Creative Nails

This is my regular nail place. They’re pretty good, the remodel has been really nice and the chairs are super comfy now.
I’ve never really waited too long, maybe 20 – 30 mins max.
They don’t take cards for tips! That’s a bummer, because that’s new and I didn’t realize that! (It seems a little shady)
I never have any complaints about the work and I do like that they have a variety of pedicure options. They have different scents and stuff and scrubs and it’s nice to get to pick and choose what you want and when.
Would recommend!

I got a shellac manicure and it was great. The service barely took any time at all and yet it was extremely well done. The staff there is very friendly. Very reasonable prices. Really good quality. And it’s just a very relaxing atmosphere in there. I will most definitely come back and I will recommend to others.

I will never go back to creative nail. The first time I went, my acrylic full set nails were crooked. I mentioned it to the guy doing my nails & he just shrugged it off.
I gave them the benefit of doubt & went a second time with my friend who had been gone for military training. They took forever to seat me then the lady doing my nails got up every 4 minutes to talk to someone, ask incoming guests questions, look through the nail polish & whatnot when all she was suppose to be doing was applying my acrylic full set. If she didn’t get out her seat, she was yelling trying to talk to other people around.

It was okay, but I can do as good a job or better myself! Got a manicure with regular polish, $ 15. Was charged $ 5 to remove my old shellac polish. I figured removal of polish would be included in the price of a manicure. Polish was unevenly done.

Awesome job! I typically do my own gel’s but didn’t have time, so I walked in, and they saw me right away. One week later and they still look great!

I don’t know why the ratings are so low for this place. I have been here a few times and have never been disappointed. Everyone has always been very nice and have never had any complaints about my nails. I usually just get a pedi and they always turn out great. Tonight I got a pedi and shellac french manicure with Paul. He was SO nice and I would love to return to him… he totally exceeded my expectations and LOVE my toes and nails!!! Prices are pretty much the same as every other nail salon and they are open later than any other salon in town. Thanks Paul!!!

Will not be back. Went in for a back fill and my nails were super thick and not what I asked for. As the gentleman was filling my nails, I kept reminding him of what I wanted but when he finished, my nails looked horrible. Took them off when I got home. Took me forever. I was very disappointed.

A word of caution for all who choose to go here: DON’T SIGN IN! Their sign in sheet is disguised as a liability form, freeing them from any liability if you are unhappy with their services. Once you «sign in» you are unable to request a refund if you feel that their services were less than acceptable. My friend and I went on a Friday morning, the salon was completely empty. We inquired about prices for a Shellac manicure and a pedicure and were quoted $ 55. We agreed on the price and the one guy got started on our pedicure baths. Once seated, we were informed that the massage chairs didn’t work. That was quite a disappointment because my friend is a full time mom and I work full time, so we were really looking forward to a place to relax and be pampered. The guy started on my friends pedicure straight away while, I had to wait for the girl to finish up curling another employee’s hair in the back room. She finally walked out, looking pissed off that she actually had to work and started on my pedicure. Once we were finished, they started on our manicures. I’m kind of picky in that I like the color of my toes, to match my fingers. They had a very limited selection of Shellac colors. So I chose a color and they started my mani. The only complement I can give is that the lady really cleaned up my nails and made them look nice. When it came time for the Shellac polish, the lady stepped away and the guy that was working on my friend’s manicure took over. It was about 12:30 by this time, and more customers were starting to come in. The guy seemed rushed and started painting my nails, complaining the whole time that «these colors are just so hard to do.» My manicure was rushed and the nail polish on my pinky has started to chip. It’s been 4 days and Shellac is supposed to last longer than a regular manicure! After discussing with my friend about the service we had received, we agreed that it was subpar and she attempted to request a refund for us. They refused and said we «signed a form» The only form we signed was the check in form. They have also said that they would give us a gift card but why would we want to go back to a place and receive crappy service again? Beware of this place! Horrible customer service! We will NEVER go there again!

got a mani/​pedi and the ladies there were very nice. price was very reasonable!
if you’re looking for a relaxing day, this would be a good place to spend a couple hours.
