Our consultants go through many aspects of energy efficiency to create the right path for each home, as there is no home exactly the same. The custom remodeling we handle is nothing less than perfection, and we won’t tolerate anything less.

Manager

As general manager I have been around construction and real estate my whole life. I have been working with utility companies for many years on energy efficiency. I helped on building projects ever since I was a child. I also have held multiple jobs since a teenager, between construction and customer service. I have learned exactly what my customer needs, and how to make them have a happy experience.

We were very unversed in the purchase of solar panels and Cody Mack and «Euclid Energy Performance Contractors» was a wonderful resource.
He went over the many different options of manufacturers, pros and cons of panels and warranty issues. He was remarkably patient with all our questions, and we had many. He also helped Us create the kind of design we wanted. When it came time for permits and documents needed for SCE to start up the system, they were on top of it every time; way before my email notifications of things that needed to be taken care of. And the best part is that the installer got it done I one day hardly realized he was there; so clean and neat. We are obviously thrilled.
Once installed, their tech support has been outstanding in helping me understand how I can monitor the energy I’m producing.

Euclid Energy Performance Contracts are honest contractors! They display a totally different set of characteristics. They were willing to show proof and references to the quality of their work. EEPC clearly defined their responsibilities as well as my understanding the importance and necessity of permits and building inspections to verify the work has been done according to industry standards and local building codes, something I never even considered before.
They used quality materials as called for in the contract and they didn’t try to substitute lower quality goods thinking I wouldn’t be able to know. They shows up at the job site each day and supervise their workers. EEPC treated my home and property with respect; they welcomed questions and gave honest answers for my benefit. I highly recommend EEPC and in the world of contractors with a green thumb, that means something!

We just remodeled our entire house, top to bottom, after purchasing it. After using multiple contractors for all different aspects of the the remodel, we have learned our lesson. We now call Cody at Euclid Energy Performance Contractors first to see if it’s something they do. If it isn’t, he has always had a list of trusted references for us. They did our windows/slider, solar panels, pool pump upgrade, new blown insulation in our attic and even referred us to a trustworthy roofer when our new place turned out to have a huge leak in one room. EEPC has been prompt, CLEAN, kind, and hard working. I have told everyone I know how great they are. I just can’t say enough nice things. When they say something is going to get done, it gets done. No run around, no bs. It’s so refreshing after dealing with all the «stereotypical» contractor types. We are going to be calling them soon to finish up the final project in our house. Looking forward to working with them again.
