Ramsey has been my barber for years and I will not let ANYONE else touch my hair. He’s not only an excellent barber but an extremely friendly person too. He is incredibly professional and always makes the customer feel at ease when they are in his chair.
Anyone looking to get a cut at Razor’s Edge should ask for Ramsey. You will thank me later!

If you’re looking for a great haircut, ask for Ramsey. I moved to Agoura Hills a little over a year ago and struggled to find a barber I was happy with. Took me a couple months and tried a few different spots and finally met Ramsey. He cut my hair once and I’ve been going back ever since. I recently moved to Camarillo and am still driving back just for my hair cut. Week worth it. Great guy, great barber. Can’t go wrong.

If you need a great barber, look no further. Ramsey is your guy. He will make you feel at home when you arrive and looking right and tight when you leave. Ive traveled all over and had my beard and hair taken care of by many barbers. Ramsey is the only one I trust to get it right every time. Id follow him to any shop he decides to work at. ASK FOR RAMSEY!!! HE’S AWESOME!!! I brought my boyfriend to Ramsey and he did such an amazing job with his haircut. My man felt so good and clean, and he was beyond happy with the haircut… He really took the time to make sure the cut was precise and blended perfectly. Ramsay has been my barber for a while now and he just started working at this spot and wherever he goes I’ll follow him. The guy really is a wizard with the clippers and I would know since I’ve pretty much been to every well known barbershop in the 805 to the 818. It’s a nice little shop and they always have a cooler here stocked with beer and other drinks for their clients. Ramsey is hands down the best barber in the area.
Ramsey has been cutting my hair for about 3 years now, he is extremely talented and very detailed in his work. I usually get a high fade with a comb over. Every now and then I will change the look, and he knows exactly what I am looking for. His work is very consistent and it looks great every time!
He works by appointment, which is great because I never have to wait to get my cut. I’ve tried other barbers in the past, but they aren’t as good as Ramsey.
No complaints. Like is said, he is the best!

Mid-​day on a Saturday, I walked in and Ivan was just about to start a haircut. Can I come back in 45 minutes he asked? Sure.
The end result was an excellent hair cut for a reasonable price. Ivan is friendly responsive to my requests about my hair.
This review is written a month later. The haircut grew out very nice and I’m about to call and make an appointment for my next cut. I

Haircut Requested: Size 2 on the sides blended to a FoHawk on top with sharp ice picks for the sideburns.
I want to start off with Suzanne being a really nice person. She kindly directed me to Nedra because she stated Nedra would do a better job cutting my hair with the hair style I requested. This is my first time going with Razors Edge to get my cut, overall, I like the haircut, but I don’t love it. I wish Nedra went through my sides again as I saw multiple hairs on the back that wasn’t evenly cut when I got home. Also, my sideburns seems a little longer than my side and my ears weren’t tapered off that well. I also noticed a different technique she did to blend my sides to the FoHawk, she initially blended my sides to the top by running the clippers horizontally parallel to my sides which I’ve never experienced/​seen before done by barbers in LA or master barbers I’ve gone to. My haircut took approximately 20 minutes and for $ 25 I wish she took a little more time. Good LA/​OC barbers I’ve gone to ranges from $ 20-​$ 40 and they take about an hour to cut my hair. I wish Nedra was more passionate into cutting as she could of probably done a better job, but to me it seemed like it was just another ordinary date cutting hair. On the contrary, it is difficult to find good barbers in TO or the surrounding area for a decent price. I will try the Handlebars barbershop in TO next time.

Was looking for a barber in the area and found Razor’s Edge here on Unilocal.Nedra was friendly and definitely knew her stuff when dealing with my hair and beard.
I have a somewhat difficult head of hair, but her cut looks great and she gave me some good recommendations for product and styling techniques.
In addition to to good-​looking haircut, the price was right on the money. $ 25 for a cut and shampoo, with a little touch up on my beard thrown in as well. Nedra also told me that beard/​neck trims are free if you stop by between haircuts for a touch-​up.
Just a heads up: I saw a notice on Nedra’s mirror that says prices will be going up $ 5 due to an increase in rent starting November 1. So come in before then to get the good price!

Visiting from San Francisco, found this place on Unilocal.Great Place, Great Price, and the Ladies know what they are doing. I was a mess, got a great thorough hair cut, beard trim, and shave.
Will be back next time I’m down here!

First time here. Loved it. Had a great beer with my haircut and they did a phenomenal job. I had a very specific cut in mind and had it drawn up in advance for them to reference. They’re both so talented and professional that it was not even close to a challenge. Great communication too. Highly recommend.

I must admit, I’ve always been a cheapskate when it comes to haircuts. My hair grows ridiculously fast, and it never listens to me no matter how much I try to coerce it to. I used to frequent a haircut place owned by a really friendly Vietnamese family, and the price was $ 6 a cut. So, meager beginnings. But after moving to Camarillo from up north, I needed a new barber. And I learned the hard way that no hair cut in SoCal is ever gonna be as cheap as those in NorCal — just not gonna happen. But when I stumbled up Razor’s Edge, and saw that awesome Unilocal deal, it was a no-​brainer.
Instead of paying full price $ 25, the Unilocal deal brings it down to $ 12 (for new customers). I was lucky enough to be able to walk-​in as she had an opening, but usually you should at least call-​in the day before to make an appointment, if you can.
My barber was Suzanne, the owner. She’s incredibly friendly and really helped me learn how to tame my hair. She offered me a beer or water, and let me control the TV (which had DirecTV, by the by), which is pretty awesome. Free beers don’t just appear out of nowhere.
The cut was quick and accurate. Being that I’m only used to quick «get in, get out, don’t say a word» barber shops, this was much different. She actually washed my hair, utilizing the whole hair salon sink thing. It was awesome, I felt like royalty haha. She even straight-​edge cut my sideburns and my neck, which was really nice too. Nothing like hot shaving cream to get the job done. She was very friendly, and we had good conversation.
All in all, Razor’s Edge is a great barbershop. At $ 25 normally, it’s a bit out of my price range as a broke college student with fast-​growing hair. But I might just make an exception for this institution — higly
