Just had these guys out for new gutters on my home. The whole process went great.
When Dave first came out he was so nice, explaining the difference and why these were the best gutters for me. My house was measured then sent a crew out for installation. Joel installed the gutters with a smile on his face the whole time. Such a nice guy! Everyone was so courteous and polite.
I live on the Greenbelt so we have a lots of tall trees over our house, these gutters are the exact thing that we need to keep my husband from breaking his back cleaning out the gutters.
I’ve been bragging to all of my neighbors all week. They have the exact same issue with cleaning out their gutters.
This company just amazed me with great customer service in every way!

Horrible business dealings, price kept changing cancelled my contract a month ago and still haven’t had my down payment check returned. Glad I didn’t have them replace my roof.

Installation on our roof was completed by EcoBest LLC on September 30, 2013. Our roof leaked two months later on November 19, 2013. We informed EcoBest of the leak and they patched it with some caulk. We proceeded to start a warranty claim with Owen’s Corning but later found out that the warranty that was sold to us was not the warranty we had received. We worked with the CCB to get a full refund on our roof and due to the bad quality of installation and multiple violations of the contract. We needed to get another brand new roof in October of 2014. We would strongly advise against hiring EcoBest for roofing projects.

In September of 2013 the winds blew off a vent in my moms home we got three bids to have a complete roof done and chose EcoBest Residential & Commercial Services. First they could get to it in 3 weeks which became 3 months. From there the estimate we got was not even close every time we turned around something else had to be replaced. I am dissatisfied with their clean up and there were things that I had to point out that was not correct including flashing that was installed wrong. I contacted Joe the supervisor and he came by and looked at it and got the materials to fix it I showed him a problem with nails that were coming through the interior drywall, his comment was that it was caused by the company that had cleaned the mold that was on the rafters, when they came out and looked at it they said at first no problem that they would take care of it but after inspecting the rest of the house and finding nails coming out of other areas where the other company did not work it was determined that they thought it was caused by the roofers when they were dropping down the sheets of plywood. Since then Joe was supposed to come out and have someone look at it also was supposed to get a separate estimate for the vent that blew out so insurance could pay for it and the breeze way. after calling the office Joe called and said he would be out Thursday and look at it that appointment got cancelled and I still haven’t heard back from Joe or the company. All I can say is if service matters to you do your home work and find a better company to do business with.

Proceed with caution! We started a kitchen remodel with the company in January. They were not finished until November. It was supposed to be a three month job, tops. Ecobest started out sending us a master craftsman and then quickly replaced him with a much less experienced laborer. Bait and switch? Check! Then after tearing out the kitchen the project lay dormant for weeks. Did I mention that we lived in the house at the time? It turns out that the cabinet maker some how got the wrong specifications. As we progressed through the remodel the owners of Ecobest, a husband and wife team, played good cop, bad cop. As we asked for status updates the husband was very concerned and ‘on our side’ while the wife was curt and ‘professional.’ The husband promised us the moon while the wife played debt collector. Then we were swindled by the company when the contractor told us that we could save money on a bay window that was in their warehouse stock; not explaining that it was much a more expensive option (even at cost) in contrast with an ordinary window. We would have balked at the cost of many «extras» if they were first explained and written down, instead we were billed at the end with an enormous invoice. Overall the work done by the subcontractors was good, however Ecobest charged us an unexplainable 20% mark up on their work.

Bought a groupon from these guys for a gutter clean and to dust roof with zinc powder to prevent moss. When I tried to book it, they claimed they were very busy and that they were hiring another crew and would give me a call back next week. No problem… I wait a week… and then wait another week. Then call them back… same deal, they are still booked. It is sunny and the moss isn’t growing, so I’m not too concerned. Wait another 2 weeks with no response and give them a call… their guy is in our area and can do it immediately. Great!!!
So I get home after he was here and my wife tells me that he was here for about 30 minutes and said he was done. He couldn’t get on our roof because he didn’t have the right gear so the roof was not dusted, but told her he cleaned the gutters. I’m not too happy, but it does cost about what I paid for the groupon to get the gutters cleaned out. Only thing is that he didn’t clean the gutters… at least not very well. From my daugher’s room I can look into one of them and the same crap was there that was there before he came and cleaned them. Sure enough, once it rains, they are overflowing again.
This company does very poor work and I would not hire them in the future.
