Four Seasons Contracting

This past month I need a window and new back door installed at my house. After calling several places in Vancouver this company stood out. They called me back and kept every appointment. The other contractors never called back or were selecting jobs that they could make the most money off of. See my other reviews of those idiots. They came out measured and ordered the correct parts the first time. The installation crew was on time and very nice. They cleaned up and made sure I was happy. I plan on using them again for all my house maintenance jobs we have. Thanks for the great customer service.

Not sure where all the excellent ratings are coming from. I contacted to replace a window that had been broken by by landscaper. And while he was prompt and the price was right, it’s all been downhill from there. He had come out before Christmas and had told me that there would be no problem getting it installed before Christmas, well he did come out on ¹²⁄₂₃ but the glass was the wrong size and had to reorder, so no window before Christmas. I wasn’t home when he came by so was not able to inquire as to when the new glass would arrive. I then called several times and left messages as well as emailed with no response, finally got an email saying glass will be in 1/​7, well yesterday came and went with no call or email, so I called today ¹⁄₈ and find out that the glass was the wrong size again, and if I hadn’t called I wouldn’t found this out since he didn’t bother to let me know. And he doesn’t have a ship date, he says he’ll when he finds out, but at this point I’m not getting my hopes up!!! Horrible customer service, will never use them again!!!

I feel so lucky that I found these guys, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Sam came over the day that I first called to take a look at a window that needed replacing. It was mostly an aesthetic issue, so there was not a rush. I was sent a professional estimate that evening, and the price was incredibly reasonable. As soon as I accepted the estimate, he was over taking measurements and ordering glass for my new window. Two weeks later, I have a brand new window, and it looks Amazing! Through out the whole process, Sam and his team were friendly, professional and polite, as well as competent and classy. I wish I had more windows that needed replacing so that I could call them again. They cleaned up after themselves very well too! I Highly recommend this company.
