This location used to be very good, however it seams that the last few times i have went there the attendants at the dressing rooms have been rude in their mannerisms. This is becoming a big let down. It is a clean location and i agree the lines do get long and the other employees do not go to the other cash registers to help out. If you have been standing in line for 5 – 10 min then maybe they will go on. Just annoying.

Love Ross but this Ross would be way better if they employees that work there would be nicer and more courteous. Most of them rarely smile or acknowledge you. Also the lines are almost always very long there unless you go right when they open. On the plus side… this is one of the cleaner Rosses…

This is a very bare-bones Ross. I hardly find anything I really want here and the shoe selection for men here is offensively small(and it’s not much better for women either). This seems like the Ross that attempts to sell all of the crap that the other Ross locations have failed to rid themselves of. Customer service is scanty and the place is disorganized and often filthy. Clothes are out of order and thrown all over the place(same goes with shoes) and while it’s very possible to unearth something you want to purchase, good luck taking less than 20 minutes to locate it. Ross isn’t somewhere you go to shop fro a wedding or take your kid to find a dress for winter formal or homecoming but a patron should still be allowed to set moderate expectations even for a discount store. I have shopped at several Ross stores in numerous cities over the years and this location is, by far, the worst one I have ever been to. I like how they have a «Loss Prevention» unit, which could be the biggest waste of funds a company of Ross’ stature. The guys who actually work security seem to stroll around as if they detest their job(can’t blame them) or, on the flip-side, with a God complex because they have been given the opportunity to be a quasi security guard. I mean, if I was a Loss Prevention agent and someone was running out of Ross with cheap, inexpensive clothing, do you really think I would chase them? Not a chance and I don’t expect them too. I applaud Ross for giving these folks employment, but maybe if they paid better attention to the disorganization and filth in the store, I wouldn’t have such an issue with shelling money out for door security at a store that should not require it in any way. If want to go to Ross in the future, this would be a last resort location for me.
