Love love love this place! I’ve known the owner a long time since I used to work next door. So I will continue to support his business. I bought a fossil watch and my boyfriend bought me my Michael Kors watch here but at different times. Anyways, I came in and had my battery changed within minutes. He still remembers me and he continues to be so friendly. He gave my boyfriend different advice as how to fix his band. And since I knew him and have been a customer, he gave me a discount of $ 4 off so I only had to pay $ 10. People, if you’re looking for great service and different types of watches, definitely check this place.

Came here once again and I was in and out within 5 minutes!
The price either went up or my particular watch needed a pricier battery because it was $ 12. Either way, I checked-​in on Unilocal and I got $ 3 off and the total came out to be $ 9. Still super cheap!
I forgot to put it in my last review, but they give you a stamp card. After 6 battery replacements you get $ 10 off your 7th battery replacement.
Quick tidbit, the guy corrects the time on your watch afterwards, so you don’t have to. (I accidentally turned the watch dial before realizing he already corrected it –_-)

Great service, fair pricing, and fast. They have the best price on battery replacement and they’ll pressure test your watch to ensure it’s still water resistant. I bought my Luminox watch there 2.5 yrs ago and the owner matched the best price I could find. Del Time has been in business for over 30 years for a reason. I’m a repeat customer and I won’t go anywhere else.

Went to this shop about 2 weeks ago to get a battery replaced for a watch that my husband purchased from this shop last year. Both men that helped us were pleasant and helpful. They explained as to why watch batteries cost a certain amount and also if I checked in at Unilocal that I could get a $ 3 discount, which I did and my watch works fine now.

So unprofessional, irresponsible, rude and provide terrible customer services. DO NOT RECOMMEND this store at all. Brought watch for repair. I was told that the technician won’t come in till next day in the afternoon. A lady who is the relative of the owner told me that I’ll be receiving a phone call with the estimate next day afternoon or in the morning of the following day. No call. I called in the afternoon of the following day. A young man answered the call and said technician will come in tomorrow so we don’t know the estimate. I told him what I was told initially. His reply was «I wasn’t there that day, so I don’t know!» No apology whatsoever! Then the lady came on the phone and said «If you show such attitude (I was frustrated, of course), we won’t fix your watch!» So I went to get my watch back. Not worth going to this place.

These guys are awesome, great customer service. I get all my watch batteries replaced there.
The last time I went in my luminox had one of the glowing markers loose inside the watch and it has stopped telling time 6 months after my last battery replacement. Del time removed the marker, put in a new battery, demagnetized the watch and did a pressure test all for free. The watch is working fine now and I cannot say enough good things about this shop. If you need any type of watch repair or are looking to buy a watch I highly recommend them.

Got the job done. But wished for a little more
I brought my friend’s watch there for a battery change and pressure test. It was done in 30min. But there is no receipt for the service nor note on the pressure test result. I wished that they would at least give me something in writing saying the service was done on that date, the pressure test was ok … something like that.
So they got the job done, but some what feels like I am missing something (if something’s wrong and I had to go back to the store, then it would be me vs. them on what service was done and when was it done)

Stopped by here for the first time after buying a watch from tj max, found out the lock band was broken so went in couple other places and see if anyone could fix it they all said no but this place which I found on Unilocal the guys there literally saved my watch! Price wasn’t what I was concerned but the way their service was fantastic! Def recommend this place if you need watch repairs! Workers are chill and not hard to find either. Thank you del time!

We came here because I needed to get my nephew’s watch battery replaced. It was very easy to find in Del Amo Mall. Just park by the Outback Steakhouse and enter at that mall entrance. The guy was very friendly, helpful, honest, and quick! We waited only like 10 min and it was done! I checked in on Unilocal and even saved $ 3 off the battery replacement. So I only spent $ 13. I decided not to get the pressure test for another $ 5 since his watch was fairly old. I will definitely come back if I need to have my own watch battery replaced.
This place is very clean and well kept. They have lots of watches, clocks, and watch accessories for sale.
So happy to have found this place on Unilocal!Would definitely recommend to others.

Brought my cuckoo clock in last year and got it fixed. It has been running fine ever since. I brought in a family heirloom pocket watch to get a crystal. The staff is friendly and professional.
