I have taken my Porsche 911 here several times after some minor collisions. Mike, Louise, and Sean always provide great service and provide spectacular detail in their work.
During this last visit they were able to color match my specific decals and got them, from England, very quickly. They were able to color match and blend my paint perfectly. The best part of dealing with B&B though is how accommodating they were to my schedule.
I will always take my car here and you should too.

I took my car to B&B as their reviews were good and I am meticulous about my car being 100% right in every way. I had was partners in auto body shop years ago and know the difference between right work and just slapped together work. Sean addressed all my issues and was a pleasure to work with, he truly understands the customer and listens to what they expect. Sean delivered the car in perfect condition as if no damage occurred, and exceeded my expectations. Sean was very accommodating in fixing some minor issues post delivery and went out of his way to make things right. If you have collision damage and want your car to be fixed truly professionally then this is the place to go.

I LOVE this place! I worked with Sean and he was very friendly, professional and kept me current during the entire process. The work on my car looks seamless and they even did a small detail job to clean it up before pick up. AND, they even picked me up to avoid my long wait for a ride, as they were only down the street from the Hertz rental. Came here but could not do the work I needed done. But the owner was VERy honest told me what other places will try to do (which they did) amazing people, don’t really get honest company’s like this in Thousand Oaks. So I commend you guys. Will be bring my car here if I ever need work!

I was in an accident and had B&B quote me. I received 3 total quotes. B&B was by far the most professional as far as communication, friendliness, and gave the overall feeling that I would be treated right. However they weren’t cheap by far. So I ended up going elsewhere.

My Porsche was rear-​ended in a parking lot and my mechanic referred me to B&B. Sean and the B&B team provided excellent customer service, helping to ensure the insurance claim and repair processes went smoothly. B&B is fantastic! They have fixed my car twice — once with insurance paying for repairs and another time with me paying out of pocket. Their pricing was fair and their service was excellent. They were friendly and helpful. My car was ready when they said it would be and they had even cleaned/​detailed it. I recommend highly and would go to them again.

My daughter just purchased her first new car. She is only 19 years old. She hit a wall and was devastated! We went online and looked for a repair shop and B & B had great reviews and we decided to get an estimate. From the first phone conversation to the last, the service was excellent! They treated my daughter as if she was the most important customer. When we picked up her car, you could not tell where the damage had been. Some companies may have great customer service and some may have great repair skills. B & B has both

I had an amazing experience here. Sean took care of everything and made it all seem so easy. I love the location, it’s literally right next to Enterprise. I just walked down next door to get my rental car. My car looks brand new and I am incredibly happy. They also cleaned the inside of my car, which was desperately needed, and they hooked me up with new headlights! I definitely recommend this place and thank Sean greatly.

We had an excellent experience with B&B and would highly recommend Sean and the team. The repair of our 2013 Sentra’s door and side panel is flawless. Knowing that we were unwilling to pay for full blending with the second door, B&B went ahead and did so at no cost out of concern that the car should look as good as new – which it does! The work was completed on time and we were treated with courtesy and professionalism.

I found B&B on Unilocal like many others and wow. I feel lucky that I did. I am so impressed with their service, honesty and helpfulness. Ask for Sean, he made my experience easy and smooth. Sean gave me great deals without even knowing me. And BEST OF ALL my car looks BETTER than before the damage! It is cleaner inside and out then I’ve ever seen it. Did I mention they were fast? I will refer all my friends and family to Sean and B&B auto body Thousand Oaks!

I just got my car back after having my bumper repaired and let me say this is by FAR the best service I have ever had. Not only was my car fixed flawlessly, but it was detailed inside and outside, it was like a new car. On top of that, Sean who works in the office was nothing but a class act and had amazing customer service. I took my car in to fix a door handle around noon and these guys had it done a little after 4 pm that day. Very reasonable pricing, over $ 100 less than I was quoted elsewhere, and like I said before– done in only a few hours rather than all day.
They also rubbed out some scratches on my car free of charge on my way out, a real class act!

Found B & B on Unilocal when I was searching for a place to work on my new model BMW after the dealer was less than helpful. I knew about the shop from driving past it pretty often but had not used their service. I called first to ask about their availability and Shawn asked what parts I needed and mentioned that he could order factory BMW parts without the sky high price tag at the dealer.
The day the parts arrived Shawn called me to confirm a day to come by and within the hour my car was ready. I didn’t have to take my car and leave it at the dealer for a full day, and the total cost parts + labor at B & B was less than half of what the dealer had quoted for the identical work.
