Horrible. Contacted them and was told they’d show up around 2 – 2:30pm. 2:30pm comes and goes, no call, no text, nothing. I called and left a voicemail and texted again and no response. Need I say more?

I needed to have my old dryer picked up so I called a couple of places that were on the Pennysaver. Although nothing in the ad said anything about the age of washer or dryer they are willing to pick up, both places said they can’t pick up my dryer since it’s over 20 yrs old. However, if I pay them $ 15, they would be happy to pick it up. Hmmm. If they really recycle these unwanted washers and dryers, can’t they recycle one that’s 23 yrs old?
Anyway, after searching the Internet and then Unilocal, I found OC Washer and Dryer pickup and they gladly picked up my old dryer. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and the dryer was picked up the following day as promised– for FREE!
I was impressed and will highly recommend them to friends and family looking for a way to get rid of their unwanted washers and dryers…

Excellent service! Communicated very well as to arrival time, showed up when promised! He was very thorough in making sure the hoses were disconnected, gas turned OFF, and had a friendly suggestion or two. Very nice to work with, would recommend to anyone needing his service.
