After leaving the VA Hospital in Temple one day, my brother and I wanted Pizza. After searching Unilocal we discovered Niki’s Roma Pizza was nearby. We had a hard time finding it because nothing about the address or the page alerted us to the fact that the place was inside a shopping mall. Once we figured this out it was all okay. I was really enjoying the pizza thinking it was much better than most«Mall Pizza» and then I recognized some of the branding on the signage and recognized that this was an old friend from Austin in the 80’s &90’s: Cozzoli’s Pizza. They were one of the best NY style Pizzas in town in those days. I had frequented the Congress Avenue and Highland Mall locations but I moved away for a few years. When I returned to the area they were gone. All that aside … As good a Pizza as any good Pizzeria and better than most any«Mall Pizza» shops.

Great place to go in the mall, for fast and decent food, made fresh. Pizza was good, l liked the crust, it was lacking in flavor a little for me, Pizza is one of those foods that is as diverse as America, but when your target demographic is teenagers I’d say they they are doing just fine on the flavor. I suggest eating here and testing the menu further. The owners are friendly and smile at everyone the comes up to them. :)
