OMG Cakes offers gluten free baked goods to the Orange County and surrounding areas. Besides just delicious and beautiful cakes, we also offer a wide variety of other baked goods including pies, cookies, candy, fudge, cupcakes, brownies, and bars.

History

Established in 2012.

I specialize in making all my gluten free goodies taste as «normal» as if they were made with regular flour. You will NEVER be able to tell that my cakes or anything else that comes out of my oven is gluten free. And trust me, I know desserts. I would never offer a cake to someone that I wouldn’t want to devour myself! So allow me to create something for you. You will be amazed with the flavors and surprized by the style!

We got our wedding cake from OMG Cakes and it was delicious. All of our 150 guest enjoyed the cake and couldn’t tell that it was Gluten free.
It was a three tiered cake covered with fondant. Each layer had its own flavor: Red Velvet with Cream Cheese icing, Marble with Vanilla Custard, and Yellow with Strawberry preserves. Everything was made fresh and you could taste it.
Amber is a great designer, she was available to design our cake to match the patterns from our wedding invitations (Mexican Papel Picado) .
I would high recommend her.

Finally, I’ve searched and searched for a gluten free cake that is «moist» and the icing is amazing… AND the added bonus. The decorator can do «any» theme you want on the cakes. A true artist. You won’t be disappointed. My favorite. The s’more’s and root beer float flavored cakes…
