Never ever again.
I called OC Green Clean last minute on a Saturday at 9 am in hopes of same day service. I had been very sick all week with a very high fever and needed a clean house.
I received a text message at 12pm saying that they were all booked up but had openings the following two days. I declined as I work full time and would not be able to be here to let them in.
I received another text message 45 minutes later stating that they had a cancellation and could fit me in. I was not at home but Michelle reassured me that the team would be there around 1:45 — 2:00. Perfect.
I got a call at 1:49 from Michelle verifying my address because the team seemed already lost. I gave her my address (as I have filled out MANY times on the online forums with exact street to street directions). I called Michelle back at 2:07, as my boyfriend and I have somewhere to be, and she told me they were still lost but in our community.
I called again at 2:47 because I had NOT heard back from Michelle explaining we could not wait any longer so we left our door unlocked. (I will never do that again but thought it would be okay for a short time). At this point I gave her EXACT driving directions from the freeway to our complex Michelle explained again that they were still lost in our complex. 1. Our complex is not THAT big to be lost for almost an hour 2. There are a million people to ask for directions 3. We are the only tenants to have our EXACT address.
Michelle finally called me back at 3:09 stating they found our apartment but our door was locked. hmm wrong apartment! I received another call at 3:53 stating they were at our apartment with a wreath on our door but our door was locked. hmm wrong apartment again! I told Michelle that if they couldn’t find our apartment in 10 minutes I was having security come to lock our door. She promised she would call me back in 10 minutes. She didn’t so my final call was at 3:56 extremely annoyed/​angry explaining that her team being lost for almost two hours is insane and beyond unprofessional and she needed to send her team home. At this point I had left my apartment unlocked with tip money for the cleaning crew for almost two hours.
I am in shock how unprofessional, unorganized and ridiculous this company is. I have used them twice now and honestly they don’t clean THAT great, they broke one of my oldest vases and now caused this frustration. Michelle sent me an apology email offering a free house cleaning. Uh no thanks! NOT interested!

Don’t let the name fool you! They claim they use eco friendly products. Nope it’s all a lie. My house smelled like a bunch of chemicals when they were cleaning. They just came with Eco friendly bottles which were filled with bleach and other stronger chemicals. It was so strong that my dad had to take my kids out of the house while they were cleaning. I have plenty of Eco friendly stuff around my house and it know for SURE the stuff they were using isn’t! That was the only reason why I agreed to have them come clean my house. If I wanted house cleaned with bleach and chemicals hired another cleaning company who would’ve cleaned my whole entire house plus wall, windows, and cabinets for a much better rate than this company.

I had flew to Tustin to visit my sister for her birthday. She recently hosted her 21^st BDAY at her new home. Since then, she’s been super busy with work and never got the chance to tidy up the place.
I decided to look for an affordable good cleaning service, I found OC Green Clean. After reading a bunch of good reviews, I decided to give them a try. Conveniently, I could schedule their services via on-​line! It was so easy and the pricing was affordable too!
Their service was amazing and the maids were super nice and professional, We were all impressed by how clean the house was. THANK YOU OC Clean! I DEF RECOMMEND THIS CLEANING SERVICE TO ANYONE!

At first I was very hesitant to turn over my housecleaning to strangers, but after researching several companies online, I finally decided that OC Green Clean would be a good fit and booked my first cleaning appointment with them. Now I’m really glad that I did. The team they sent was on time, friendly, courteous, professional, very efficient, and did an amazing job of cleaning my house. I’ve already booked my next appointment, and I plan on having them come on a regular basis. I hope to work with this company and this team for a long time to come. Now I can spend my time doing things that I love instead of constantly having to worry about cleaning my house.

Update to my review:
4 stars is for Michelle’s persistence in trying to remedy the situation. She had called a few times after my Unilocal review. I wasn’t going to return the phone call but decided to give it another go due to her sheer persistence.
3 stars for the cleaning: Michelle sent out another crew who came and cleaned my 3 bedroom home in less than 2 hours. I noticed that none of the baseboards were dusted which I didn’t notice until they left. They did not clean the grime from the kitchen sink which they cleaned only after I pointed it out it.

Husband and wife team (Roy/​Wendy) did an AMAZING job deep cleaning our apartment. The tiles were very old and dirty to begin with and when I did the final walk-​thru I could not believe my eyes — the floors were beautiful and looked brand new. They even somehow removed the old moldy stinky smell from the bathrooms and bedrooms. I will definitely be using them again. Best cleaners I’ve had in a long time!!!’

I highly recommend OC Green Clean for the company to use for your cleaning today. Not only can you do a One-​time cleaning without obligation, but the ease of booking is phenomenal. You can book online. Follow-​up confirmations via voice mail and text messages were immediately following book. Follow-​up post cleaning, again, was immediate via text and voicemail. More importantly is how spectacular they cleaned the my home. My home was detailed so tight that it is hands down the best cleaning I have had. It is very important to me to have my home cleaned with natural products. Some people believe natural products leave sub-​par results, but I assure you this company will prove that theory wrong. Even the hard water stains were gone from my bathroom. Nothing was missed. I highly recommend this company

I must say, this company is the best out there.
I actually decided to try other companies and ended up coming back immediately. My concerns with my previous experiences were acknowledged and fixed right away. They are extremely professional. They provide accurate quotes and stick to their prices. They are always on time, and if they are going to be late, they will always tell you ahead of time. All of this, on top of using natural products which puts me at ease with my dog. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

OC green clean has been really good for us… having a toddler and both my wife and I working full time it’s really nice coming to a clean house. The fact that we can book online whenever and their staff providing excellent customer service makes our experience that much better. The teams are very friendly and always carry on with a friendly attitude. Thank you OC green clean staff for helping us. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I requested the services from the OCGC team during our move out and move in cleaning needs. The scheduling Was really smooth and flexible. Response time was prompt and proactive. Cleaning result was beyond expectations.
At our move out, they did a fantastic job and everything was spotless. Our landlady was very impressed.
During our move in, the rental place was disgusting underneath the superficial look, and the team at OCGC really cleaned it well. My skeptic husband was satisfied with the results. Thank you OCGC team for your services. You made our first cleaning service a good one. I will be a repeat customer and will highly recommend them.

I was contacted by the owner Mike Lin with an apology and detailed response to my concerns– I do appreciate the dedication to customer service in response to my Unilocal review, and hope the company will implement an easier way to delete account information in the future. It is nice to know they will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, though wish it did not require a Unilocal review to achieve this.

Showed up on time and did a great job. They got a disaster of a dirty oven immaculately cleaned in record time. They’re fast and clearly hard workers, especially in a house that was probably 85 degrees inside.
My only complaint was that the price was a bit high, but fees are laid out up front and there are no surprises.

I’m leaving an update based purely on how this business deals with customers. They knew I wasn’t satisfied and recognized that the cleaning that was done was sub par. They were very apologetic and offered a full refund. I respect businesses that treat their customers well and I’m very appreciative of the refund. I would say, if you use this company, don’t hesitate to be very specific about what you want cleaned and reach out to the owners if necessary. It really seemed like they cared about my satisfaction.

Customer service still great, the cleaning not so much, so updating by subtracting another star to accurately reflect. It would be a 2 star for clean alone. Corners were cut in cleaning almost every room. I have a four bedroom house, 2 of bedrooms are not being lived in – set up as guest room or office. So basically minimal knicknacks, low maintenance spaces. After my guests left I found the desk in the office (the only piece of furniture there!) had not really been dusted – nothing had been moved at all to dust the top of it. Very disappointing and honestly the cleaning I would expect from my hubby not a professional service!
Knowing I wasn’t 100% pleased, customer service followed up with me a week after by email, offering 10% off the next cleaning. Not likely.

The owner is great and quick to respond. I appreciate everything he did in response to my service needs.

Before I booked their service, I actually spent three days going through all the cleaning services around the area on Unilocal.
I also contacted couple companies about the price and service coverage.
We eventually decided to go with the OC Green Clean based on two things: flat rate price and Unilocal reviews, and I’m really happy with my decision.
We booked the service mainly for new house post construction cleaning.
The two ladies were super nice and helpful, besides the regular cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming, they also dusted the walls, cleaned up the window sills and cleaned the baseboards.
We paid extra to have our cabinet (inside) cleaned, and they also did a great job on that.
I’m sort of neat/​clean freak, and the fact that I’m actually satisfied with their work says a lot about the services they provide.
I will definitely recommend OC Green Clean to family/​friends, and will probably book them again (very soon) for move-​out cleaning services.

Before OC Green Clean, we tried a different cleaning service for our new home, which despite its good reviews on Unilocal was awful.
So we contacted OC Green Clean to see if they were able to do a next-​day cleaning, and incredibly, they were.
Mike was very professional and responsive, and the crew did a terrific job, They showed up when they were supposed to (unlike many other cleaners) and did a very thorough cleaning, addressing the specific issues we had asked them to focus on.
We are very picky about cleaning, and OC Green Clean satisfied our high standards. I would definitely recommend them.

I actually found this cleaning service right here on Unilocal,and I am very glad that I did. I had a bad experience before with a larger corporate cleaning service in the past. I called OC Green Clean and got an answer right away. They originally gave me a time for the following week, but I asked if they could squeeze me in sooner, so she called the owner and was able to fit me in the next day. They arrived 10 minutes early with the owner, Mike. He was very friendly, asked what I wanted, and did a walk through of the house. Oh, and just fyi, they do not do dishes. This may be good or bad because I’ve heard of a lot of people’s dishes getting broken from cleaning services. Mike said they do however put dishes in the dish washer if you have one.
Both of the employees spoke English and were polite and professional. I was present during the cleaning, but you don’t have to be. They did a thorough job in my home. I also paid an extra $ 20 for them to clean the fridge. Great pricing, you pay per house and not hourly. The other service was hourly, and they just milked the time and worked slow. They did a walk through at the end, there was one smudge on the wall I asked them to clean, and they took care of it right away.
I just booked my next appointment, a great service if you are super busy. I am always traveling and on the go, so the convenience for price is totally worth it. Plus they use green cleaning products.
