TRA Automotive has done it again! The fantastic customer service you get from Mr. Thomas Agar is amazing. I was provided with a diagnosis of all the services my 1984 Crown Victoria could benefit from (and why). Never once did I feel any sort of pressure to do something to my vehicle that I wasn’t prepared to do. — I can’t say the same about every other auto shop experience I’ve ever had. — It’s so nice to have someone you trust 100% looking under your hood. My car was returned clean and super shiny. Thanks for always going the extra mile TRA Automotive!

Thomas installed a remote start and new remote locks for me as well as replacing the rear speakers. He did a great job. The remote start unit had something wrong with it that prevented the door locks from working properly. Thomas contacted the manufacturer and stayed with the install until he figured out an alternate solution, spending way more time than he anticipated. Nice guy, great prices, honest work ethic, somewhat rare in this industry. I am looking forward to having more work done by him in the near future!
