Specialties
Roll Play reinvents a tradition of healthy, fresh, and tasty Vietnamese food. We take the exciting palettes from the streets of Vietnam and make it simple, customizable, and fast. While redefining the tradition, we keep the same familiar feeling of home. Our concept features 3 core products: Rice Paper Rolls, Vermicelli Bowls, and Banh Mi.
History
Established in 2016.
We’re still a very new restaurant and haven’t announced our opening to the public yet. Please kindly note that menu items, prices, recipes, and even décor aren’t final yet! We are also very open to feedback and any constructive criticism to improve Roll Play. Please speak to any of us as we can’t wait to meet you!

Happy Endings H.
Business Owner
Roll Play is owned by Happy Endings Hospitality Group (HEH) who opened Chasin’ Tails in Arlington in 2012. One of the members of HEH, Tuyet Le describes how she developed Roll Play.
«The concept of Roll Play is born because we want to make it our goal to present the amazing Vietnamese flavors to the world. We want to make Vietnamese rice paper rolls and other staple dishes available when we want it. We’ve spent countless hours tweaking and perfecting family recipes. We want it to taste just like how my mom or our uncle would’ve prepared these dishes every time we come home to visit. We believe that the fresh ingredients and the complexity of flavors, would bring a new level of wholesomeness that will redefine Vietnamese food in a way no one will ever experience before.»
