Absolutely, hands down the best dealership I’ve ever done business with! Been a customer for 10 years and all my family members too. Mike Arnold is the best! He is honest and most importantly ethical. Mike doesn’t play games like other dealerships, you can rest assured that the deal is the best you can find. Jack Neal works with Mike and provides excellent customer service as well as being extremely knowledgeable about each model. I have had a great experience with service department as well, Rick Reveles is my go to person whenever I need a repair. Thank you DCH Honda for exceeding my expectations of a car dealership!!! Of course he’s gonna be honest with you! That’s what we all want. Honest people! You prefer people to tell you how good a car is (even if it’s not a good car) ?? You have a lack of thought. You were probably so bored that day that you didn’t know what to do with your life.
Second, i bought a new Honda Civic Ex 2016. It’s great! I love it! Thomas is the one who showed me a car and told me everything about that car. He’s very easy to talk to! He answered honestly on every question i asked. He is great! 5 stars for a place, car and Thomas! Keep up with the good work! :)

Just purchased my new 2016 Honda Civic EX-​L from Aaron Diaz at the DCH Temecula Honda and literally had an unbelievably smooth and satisfying experience. This is coming from somebody who has had previous experience dealing with car dealerships. Between Aaron and Peter, my initial and final needs were met and even exceeded in the end. The car was purchased fairly with no gimmicks.

Saw a great deal on a used 2004 Nissan Xterra. Their description of the vehicle was EXACTLY as the vehicle was, no misrepresentation at all! We feel they are an honest dealership with a great Sales Team. Paperwork process went smooth and we felt that we walked out with a great deal. I just want express my gratitude for the care and concern from a stranger, who is now a friend, Lorraine Yelton. Buying a vehicle is already so stressful especially when it’s unplanned and unexpected, but getting excuses from greedy salespeople make it even worse. Going over to DCH Honda, we got the vehicle we wanted, even a better model (2014 Kia Soul Plus), with more coverage than we expected. They listened to what we want and they delivered. It’s incredible how we’re just ready to give up and not deal with it anymore, and suddenly a suggestion became the best answer we need. Thank you very much!!!

If you live anywhere near Temecula and want to buy a Honda, you’d be a fool not to go to DCH Honda of Temecula. Brandon Morse and William Tiedmond couldn’t have made the process any easier or more efficient. (Great prices, too.) So efficient, in fact, that I hadn’t even thought to bring the title for my trade-​in with me.
My wife and I walked in at 10:30AM and were done at 12:15PM. Well, almost. Back to that forgetting to bring my title with me part. .. .
We saw the Odyssey models we were interested in (Brandon knows his stuff, by the way) and picked the one we wanted. William got us 0.9% financing, that’s free money, and we did some paperwork. We offered to drive back to Temecula the following day to finish things up. Not necessary. The next day, Brandon drove our new vehicle all the way from Temecula to downtown San Diego, helped us finish all the paperwork, and then drove our trade-​in SUV back to Temecula! Wow. He even helped us transfer and install 2 car seats. Above and beyond.
It’s a shame that I don’t buy vehicles more often. If I did, I would only go here. Not to mention that everything in the dealership’s men’s restroom is automated and there a fresh-​grind magic Starbucks machine in the showroom. They’ve nailed the experience all around. I’m proud to call myself a minivan guy and a fan of DCH Honda of Temecula.

Just left after looking into the Honda Civic EX-​L and We are very unhappy. We already have a Honda Pilot but purchased it from a Honda dealership in Virginia beach.
After waiting about 20 minutes for them to just locate the car it shows up as if it just went through a dust storm and no gas! We already discussed that we would come back on Monday to see this exact car. They even notified us when the car came in yet showed it to us in that condition.
We also had three different sales reps that all seemed to be in a rush. While the rest of the sales reps were hanging out on an accord in the front in the shade.
After test driving down the street since there wasn’t gas lol we went inside. My husband’s credit wasn’t even ran, they didn’t even ask for his social and they came out with an «approved» price. In this list was accessories for $ 2,000. After negotiating we were told that was not optional and it had to be included. After deciding to not do business here, we were told he can remove an accessory to go down on price. We have experienced a purchase from Honda before and we can tell the difference between a commission and non commission place. Do not go here, they’re very unprofessional.

A friend of mine purchased their Honda Pilot from that location recently. I told her my experience and she suggested we speak to Lorraine. I am so glad I got in contact with her! She changed my mind on the whole business deal and she was the one that convinced us to go with the sale! If u are buying here then ask for Lorraine or Brandon Morse. I was thrown off by his lack of involvement but he ended up emailing us today and making a good offer. i spoke to Lorraine about it and she confirmed with us that it was a great deal! It would be 5 star if Bryan (the guy we saw the first time) could have worked out a deal at that time instead of wasting our time. The civic was detailed and washed and gas tank was filled us. Lorraine was actually on vacation while speaking to me and helping me out and she wanted the best for us. So definitely ask for her! Over all we got the car for a good price and it was the color we wanted!

We had the best car buying experience ever here. The salesman Ander was very knowledgeable and knew everything about the car we were interested in. We waited for them the get in the exact car we wanted and when we came back to pick it up Brad was great and made sure we left extremely satisfied. Kelly also took great care of us along the way. I would highly recommend DCH.

They are not punctual at all nor responsive. I called on Saturday as they left me a voicemail in the morning that my car service was completed. They did not respond so I left them a voicemail before noon, but they never got back to me. So I decided to go the next morning first thing in the morning because I needed to be somewhere for sure by 8:30. The service hours starts at 8 on Sundays. I was there waiting from 7:50, they showed up at 8:05am and told me it will take another 5 – 10 minutes to get ready and then they can help me. Since I had to leave I got picked up by my friend and left. There were 5 others who were waiting since 8am as well. If they say 8am starting time, I expect to receive service starting at 8, not have people barely opening up and start setting up after that time.

Back in January of this year my family and I were looking for a new car for me to drive. By chance, we had Thomas Dove approach us and asked us how he could help us that day. And before I state anything else, I would like to point out that he is a wonderful salesman– always honest with you and very personable. His rapport and connection with potential customers is outstanding, in my opinion. He was also very knowledgable in the features of the cars we were checking out, which was pretty impressive to me– expected, but he was confident in his knowledge. Anyway, my father replied and said that we were only looking and that we were not ready to purchase a car yet in our situation. Thomas was completely understanding and said that it was no problem– which was why he stood out to me. He is a no-​pressure salesman which is what I appreciated the most. Usually other car salesmen will pressure you to buy a car off their lot to make a sale, but it was not that way with him, so my family and I could just test drive the car without feeling obligated to take any further steps since we weren’t ready and we didn’t have to emphasize again that we were only looking that day. Like, if we are clear in what we want as customers, shouldn’t you tend to their needs since their catchphrase IS «Delivering Customer Happiness»? And that’s exactly what he did. Not to mention later that day we visited a BMW dealership afterwards to test drive a Mini Cooper. Although I enjoyed the car there, the salesman over there made me feel pressured and very uncomfortable, and I stated in the middle of everything that I would much rather go back to DCH Honda and find Thomas to buy a car from him. Long story short, we bought a car from this man and I am very happy with my purchase. But when I bought my car was when we noticed THAT night of purchase when it needed to have work done on the hood because something was going on with the paint, but they let me borrow a pre-​owned certified car of my choice and when Thomas and I found out that the car I chose smelled like smoke and whatnot, he tried very hard to convince me to find another car to borrow for the meantime.
If you are looking to buy a car from DCH Honda in Temecula, I recommend Thomas Dove if you want to make your car browsing experience relaxed and feel like your salesman can connect with you– if you care about that. He was professional, yet casual enough that he didn’t place himself above you. I think humble is the right word for that? He is honest and is just a normal person like you and me.
Now we are currently looking to buy a car from him for my boyfriend, and he is still as friendly and awesome as usual.
Although, if you can’t handle or at least appreciate honesty (like what one reviewer criticized him on– I agree that you should have just gone home and spared yourself the entire afternoon), at least he’s not brutal or trying to hurt your feelings about it.

I would give this place a negative star rating if I could. I was shopping a few months ago for a Honda Pilot EXL and was given a ridiculous amount so took my business to Poway Honda which was a great experience. Then, I wanted to purchase a Honda Fit EX today and it was the worst experience from the associates. They charged me for additional features in the quote??? EVERYTHING IS STANDARD FOR EACH TRIM MODEL!!! There are no «additional features!!» So, I took my business to Poway Honda again!
Also, they do not wash cars they service due to «saving water campaign.» However, they can wash all the new cars for people to buy, but once you buy they can care less!!!
Go elsewhere!!! If you still decide to go to these con artists, pay attention to everything they are trying to charge you!!! Question everything!!!

I bought a Civic in 2013 from DCH Honda using the car buying program from our bank and I thought we had a good deal. In the age of Internet Pricing, I thought this time, I try
to see where I can get a better deal. To make a long story short, I was given 3 dealerships by Truecar: DCH Honda of Temecula, Diamond Valley Honda and Corona Honda. In addition, I also visited Spreen Honda in Loma Linda (this is the worst experience out of them all) and Pacific Honda in Kearny Mesa. Internet Pricing is great, but there are so many ways dishonest dealership can get you. The email pricing looks great, but when you get there, they will try to up sell something that you never asked for resulting into higher pricing.
My experience with DCH Honda was beyond my expectation, Corbin Higgins from the Internet Sales Department is who I spoke with and gave me the initial and final pricing and was not pressured on anything. I was able to go and shop around with the dealerships that I mentioned, but each have a different way of trying to give me the run around or excuses on why the price is higher that initially discussed. Other dealers where upfront as well, but their prices were higher than DCH.
In the end, it is not worth driving as far as 50 miles to see if you can get a better deal. If you prefer honesty, customer satisfaction and that feeling of not being taken advantage of once you get home then, I highly recommend DCH Honda of Temecula. I am very satisfied with my auto buying experience with them and enjoy my new Honda Civic EX T.

Two years ago at 18 we helped my son by cosigning on his civic lease at dch temecula. Well now he wanted to buy his «own» car this time. Well after going to 4 different dealerships in town they didnt listen or want to work with him on pricing or apr.
My son at 20 has excellent credit thanks two his two years of car ownership and he couldnt understand why these dealers played so many games with him when he was guaranteed to be at tier 1 financing. I am so glad we went back to dch honda this time for his purchase.
He was greeted by Francis Pahati and immediately my son felt that he was very approachable and a no pressure salesman. He went above and beyond for my son by being very thorough in his explanation of the car and the car buying process as a whole. No other sales people did this for him at the other 4 dealerships we visited. He even bought my son dinner since the car wasn’t ready for pickup and since he was there for 4 hours (due to several other deals ahead of his in financing). Overall Francis the salesman and Chuck the sales manager were awesome and my son walked away with a 2016 honda fit! Great job DCH!

Purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot EX from DCH Honda Temecula last week. The overall buying experience was very pleasant and easy. Brandon Morse was the sales person. I contacted him via e-​mail for a price quote. He provided me all the vehicle detail, price, photos and assured me there’s no games and no hassles. Although, Honda Temecula is pretty far from where I lived, but the price they offered me was the lowest among all the dealers within the 100 miles. So, I drove all the way from Torrance, CA to Honda Temecula. I met Brandon in the dealership and he was professional, respectful, straight to the point, didn’t upsell anything! The whole transaction was done in an hour and it was very smooth and easy.

It was my second time buying a car (first time buying a Honda), and he made my car-​buying experience easy like Sunday morning. My dad was with me and we were both impressed with Jeffery’s professionalism and the dealerships «straight to the point, no BS» service.

The car my husband ended up getting:
After a frustrating weekend of car shopping, after dropping off the rental, we came here «just to look». My husband bought his Honda Civic here brand new about 6 years ago. He decided to come back to what he knows and trust. He originally was looking at the Honda Accord Coupe but it’s a Coupe and with two kids, I was trying to convince him to get a sedan.
Cecilio was our sales guy and he was very hands off about my husband wanting to get a car. It’s what I want in a buying a car. He gave us room to browse, look at any car we want and test drive any car we want. Cecilio even convinced my husband to NOT get a Coupe, but a Sedan instead due to my kids and carseats. He told us his personal experience and it changed my husband’s mind, which was great. It was something I was frustrated about all weekend.
We debated between the Honda Accord Sport and the Honda Civic Touring and in the end, my husband went with the 2016 Honda Civic Touring. After test driving both, he loved the sportiness and all the bells and whistles of the Civic, it was fully loaded so he gets to still gets to have his sporty new car, without having to have a two door.
Cecilio got the paperwork going pretty fast and even when my daughter spilled hot chocolate all over the place, he helped me clean up and change seats in a blink of an eye, not interrupting the paperwork process whatsoever. Cecilio was very personable, we shared some marriage stories and had a few laughs and he sent us on our way with a new car.
The whole process was painless and the entire process from test driving to paperwork took less than 2 hours. We didn’t need a lot of convincing because 1) my husband is brand loyal 2) we’ve had a great experience with this dealership before 3) Cecilio’s hands off approach allowed us to discuss things through 4) my husband got the car he wanted 5) I’m happy we walked away with a sedan instead of a coupe. Overall, we’re all happy. I’d recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new car. No fuss, no sketchy scam artists, no annoying salesmen.

My experience with DCH Honda boils down to three times using the service dept.
We had the recall letter sent to us from Honda America about the airbags. I may have waited a week or two then called to make an appointment with the service department at Honda of Temecula. Not a fan of using dealers for service but when it’s a factory recall, a safety thing AND it’s paid for by Honda I am going to a dealer.
They did say the car would have to be there pretty much all day. No sweat. I think my wife and I dropped off her Accord around 9:30 in the morning and it was done by 4PM the same day. No charge and they also replaced the seat belt buckle on the drivers’ side because it was also defective and caused the SRS light to stay on. Now, they said they were going to order the passenger side buckle and call us when it was in, but it never materialized. About a week later I attempted to call but the lines were busy so I just let it go for a few months.
Fast forward a few months and I told them we still wanted the passenger buckle replaced since the SRS light was still on. Once I knew when the part would be in I scheduled the work and stayed while it was done. I was out in under an hour. Again, no charge. For stuff like this I appreciate that Honda stands behind you when they have a problem with a component.
The thing that makes me take off one star is this: earlier in the week I was told that my wife’s Accord was probably going to need a new starter, and soon. I had priced one with a mechanic that I had done work for me previously that I felt charges fair prices. Just to see what DCH would charge me for a new starter I asked and they quoted me between $ 250 to $ 300 MORE than the independent garage I have used before. This is why I don’t let any dealer service work on my car when it’s not gratis warranty stuff.
