No tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner,… I got mysterious bug bites and went to ER. Doctors could tell what kind of bug.
I had a bad luck here then because I have a sensitive skin condition. Nobody got this issue besides me.
So I recommend this hotel to the people who doesn’t have any medical issues like me.

Great for the price and the view. I had a late check in — 1a.m. and a 10a.m. check out. We requested a 2 queen bed room, but ended up getting put in a king sized bed room, but it had a pull out in the living room. The tiny kitchen was convenient for someone staying longer. There was a jacuzzi bathtub but it didn’t function properly which was a bummer — but other than that, really nice place to stay with friendly staff.

I stayed here this past weekend and it was an ok hotel. The setup was nice. The fact that they had a full kitchen was amazing (and the reason I booked this hotel). The views from both balconies was fantastic and I really appreciated it. The staff was also really nice and even recommended a restaurant in the area, which was delicious. The hotel was a little basic other than the full kitchen and tub (kinda shallow and jets a little misplaced for my taste). However, the reason I only gave the hotel a 3 is the bed. HORRIBLE! The first night I woke up with my back in horrible pain. The bed was so hard it didn’t move when I laid on it. The person who was with me ended up sleeping on the couch (as a couch, the sofa bed was even worse) as it was more comfortable. I would have complained and moved rooms if I had a longer stay, but we only stayed two nights and had already unpacked and it was a pain to move. To be honest, I’d spend more money to stay at a nicer hotel with a real bed. Also they REALLY need to update/​fix their only elevator.

Not the most updated, but room was very clean and had everything we needed including a full kitchen with dishes and appliances. View of the ocean was great! Private balcony was perfect! I would absolutely stay again.
My only complaint is with the hotel restaurant. Ate there for lunch, food was good, drinks were good, service was excellent! After having lunch, we went out on the beach. Our bottled water started to get warm, so we went into the restaurant and asked an employee if it was possible to get 2 cups of ice to go in a plastic cup. She was very friendly and said sure. As she was getting the ice, another employee kept looking in our direction. she then came over and said that we would need to pay 25 cents per cup. That turned me off, especially because we were staying at the resort and ate with them.

Stayed here in mid September. The weather was perfect. We shut the a/​c off and left the sliding doors open the whole time. Listening to the ocean was beautiful. WiFi was good. We used the free bike rental and rode the boardwalk. There are no planned activities, but who needs it with the ocean right there. Loved walking the beach every morning. Even spotted some dolphins. Only one elevator, which made for a wait sometimes, especially during check out time.

We purchased a one bedroom time share here and have enjoyed the property. The location is perfect on the north end of VA Beach and is located in a popular area with lots of popular stores, bars and restaurants that are convenient.
The location has been updated and is modern on the inside. They have a small hotel style gym, internet, fully furnished rooms with all the needed amenities. The building is a little older but well maintained.
Probably one of the best assets is the outstanding customer service. They have always been helpful with anything my family has needed for our stay.
Overall it a great place to stay with reasonable rates, great staff and fully furnished rooms.

Great location, staff extremely helpful. No wi-​fi, but bring your own LAN cable to connect to their network. Ample parking and a nice café downstairs.
