The vampire facelift is not done properly at this place and it left me with bags under my eyes and never in my life have i had a problem with bags ever!!! They lie about the amounts of procedures needed to get the results that are really nice… they told me one price and tried to over charge me then they lowered the price and the results were a disaster as far as i am concerned. Now i hate my face… i look much older because of the bags from the vamp face lift. clean location on the lakes but you may feel rushed… like hurry up in and hurry up out. never will go back again ever for any procedure. they lie lie lie or they are very forgetful… who knows three thousand dollars down the drain they can go f_​_​_​_​themselves! Why do you think I listed pictures of my dogs instead of myself. Front desk attitude is pathetic. Nobody followed up with me and money was deducted without my permission and they make up lies to cover it up. white trash in a white upper class location… good formula to fool people into thinking that they are ethical… sad sad sad

You know those days you are just not feeling too pretty, or life just seem to suck overall? Yeah, I had one of those days last week and I decided to take a ME Day. I turned off my phone and went to get a Facial and Massage with Liz at this place. Let me tell you… talk about getting back to life. They had me all aromatherapied out, my face was glowy and people have been asking me why do I look 10 years younger… ok maybe 7 but still… hahhaha They are very personable, everyone is kind and friendly and the place just looks and feels really nice and warm. They have GREAT TEA too btw. If you want a quick lift me up, to feel good, enjoy a «me day» kind of situation… this is your spot. Oh and my facial was a Classic Kalogie facial with Microderm and Glycolic peel… Don’t know what that means but it worked! :)

Love this place and have had several procedures over the years here. If you are not acquainted, it is at The Lakes on T.O. Blvd. For laser, you want Freddy. He is the bomb, and you will not feel ANY rubber bands. I was pleasantly shocked! Freddy can just «look at you» and know what you need cosmetically. Gifted… Getting my first treatment of micro needling with him soon too, and looking very forward. Claire is great as well, they both know their stuff. Shhhh, celeb clientele, but they wont tell you that. Jennifer at the front desk is a sweetheart. Clean, upscale, holistic establishment. Another thing I really like is that they run competitive sales promotions frequently. This is the only place I go to «better myself» these days. Give them a try, you will feel like family. I highly recommend!

Freddy is the best. His knowledge of anything and everything is extensive. The IPL he did made my skin look flawless. The laser hair removal was painless and great results. Will go back for more services.

I just got the Dermapen Facial at the Kalologie 360 Spa in Thousand Oaks — Claire serviced me and my skin feels AMAZING!!! The entire staff was so kind and ON IT! I got greeted with bottled water and the whole thing took less than an hour! In and Out… just the way I like it. THANKS Claire!

My partner came here for a massage because she received a gift from a friend. After her massage, they had a deal for some massages so she bought a few. Of course I was excited because I tend to need massages on a monthly basis. I’m also very picky. I was excited to get a deep tissue massage. Love them, but I have to say the male masseur was not my favorite. Very nice guy though.
I told him I wanted my upper back and feet concentrated on and I wanted deep tissue. He expressed that his deep tissue can be painful and some people have even asked to take it down a notch. I expressed I can handle some pain and I have before, BUT the key is to also create some pleasurable and enjoyable parts of the massage as well. Instead of walking out relaxed, I felt sore and tense. The entire massage was painful. And I mean the ENTIRE massage. He left no room for my muscles to relax and enjoy the process. So while my body would tense up he would try and relax me. I can’t relax when I’m hurting! As a masseuse I would think you would notice someone hurting and give in a little. No chance with this guy. He was on a mission. I felt bad saying anything to him and was hoping to feel some pleasurable moments, but nothing! Not even in the end when he was massaging my neck and my face was squeezed tight from the pain. You would think «oh this hurts her, I should relax a little.» When the massage was over I was disappointed and extremely sore in my shoulders and traps.
Again, I’ve had loads of deep tissue massages that hurt but the masseuse lightens up and creates a relaxing and enjoyable part of the massage. The kind that makes you want to fall asleep. You know, like a bitter sweet experience that leaves you feeling on cloud 9. Not here.
The space was pretty and the receptionist was ok. Not extremely friendly or welcoming though. I would give this review a 1 star but I did like the space and location. Just feel there should be more smiles, intuitiveness and less pain.

I had one of THE BEST microdermabrasion /​facials today by R.P. at Thousand Oaks location. She was friendly, professional, and really takes care of business. She gave me a short but relaxing shoulder neck massage which was just a perfect way to end the treatment.
It has a relaxing waiting area and seems quite clean.
The only suggestion I would make is the few times I’ve been in, the receptionist is busy on the phone making appointments and
usually calls keep coming in. It’s hard for just one person to handle the phones and also greet guests and make them feel welcomed and check them in. I get it costs more to have 2 people but service leaves a lasting impression on clients.
It’s nice when a business greets you, if you’re a regular, remembers your name. When you leave asks you how was your treatment, thank you see you soon.
All in all, loved R.P. And I’ll be back next month

Go elsewhere. People setting appointments provide misinformation and don’t live up to their word. Owner was there and did nothing to save a new client. Not cool!

Awful. Was gifted a massage from my mother via Conejo Valley Deals. Massage was one of the worst I have ever received. 1.) because it was not relaxing or pleasurable in any way. 2.) The male masseuse made me feel uncomfortable after he grazed the outside of my breasts, as I lay on my belly, more than once. I’ve had many massages in my 29 years and this has never happened before. Still disturbed!
The front desk staff was friendly enough but the up-​selling made me feel more like a piece of meat than a cared for customer. I do not recommend.

They offered me an additional IPL session as an apology which I felt remedied the issue at hand.
The second treatment seemed to be moe effective and now I’m excited to see what the next treatment brings.

I love this place! I’ve had facials, massage and laser hair removal… happy with them all and very reasonable! Roxanne is amazing!

I go here for laser hair removal, and I love the results! After just one treatment, I notice a significant reduction in hair growth! The staff is also wonderful and very friendly.

Roxanne is just the best. She takes such good care of me. I’m a regular at kalologie and they do a really good job. I love Freddy too. Always on time, always friendly, and they never push me to buy stuff. Five stars.

I bought a groupon for 3 IPL facials. I made an appt just fine but when I came in the technician never even introduced herself and just told me to sit down. She didn’t even tell me what we would be doing, she was more interested in my eyebrows. She started and it hurt pretty bad, I kept complaining and I asked if there was a numbing cream I could put on and her answer was «most clients don’t need it». Um, did that answer my question? I asked again if they offered numbing cream and she replied with the same answer. Clearly she wasn’t interested in my comfort. It was just hurry up and get the job done so I could move onto the next. Hopefully I’ll get a different technician to finish my package!

Just came out of my appointment with Claire. She has taken wonderful care of me and friends that I have sent over to her. Keep up the good work of offering great treatment at a fair price!

Who knew such a small space could be filled with so many riches! Had one of the best massages and went back for a facial. Bought another package and even tried their face moisturizer. It’s light and perfect for night or day. Reasonably priced, this place is just what I needed. That reminds me, I need to schedule an appointment.

I love coming here. It’s so calm and soothing from the second you walk in the door. All of your stress goes away. I always have my treatments with Clare! She is so amazing!

RUDE RUDE RUDE. Unless you fork down $ 400 every time you walk through the doors, then they treat you like utter crap. I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here and the front desk (every single person there) has treated me like shit. I thought perhaps it’s just me until I had waited over 90 minutes for an appt. and noticed they treat everyone in there the same. Everyone is unhappy there. Everyone is stressed and although I have repeatedly asked questions about my appts. they never give me a straight answer. Brushing me off and telling me they will get back to me but never do. I asked the girl at the front desk how many appts. I have had so far and she wouldn’t check. When I made suggestions as to what dates and times I knew I had been in, she would just look away and say yeah I guess. Then shockingly I tried to book more appts. for my prepaid package and she still treated me like crap, brushing me off and taking ALL the calls she could so I was left standing there using MY time to wait for her! And I mean EVERY SINGLE CALL that came in I had to stand there and wait! Not only then but when I came back to try this again weeks later she continued on her cell phone texting and chatting up the other receptionist while i stood there waiting to get her attention! What the heck!!! When I left I heard the owner creating a scene in front of customers and treating everyone in there like crap too so I guess it makes sense that everyone is so unhappy and RUDE in there just like the owner. The girls on the phone have left me on hold for so long that each time I call to book appts. it takes 20 or more minutes to actually be heard and understood. On hold on and off, taking other calls while I am left on hold, promises to call me back (nope) and when I go in person to make appts. I am brushed off and NO eye contact is made because I won’t spend MORE money in there. Once I use my packages I will never ever return.

I am member here. Each month there’s a deduction from my account. I never get a statement showing charges to my account. I emailed requesting one and never received it or any response.
I will not get into the attitude of the front office staff because when I went in today it was better.
Unfortunately due to my work schedule my availability is limited, but it is still frustrating when each time I call I can’t get in when I am available. There have been a few occasions where there were last minute confusions by staff for my appointments.
Today I took off work and called many days in advance to book a facial and a massage only to learn my favorite masseuse was no longer there. Either way they were already booked for massages. So I go in for just my facial. This is the first time I’ve been to the facility since September. Then after my facial I find out I have a balance of $ 217. How is this possible when I have not been there since Sept and they have been deducting $ 59 per month from my account? $ 354 for the last six month and I came in in sept and again today. That math does not add up. She was not able to give an explanation nor print out a statement of my account. I’ve never received any services that would accumulate to that amount. Now she going to talk to the manager and call me back.
My expectations are not high on how this will get resolved.

I called to reschedule an appointment I had made. The receptionist canceled the one I had, and when I asked for a new date, she told me she was busy checking in clients and to call back. She didn’t offer to put me on hold. I found this very unprofessional.

Ok, my first Unilocal review ever. I never take the time to do this, but in this instance I feel like it is necessary. As I am a hairstylist myself and work in the beauty service industry and am appalled by their customer service.
I’ve been here before because I bought a laser package for my underarms. The receptionist has been different every time, never the same girl, but the common thread is they were all very bitchy and rude. Their first impression was quite a turn off, and has been consistently bad every time since.
The service– It was ok, just as expected as far as the lasering goes. The lady was quick and professional. But not ever personal. Because of my packages, I have had 8 visits with her now and she never remembers me.
As a gift, I had bought my sister a package as well, and scheduled her appointment with mine. They made us wait over an hour!!! Then just told us we had to reschedule. When it came time for our rescheduled appointment 10 days later, we were on our way, and they called us (15 min before our appointment time) and very rudely asked if we were still coming. As if we were late or an inconvenience! When we arrived they insulted us both separately. The woman saying my sister looked too young and the receptionist telling my sister that I was very loud. When hardly 2 words were spoken between the technician and myself. On top of that they were very pushy in getting us to buy more packages. And making my sister wait over 10 min while the receptionist was on the phone just to book her next appointment!
The saying is true, you get what you pay for. I bought our packages for a deal on living social for pretty cheap. And that sums up my experiences here. Cheap. I would not pay a cent more towards any of their paychecks. Worst customer service EVER!!!

Really impressed with their results. I bought an Living Social deal for 6 laser hair removal sessions for $ 89. I went for the first time a few weeks ago, and Claire was my technician.
The sessions I chose were underarms. It did hurt a little on one side for some reason, the other side I didn’t really feel.
The process was really quick, I actually just went on my lunch break for the service.
I didn’t notice anything different at first, then all of a sudden i noticed that I don’t have to shave. I really didn’t think that would happen after the first time. I have dark natural hair, and I read that is one of the best candidates. (Again, it took a couple weeks. My appointment was on 4/​15, and the past few days is when I noticed a difference.)
It’s been 3 days of no shaving. My skin feels really soft as well, an unexpected bonus.
I mentioned that I seem to be really responsive to the treatment, and they said I can split it 3/​underarm and 3/​bikini if i wanted to as well.
I hope Claire is my technician every time. She was amazing. I really wasn’t expecting it to work so fast!
