Action Property Management

Action property management is one of the very few places that I rented from recently that actually did what they were supposed to in terms of repairs and other concerns I had. Candice was very upfront with all the rules we needed to follow and we never had an issue. She offered us several units that were within price range of what we asked until we finally found «the one». Highly recommended.

I honestly wish i had googled this so called ‘property management’ before renting from them, if i would have seen these other two reviews i would have definatly re-​considered EVER becoming one of their tenants. Candice is the main person running this, i guess you could call it a property management business, and let me tell you, she is the most hardest person to work with, she has such a bad personality and stuck up attitude, no tenant should ever dread having to call for any repair or issues with the home they are renting. I had to tell this lady that she is no one i ever look foward to speaking with on the phone. There was a bit of a gas leak once coming from our water heater and PGE came by, and said that there was also a bit of a high reading of Carbon Minoxide, having three small children i called Candice right away, and she had someone come and clean our heater. What in God’s green Earth is cleaning the heater going to do for us? When my husband told me that i called her and she immidiatly scolded me for questioning her «repair man» and that he was upset and yelled at her for her calling him about it. WOW, I had to reming her of the fact that i have three small children and as a mother, am being EXTRA cautios of the situation and for her not seeing nor understanding where i was coming from, really pissed me off. So long story short, i HIGHLY DO NOT recommend ANYONE to rent from this lady or her «company.» The worst experience i’ve ever had renting from anyone. By far, i would have given a negative star if i could, but 1 is worth me sharing my experience.

I sold a piece of property that was using Action Property Management as our HOA. We sold our property on March and they took our HOA fee out for April and after numerous attempts to contact them to get a refund, I get a nice customer service person on the phone and tells me my check is being processed. They have been telling me this for weeks, I have yet to see my check of $ 125. If you selling your home make sure that they don’t pay themselves because you may never see your HOA check again, I am lucky it isn’t in the hundreds of dollars. Very poor company indeed…
