Brilliant Heating & Air

I have been dealing with this company for 2 years. Hoping against hope that they would ever fulfill their end of the contract. I bought a one year contract at that time for bi-​annual servicing of my 2 a/​c units and the changing of filters in the house and out. They showed up once after many attempted appointments that they never showed up for. Left me waiting all day long on many occasions. I tried again this year. Same thing. Many appointments made, day long waits and they never showed. They win, I give up and they have my money! CROOKS, don’t use this company.

This company was quick to install a new AC last year and when I had a problem recently Sean came to check it out on the same day that was promised but told me he needed to return the next to carry out the repairs. He subsequently agreed to 3 separate appointments however he never showed up nor did not have the courtesy to let me know that he was not coming resulting in three wasted days waiting around for him. It was obvious that Brilliant had no intention of returning to carry out warranty repairs resulting in $ 500 cost to me when I had to call another company to get my system functioning again.
I would urge any potential customers to look elsewhere for an AC contractor… Brilliant will not look after you if you need warranty repairs and it will cost you dearly if you choose to use this company.
If zero stars was an option, I would have chosen it.

I had one good experience (1.5 yrs ago) with this company where I dealt with a couple of employees to install a new AC unit on our condo.
We purchased a second AC package unit for a rental condo and had to deal with the inconsiderate owner (between the troubleshooting appt and the install appt. I waited on him for more than 6 hours) This was 9 months ago.
Fast forward to last week, I found out the heater in the condo didn’t work (unit was new in March) Called brilliant and received a return call from them with an appt. and a 1 hour window.
I waited 4 total hours and no one showed up.
I called multiple times, no response at all.
I will now have to pay another company to fix a unit that brilliant wouldn’t take responsibility for.
If I could give 0 stars that’s what they deserve.
Edit-couldn’t be more dissapointed that my Unilocal review is not considered in their rating. Even though I don’t post much, I felt that after spending $ 17,000.00 on 2 AC units brilliant would feel an obligation to show up and consumers need to see what type of company they really are. What goes around comes around.

Poor customer service. They didn’t show up for the 2 hour window. When I called, they said they had been delayed and would call when they were on their way. Needless to say, they never called or showed up.

Fast service, great customer service on the phone, technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Have had them out to my house 3 times. Never disappointed.

Do not use this company. Made an appointment with a 2 hour window and they did not even show up! They didn’t even call to let me know they couldn’t make it. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional, and rude!
They do not return messages either.
this is not how you do business. There are many other companies to choose from in the valley. Don’t waste your valuable time with this company

Wow. Where do I begin. First off when you have an appointment with a 2 hour window it would be nice if you would show up. If you can’t make it within that 2 hour window a phone call would be nice saying that you are busy and running late, that’s understandable. Your appointment was in the morning and its night time and you’ve been sitting at home all day waiting and still no call back or no show its time to call the competition to send their technicians with enough man power to run a business. I know on my job if I pulled a no show without a courtesy call at least explaining what happened, I would be terminated, just saying. Very unprofessional and far from brilliant. Go to the competitior.

Honest and very fair pricing. It is scary to blindly pick an ac guy as they are not all honest. Sean was very honest and I highly recommend him to anyone. Fast and great service!

Patrick is very porfessional and was able to get the job done quickly. Right Away’s pricing was the best I found when I looked at other companies. I would recommend him without any hesitation.

I have done Crane work for this Air Conditioning company many times. I have been on the job sites and they are always on time and do great work! I recommend this Air Conditioning company to anyone needing service, repair, or replacement!

This is the BEST new Heating and Air Conditioning company in the Desert. Sean was wonderful to work with, he was on time figured out my problem and had me back up and running super fast ! And best of all for a really fair price. I will be using him for not only my home but my business. I will make sure to recomend him and Sara to all my friends !
