 – 40 mins (I also asked how long it will take and he said it is a little busy and might take longer; rest assured! I came prepared with a good book to read).
When all is done, he also says that they fixed the plastic looking flap that was dangling from underneath the front of my car! I was started to get really annoyed of that flap too haha.
My sister says they probably added the charge under labor but who cares! The flap is gone!

I came here because I had a mail-​in offer for 3 oil changes ½ off! My sister also used the other coupon that was related to something about her tire alignment thing. Great people and nice service.

I’ve now gone into Titus Will Service & Tire three times to service my car. Each time they completed the car on schedule, within budget and well below what it would have cost me elsewhere. The team is very knowledgable, even on my German car.

Another A+ service experience at Titus Will. I needed an oil and lube, and to research a noise I’d heard. They kindly suggested I wait until Monday when one of their advance techs was working. They gave me a ride home while my car was being serviced. They changed the oil and researched the noise. Titus uses the Mobil 1 oil recommended by Porsche and gave my car a clean report. Other dealers would find something wrong and charge me $ 100s.
It’s great to have a local quality alternative with reasonable fees.

Great customer service and they have the best prices. They even gave me half off my oil change for checking in on Unilocal.These guys rock! I’m now going to regular here instead of jiffy lube.

After reading so many great reviews about this local shop in my neighborhood, I thought I’d give them a try for my 30K service for a Toyota Tacoma 2011. I moved here a couple years ago and always run, walk, and drive past them, so I gave them a try.
Scheduling: they only do maintenance work on weekdays, which is pretty inconvenient for those of us who have 9 – 5 jobs. Oil changes are everyday (M-​Sat)
My Experience: I called ahead, was able to get a reasonable estimate and a nice military discount. I walked in, got an appointment for Monday on Veteran’s Day. I wanted my truck by noon and scheduled to bring about 8am. I was told it was going to take about 3 – 4 hours total. I’ve done my 10K, 20K etc services at a dealership, so I could understand how a smaller shop could take a little longer. I walked myself back to my place and waited for the shop to call me when it was done.
At 1pm, I called to check on the status of my truck. THEY HADN’T STARTED ANY WORK. They had only «inspected» my vehicle and had to call me for permission to do other things. For example, they wanted to «clean my battery» ($ 60 when I can use baking soda at home for oh…10 cents) and «change my cabin filter» ($ 65, filter is only $ 20 retail with instructions online). I very specifically told the shop to do ONLY the 30K service, nothing more or less. The shop never called me in the 5 hours I sat at home. After I called THEM, they told me I would have my vehicle by 5pm (closing time). I’m not a mechanic by any means, but it does not take 8+ hours to check some belts, change oil, and do some transfer case work.
When I picked up my vehicle, I explained to the receptionist that I was extremely dissatisfied with the time of the service. She got short with me and tried to explain that each task that is included in my service must be assigned to the mechanic and that they pay their guys by the individual task, not by the hour or total jobs completed. Basically, she implied that they worked on my vehicle here and there throughout the day and was in no rush to move it out even though I specified I needed my vehicle by 12pm. I had to fight to get the discounts that I had talked through with the shop before I made my appointment. They did not do an alignment (which is specified in my service schedule) and tried to nickel and dime me for silly things which I specifically did not ask for. The woman who billed me told me «the man who you spoke with earlier should never have promised you your truck would be done by a certain time. I’ll have management talk to him.» Having your vehicle ready at a certain time is not an extra, it’s typically expected from shops; I don’t think Ray was wrong.
The only thing good about this shop was the gentleman I spoke and dealt with to get my appointment and talk over the service, I think his name is Ray. Other than that, service was terrible, the technical work was fine. They borderline tried to deceive me and sell me things I didn’t need. At least they vacuumed the front half of my truck (I had stuff in the back seat).
Do not waste your time here for services. If you have an oil change or something simple, like just an alignment, then this place would probably be ok. I will never come here again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I wish I had gotten some of that amazing service others were talking about. My first clue should have been when I overheard someone tell Ray to «move that piece of sh** out of the way’ referring to my van. I was so shocked that I told myself that the older man saying it must just be bossy, and not an employee or owner, or maybe he was talking about his own car behind mine. In retrospect, I think he might have been the manager or owner.
I took my car in today for a pre-​scheduled service. More than 5 hours later, I had not heard from them. Called and talked to Ray, who didn’t seem to know what was going on. Despite being pleasant, he said he needed more clarification and would call me back with options and prices. An hour later, I had to call him again. The response I got was that they needed permission to do more diagnostic stuff, and that they’d called me hours before to tell me that. When I told them that I hadn’t received a call, Ray’s response was that their service manager isn’t a liar. So I am? When I pointed out that I had called him an hour prior myself and he hadn’t asked to me authorize the work, he had no good response. Then he tried to tell me that they were gonna give me ‘a discount’ and I only owed $ 100 FOR NO WORK DONE. I pointed out that their sign out front says 30 minute free diagnostics, and just because they sat on my vehicle all day doesn’t mean I owe more. They acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me for my wasted time, and never seemed apologetic. I won’t be back.

Next time you have ANY problem go to this shop!!!
Just moved to Washington and this was our first time in Tacoma. We ended up with a nail in our tire!
We limped into this shop, they took us right away, told us it would take about 30 minutes.
The gentleman told us there would be no labor charge. All I could think of was, no charge for labor but about who knows about fixing it up.
When we returned, the car was ready, the gentleman handed us the keys and said «no charge»!!!
My husband and I were sooooo shocked we didn’t know what to say!
That small act spoke volumes. Any shop that will do that is the shop for us and for you.
Go there and enjoy the honestly, the integrity, and kindness.

Went in for oil changed based on reviews. I was in and out and the mechanic explained that my tire was in need of a change at some point but without pressuring me.
I felt very happy I came in.
My only issue is the receptionist. She seemed bothered when I came up to ask her to remind the mechanic to reset my maintenance clock. I’m sorry, I thought I was a customer.

I always receive the best service when I take my vehicles here. The service is always friendly and easy going. Jamie always calls right away when something is needed and takes the time to explain why its needed for my car (not something you find most places). I know that when I leave my car with them it will be treated as one of their own!
