What an absolute joke! My hard working, loving parents bought me a remote starter for my birthday from this place. I feel embarrassed that they spent a dime here. I had been there 2 times and each time they told me I had to be there at 9 am and it would be done around 5 or 6. Who has 10 hours to dedicate to this!!! After the 3rd attempt, my parents made several calls to the manager asking for a refund. No such luck. FINALLY, went in there for a 4th time and it was installed(4 hours later). Oh and if you only have one key to your car like I do, you get to pay $ 30 more… Stay far far away.

If it was possible to give a negative rating for this company I would. These people are liars and crooks — — go any place else besides here!

Heed the advice of other poor ratings and stay away – installation customer service is HORRIBLE! I went to have my remote start, a present from my husband, installed. I arrived at 2pm. I told the employee that I would be waiting for it. He asked if I knew it would be three hours and I told him I knew it would take a while so I went hungry, knowing I could kill some time at Lebanese Grill with lunch, and I brought my iPad for the«waiting area». Not at any point did he mention the wait is three hours, once the installation BEGINS. After my lunch at Lebanese Grill I noticed my car was in the parking lot. I honestly thought, «I wonder if they finished early.» Ha! Yeah right! After an hour in the waiting area I noticed other cars coming in and out of the garage, but mine continued to stay put. I asked a different employee, «Is the wait three hours once you begin or from the time I dropped off my car?» He confirmed what I already suspected and said, «I figured you were waiting for a ride, I didn’t know you were waiting for the installation. Sorry about that, but your car is next.» If only that were true. I watched two other cars go in before mine. I think he was just blowing smoke up my butt and didn’t even know which car was mine. I debated whether to even stay but knew there wasn’t a more convenient time coming up in my schedule. Some friends picked me up for dinner and that killed a couple hours. My car was finally done at 9pm! The worst part of waiting is that the employees smoke cigarettes and the waiting room smells like them. I swear my car now smells like cigarettes but that might have been from my clothes. The place is super-dirty, smells of cigarettes, and has HORRIBLE customer service. Please go somewhere else!

I recently brought my car in to have my remote start looked at. It was installed at Circuit City about 6 years ago but they were so accommodating. Over a year ago the system just stopped working. I was hoping the fix would be a simple reprograming of my remotes but it was a bit more complicated. I paid up front for the reprograming and they didn’t charge me for whatever it was that he had to do to get it working under my dash. I was there maybe 20 minutes. The gentleman up front was very helpful in answering some other questions I had about a sound system for our camper. Overall I was pleased!

i went here to get a car alarm/auto start installed. i assumed it would take a couple hours. when i got there at 10am they quoted me a time of 3 – 4 hours. i don’t want to sit and wait because well there is one chair and half of a computer chair covered in grease in the«waiting room», so i walked to a friend of mines house to wait. 4 hours later, i had not heard anything so i called the shop to inquire about about car. the guy on the phone could only seem to tell me that, they weren’t done and it wouldn’t be much longer and they would call me. 2 Hours later i still had not heard anything so i called again. the same guy told me that he was almost done so i could come up but i might have to wait a few minutes more. i left 20 minutes later so i could see what they meant by «a few minutes more» so at 6 hours and 30 minutes i get to the shop and the guy at the desk says: «it will just be a few minutes» another 20 minutes later and i am told my car is done. i was told that the reason it took so long was due to an old system being in my car that the saturn dealership said they took out and didn’t (a whole different terrible review i am about to write.) the man at the desk goes quickly over the key fab and i realize later i now have no trunk button. i accidentally hit the unlock button on my old fab not thinking, and my car starts going crazy! understandable. so i take out the new fab and press the«lock» button because the man at the desk told me this would stop it. well it didn’t and finally i open the door and close it again push the lock button and it shuts up. almost in tears from an incredibly stressful day i would say i was not the least bit satisfied. wires were left exposed, and i was left with a very bad taste in my mouth, and the least they could have done was call me to update me. my mother bought this for me as a gift and i am embarrassed that her money was wasted.
