A Lasting Touch Salon

I have been coming to this salon for about 5 years now and I usually have nothing bad to say about it. Jamella is great and she does a fantastic pedicure and full set. However, the past few times I have been here my relaxation has been interrupted by unsupervised children running throughout the salon and being disruptive. I believe these are children of a couple of the ladies that work here yet they are not being watched or told to listen to their iPads with headphones on. The continuous noise is annoying and unprofessional, especially when someone comes here to relax in a quiet, spa like environment.
The music that is played in the salon could also be a little more relaxing. If I wanted to listen to 70’s Rock I would do so on the radio. I come here to enjoy my alone time in a relaxing, quiet environment and lately that has been hindered. It is just somewhat unprofessional compared to the other salons I have been to in the Tucson area. The salon is also a tad bit dirty and there is quite a lot of clutter.

The place is a bit dirty. There was dirty water in the pedicure chairs and the lady that sits up front, I think it’s the owner, is kind of rude or lacks communication skills. I personally look for a clean comfortable place that treats customers to a relaxing atmosphere. If it wasn’t for Emme, a fantastic and skillful nail tech, I wouldn’t go there.

Beautiful salon, great service! Selina is wonderful, and went out of her way to work me into her schedule. She’s great, personable, very easy to chat with, and my nails look beautiful!!!
My biggest concern with nail salons is cleanliness, and this one is beautifully decorated and extremely clean.

Amazing nail salon and spa. The kindness that was shown to me here was out of this world. And the mani fill/​gel polish is the prettiest I’ve seen in a long time (Esmeralda is where it’s at!!). I’ve never written a Unilocal review before this but felt compelled. Esmeralda stayed past her work time just to take care of me, and was such a sweetie too! This spa is beautiful, clean, fresh, modern and all around awesome. I’m an out of towner (from Fort Lauderdale) but if I lived here you can guarantee I’d be at A Lasting Touch every two weeks for my fill (and then some! Pedis, massages, waxes and facials to boot — sign me up!)

This is a great spa/​salon easily accessible in Tucson. Three really friendly sisters own the location — they actually opened the place up especially for our Girls’ Day Out one Sunday (when they are normally closed) and worked with us very sweetly on organizing everyone’s schedule throughout the day. I had a prenatal massage that was complete bliss, for just $ 45 (+ tip; Melissa specifically is really great). I highly recommend this inexpensive but fabulous salon experience.

If you are looking for permanent makeup look no further! Go book in with Yvette she is amazing, funny, spunky and very professional. They also offer a nail salon, and eyelash extensions with different glues for sensitive eyes!

Wow had my first visit to A Lasting Touch today, and I have some pretty awesome things to say.
This place is beautiful when I walked in I was instantly surprised and loved all the grey tones. The décor was awesome. So many time you walk into a nail shop and just think, I just need a pedicure so who cares… I care! Not at this place no obnoxious tv’s none of that! Instead a beautiful ambiance exactly what you need.
My service was with Esmerelda, I met her a month ago and finally scheduled to get in. Originally I had scheduled to get a pedi and mani however had to change it last second to just a manicure. Esmerelda was so sweet and had no problem with that.
She carefully took off my shellac and did an amazing job and I do mean amazing! She then customized my polish to a glittery silver which I couldn’t believe how gorgeous it was!
I am so ecstatic with my service that I went ahead and set up my appointment in 2 weeks and can’t wait to get my pedicure with her! I met one of the other nail techs and she was a gem too.
I am from a bigger city and moved here 3 years ago and have been a ton of places for nails, this place by far has been the best! I am so excited to have found this place and yes it is a little pricey but worth every cent. Only two doors away from a coffee shop so I grabbed my coffee and while getting my nails done enjoyed a lovely conversation with Esmerelda!
Tucson, I just want all of you to know that this is the place to go for nails! Enjoy!
