Our Vista showroom opened in 2008.

Ferguson is a diverse wholesale distributor with operations spanning multiple business groups. The company is ranked as the largest plumbing wholesaler in North America. Ferguson is also the industry’s second largest distributor of pipes, valves and fittings, waterworks, and heating and cooling equipment in North America.

In 1953, Ferguson was founded with $ 150,000 starting capital and two locations. The next five decades saw phenomenal growth, with the company doubling in size every five years. In 1982, Wolseley plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange and based in the United Kingdom, acquired Ferguson, supplying the financial strength for Ferguson’s rapid growth and aggressive expansion into the industrial, heating and cooling (HVAC) and waterworks markets.

Ferguson’s has everything you could want for a remodel and its all top quality. The Manager Rob is so helpful and a real sweetheart! It is truly the people that make one want to return to a store and these people are the best. I love to go in there to get ideas they have so much «Eye Candy.» I will definitely be returning when we remodeled our kitchen!

I bought about $ 18,000 worth of appliances from Ferguson and the customer service was among the worst I ever experienced.
The wrong model of refrigerator was delivered and installed; this required uninstalling and getting the right model delivered and re-​installed. I had to be very assertive to get the right model without additional cost. (Except I did have to pay my contractor twice for installing and un-​installing.)
Also my new micro/​speed oven broke after about 5 days of use. The technical repairs saga was too long and painful to describe here. Even elevating my problem to the manager did little to help the situation. I finally bought a new oven from another vendor after over 2 months of trying to work with Ferguson to make it right.
I discourage anyone who needs professional customer service and a responsive repair team from buying from Ferguson.

These guys have a great selection of mid to high-​end kitchen and bath fixtures, appliances, lighting showroom /​ceiling fans etc.
*HOT TIP* There is some level of patience that must be given if you just want to «show up» and expect great service. This is a professionally staffed operation and often the sales consultants are busy with pre-​set appointments assisting customers, contractors, designers etc. Keep this in mind. If you want to take a lap around the showroom and see what you like and get a feel for what they have on display [this is a small fraction of what all they can get you] do so and make an appointment for a later time to get some professional assistance. This place is NOT Home Depot or Lowes! It’s a way better experience.
I have used them for years and am just finishing a remodel where Gary Henschel has helped me decide, select and order just what we needed to make our house the way we wanted it and within our budget. Gary has been the consummate professional, on top of my orders and progress and always with super good with communication.
Give Ferguson a try and know going into this relationship the quality and professional relationship they will give you through your process to equip your home with great advice and service.

I went to Ferguson to buy a kitchen sink and had the best experience. I worked with Kit who was very knowledgable on the products. She helped me find a quality sink within my budget. I definitely will recommend Kit to my friends and will go back to her. Thank you Kit!!!

I was purchasing for my new home and while my salesperson is patient and very knowledgeable, he is so busy its hard to get in touch with him, and hard to get a call back. I just try to call and get a estimate of when I would receive a vanity I had ordered no one could tell me anything, in fact I was talking to a national call center and she told me I was not in the system !! Wow really? This is like doing business with Home Depot !! They pay there employees nothing and therefor the customers are not that important to them. So I will take my business elsewhere to the tune of about $ 50,000.00 for appliances and plumbing fixtures.

Loved the service and the variety of styles in the showroom.
Two things that are helpful to know:
Make an appointment to work with a sales person. It eliminates the wait problem. We worked with Gary and he was phenomenal. My husband and I both have lots of construction experience and no-​one has a better knowledge of the products on the showroom and in the catalogs that Gary. His knowledge saved us a lot of time and money.
Items are delivered from a warehouse, so allow 2 – 3 days for delivery. They’re great about delivering and tracking, but you cannot just run to Vista to pick items up.
I recommend this showroom and particularly Gary.

Because I like to make certain that I am fully satisfied with a company/​product before reviewing it, I am sorry to say that my experience took place in 2012. However… they still carry the same amazing products, and I do hope that anyone going there today will receive the same personal, professional service that I did upon walking in to the showroom unannounced. Staff was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I purchased a hansgrohe Raindance Showerpipe which is not an in-​demand item in this neck of the woods (more popular in Europe). But the associate was familiar with it, with the attachments, made a suggestion for the handheld shower head, and guaranteed that I would be happy with the quality of the product. I AM! I just wish I could remember the name of the man who helped me. Again, hopefully they are continuing to provide this level of expertise to their customers.

Getting ready to remodel our kitchen. Looking for nicer appliances than what I am familiar with. I think I could have found what I am looking for, but I was asked twice by two different employees if I needed help. They went off to find someone and in the meantime I can hear them laughing and having casual conversation among themselves. Somebody eventually did come over but by that time I had already determined to take my business elsewhere. Shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes. Weekday, mid morning, empty store, several employees not interested in making a sale. Think I will try Yingst. They know what customer service is all about!

This was my first time into this showroom. It is beautiful! There is someone at the front who greeted us and got us pointed in the right direction. We got plenty of personalized service and our order was shipped, received and complete with out any issues. We love our bathroom and fixtures.

This is one of the biggest and most complete Kitchen, Bath and lighting showrooms I’ve ever been in. I had the pleasure of dealing with Christopher Patti and he’s been in the business forever and knew all the options for our bathroom conundrum. They were awesome I highly reccomend.

Their prices are not the great, make sure you price match before you buy from them.
I went on a weekday about ½ hour before they closed.. .yes my bad, probably not the best thing when people want to go home. However, still it’s your job to stay there until closing so you shouldn’t begrudge the customer for walking in during store hours.
Anyway, the sales person was semi-​nice but she recommended a shower/​bath assembly that was like $ 600.. .that’s like top of the line. She didn’t come up with other cheaper options. I think she was just inexperienced. I went somewhere else and talked to someone else who has been in the biz much longer and she was able to get me almost exactly the same thing (same manufacturer) with some minor tweaks (like using a different tub spout) and my cost were ½ the price.

We purchased a water heater here and had a plumber install it, half way into the installation the plumber notified us the gas valve was defective and we needed to return the unit to where we purchased it. I call Ferguson and spoke to the manage Scotty and was told they would not replace the part and we had to purchase a new gas valve for an additional $ 150.00. What a rip off, we should just have gone to Home Depot instead and next time we will.

Hey, Everyone in San Diego!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING AT Ferguson’s Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery, Vista CA. Within a few minutes of placing my order, I realized I was settling and it was NOT what I wanted. So canceled the order, they said ok. Then shipped it anyway, billed my CC $ 538 & I had to take it back to their store. Did that on Tuesday the June 4th and they have not credit me the $ 538…and it is the 12th. They shipped it in under 10 minutes but cannot credit in less than 8 days. Its the 21st Century, thats just Bull. Since then, had time to shop for exactly what I wanted & found it for way less, still price pfister. You can find everything they have elsewhere.
