Established in 2012.

In 2012 we partnered with The Morrison Sales Team at Boice O’neal Realty in Truckee to create Tahoe Mountain Properties. Formerly of Lake Tahoe Concierge, we continue to offer concierge and vacation rental services, with our focus being on luxury nightly rentals and ski leases.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Holly brings to Tahoe Mountain Properties a vast amount of experience in luxury home care, hospitality, group management and corporate training. Upon landing in Tahoe, jumped aboard with The LUSSO Collection and later with Quintess, a premier world wide destination club and leader in the high end travel industry. There she was able to hone her attention to detail by managing high end luxury homes, increase her knowledge of the Tahoe area and it’s vendors through travel planning and servicing the residences and evolve her ability to train and oversee staff by developing and executing training programs for Destination Managers in other markets. In 2006 Holly created Lake Tahoe Concierge, specializing in estate management, property maintenance and vacation rentals. In the summer of 2012, Holly partnered with The Morrison Sales Team in Truckee to create Tahoe Mountain Properties, specializing in ski leases and luxury nightly rentals in the North Lake and Truckee area.
