History

Established in 2010.

Basil’s Kitchen is a restaurant concept from the DOW Corporation. Basil’s Kitchen opened their Tukwila location in 2010 and recently presented new lunch and dinner menus created by Chef Mark Wadhwani featuring Northwest Cuisine with a Mediterranean twist. From Moroccan Lamb Chops and Braised Pork Shoulder to succulent Crab Cakes the menu showcases great variety and unique flavors in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The décor is colorful and eccentric, the service knowledgeable and friendly; think of a sidewalk café in Monaco with unique menu options in a fun and casual setting. The lounge offers an extensive collection of small plates along with signature cocktails and a blend of Northwest and Mediterranean wines by the glass. Although located inside the Embassy Suites in Tukwila the atmosphere and cuisine allow Basil’s Kitchen to set themselves apart from other Hotel concepts.
