We are so thankful we found Adam. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Adam was extremely thorough, spending a lot of time with us in person, over emails and phone (he’s VERY fast in responding to emails and calls). He taught us so many things we would never have thought of, what to watch out for, what to expect, what the market is doing, etc. Adam knows the development of the neighborhoods and how they’re emerging, so he can provide great feedback on each part of the city. We became very proactive ourselves and went to open houses every weekend, but this is only after Adam shared his knowledge with us so that we know what to look for. We gave him detailed feedback after each house so he knew what would be a great fit. He was able to help us find the perfect place in 3 months within our price range! I don’t wanna forget to mention Gloria and Balt for their tremendous help .
Even after closing, we had questions and they was always willing to help out. Wonderful, personable, funny… a good, honest agent. We highly recommend Adam and his team and will definitely reach out to him if we are selling or buying another home.

Adam was referred to us by a friend and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the level service we received. I found Adam randomly through facebook. I commented on a problem with the home calculator. He immediately responded and remedied the problem as well as inquiring further as to why we were looking into the value of our home. We had been planning on selling and hadn’t decided on a sellers agent yet. He offered to come by and give us a value of the home and how to go about the selling process. He was honest and forward and up front; which is something I highly respect. He was confident from the start that we would sell our home in a respectable amount of time. He gave us a list of what to do to get our home «show ready». We followed his direction and we prepared for the open houses. He scheduled and open house every weekend and within a month we were under contract! Adam kept in touch regularly and answered all of our questions and helped ease our concerns. I am very sure we asked a lot of the same questions repeatedly, but he entertained them and continued to ease our worries. He walked us through the entire process and stayed in close contact. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and very aware of what the market is doing. He has honesty and integrity and is very dependable. He cares about not only helping to sell your home but he cares about you. He cares to make sure you understand how the process works and will do whatever it takes to get you through. He was accommodating with our needs having pets and 2 small children. I’ll be honest, this process is hard and stressful, BUT having Adam be so understanding and receptive to our needs made it so much more bearable. THANK YOU ADAM!!!

On a scale of 5 stars, my husband and I give Adam Nelson a 10! If you need an agent in the Temecula Valley, look no further than Adam Nelson. It is so rare in this day and age to have someone respond to your phone calls and text messages almost instantly, especially when he is one of the busiest agents in the area. If he says he will meet you at 10am, he will be there at 9:59. The guy works his tail off for you, and was a big part of the process for us every step of the way during a difficult concurrent purchase/​sale. As someone who was skeptical at first, I can say if you are looking for an agent in Temecula, you would be INSANE not to go with Adam.

I didn’t know any realtors when I was first was looking to buy my home out here but a friend referred me to Adam Nelson. If it wasn’t for Adam I wouldn’t be a happy first time home buyer! I was really motivated to get into a new home but didn’t have enough for a down payment. To help me out he offered to give me some of his commission to cover the costs. If you are looking to buy or sell I would call Adam.

I have sold and bought houses with Adam Nelson and could not recommend a better real estate agent. He is straight forward, open, honest and tells you the truth which admittedly is sometimes hard to hear but needed when making one of the biggest decisions in your life. He knows where to price houses to sell without leaving money on the table and knows what the market is doing. He genuinely looks out for his client’s best interests even if it means walking away from a deal (and him making a commission) because it isn’t priced right or the buyer/​seller/​other agent isn’t dealing in good faith. I personally have never met a harder working agent than Adam and I’ve got close friends that are real estate agents. People that have left negative reviews either 1) didn’t listen to him 2) didn’t give him access to show the property or for open houses 3) didn’t work with him in good faith or 4) had expectations that were WAY over inflated on the value of their property hence leading to #1 again. Give Adam a call, you will not be disappointed.

Adam is wonderful! From the first meeting he was polite, personable, professional and respectful. He was very clear about what he would do for us to get our house sold as quickly as possible. He has GREAT market strategies and made our house visible through many different social media sites. We had to move before the house was sold and that was no problem for Adam. He kept in constant communication every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond our expectations. Our house sold quickly and for the price he expected it to sell for. My husband and I were working with a different agent for months before we switched to Adam Nelson. He came as a highly recommended agent on the Temecula Exchange.
