my sister stopped by papa johns to pick up lunch for her and i and im in the scott & white hospital and was very upset because the cashier was very rude and unprofessional left her standing at the front where we place our orders for like 10 minutes ignoring her… then my sister over heard them talking about her weight… I hope this is not how papa johns wants to be seen and I hope there is something done about this because I haven’t been to papa johns in a long time and for a return visit to one of my favorite pizza places i was not happy to hear that my sister was treated badly

I was a manager at this papa johns, I quit because they did not follow health code. they redated expired product and also had many rats that would deficate on everything during the night and also the air vents which blow over the food have rat fecies and the air intake closets have compacted rat fecies, the managers above me only fix things like that if they are going to get in trouble as long as no one knows about it they don’t fix the problem, because fixing the problem costs money that they don’t want to spend. The big manager also runs all of the corporate stores in this area and Belton, don’t eat here if you care about your health.
