I am going to save you the time a trouble of researching someone to install your door. I can not speak more highly about William. He is honest, timely, knowledgeable and does excellent work. I highly recommend him. He knows his stuff and his prices were lower for better quality door. Prior to finding William I researched and had other vendors visit my home for a quote. The experience was horrible. There are dishonest, inexperienced people out there. One of the companies «measured our door and was going to charge us more because our doors was an «odd/​not standard» size. We asked to measure it again with us watching and… Oh wow! It was a standard size door ! So thankful we found William!

Sunday night emergency call. Expected the worst. Received the absolute best! Not only was he here in under 45 minutes, he was professional, friendly and honest. Everything was repaired better than new in half an hour. Can NOT say enough nice things! Already have an appointment for Tuesday for him to stop by and replace the noisy motor for me. Don’t hesitate to call!

Was able to come at 8am the next day. Highly recommend! So nice and easy to work with! Very reasonable priced, he charged $ 165 to fix a spring that had broke and he also lubed both doors before he left.

Wow! Superior Quality Garage Doors is the way to go!!!
My garage door rail bent on one side and the cable came loose so I had to call for a repair immediately. I had another company out to give me a quote on their repair service, which was a $ 30 service call, and then proceed to quote me $ 775, then $ 700, then $ 450, then $ 250, then call their supervisor to quote me $ 220 for a non-​warrantied repair. This was just crazy!!! Three sales men and a fourth over the phone with the hard sell. Not gonna happen! I gave then their $ 30 service call and they walked out of my house with their backs to me very mad.
Now, William is honest, friendly and very knowledgeable about garage door repair and products. He gave it to me straight with a free estimate (NO SERVICE CALL CHARGE)! I got my garage door fixed for a great deal and will use William again and again! I will be scheduling an appointment with William to change out my wheels and install a new opener very soon!
You gotta call William for all your garage needs! He has an amazing full garage door with opener deal as well!

If you are looking for the best service & prices, call William at Superior Quality Garage Doors! I needed a quick repair on a garage door and William came by right on time and did a quick adjustment AND DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME; where do you find a good guy like that these days? People like William are so hard to come by and he now has a client for life who will refer him to all my friends & family :)

Well, Unilocal came through again! I called 3 top-​rated garage door repair companies at approx. 2:30 PM — 2 of which had voice mail — (it’s now 5:15 PM). William answered the phone, I described our problem and he assessed it immed. and said he could be there about 4 PM and gave me his price. He called and confirmed he was coming about 10 min. before his arrival, arrived right on time and was able to replace the part immediately! We liked him, the job appears to be great and he gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing. His pricing was fair and he was personable. I’d call him again. His price, when we asked, for a replacement door also was VERY reasonable compared to previous estimates by others. (I finally did hear from one of the other two companies at 5:30.)

I called for a quote Monday at 4 pm. Without seeing the repair i needed he quoted me a fair price so we made arrangements for him to come by on his way home from his last job. There was a little more work that what we had originally thought but he just added $ 20 to the price and did it right then and there. By 7 pm had a working garage again!
I am usually weird about people in my house but felt very comfortable with William. A Nice guy!

WOW! I called William at 3:30 pm this afternoon to ask about fixing our garage door.
He came over 45 minutes later and now we have a functioning door. He offered us two options one less expensive than the other, but explained in detail the difference between the two. He was professional and efficient.

Fast friendly service!
William knows his stuff! I called first thing in the morning today and within 20 minutes he was at my house diagnosing the problem. I had called 3 other garage door repair places and he was the only one that answered the call. He came out and gave a free repair estimate and before I knew it my garage door was working like new! William came out on a Sunday to replace a broken spring on my double car garage within a couple of hours of my phone call. I found him on Craigslist and was able to negotiate a price which did NOT include a weekend charge. William definitely knew what he was doing and recommended that ALL rollers be replaced since this has never been done for 18 years. Not only that but he replaced both cables for me too.
If I ever need to have my garage doors and garage opener to be replaced, I will definitely call him up since his pricing is so reasonable.

This review is long over due. During the massive SoCal power outage, my door collapsed. I had to leave my garage door open and my house is connected to the garage. It was the weekend and everyone was telling me it was going to be 2 – 3 days before they could even come out to give an estimate! Finally I found Superior Quality Garage Doors and I was able to tell them the exact door I needed. However, my biggest problem was being present while the door was being replaced. The biggest surprise was they said they would come out and check my door, do the install all without me being there… and they would collect the payment later!!! How incredible is that! I came home from work that day and there was a brand new garage door installed and working perfectly. I gave them a call and they came back to my house to pick up the check. No hidden fees. They charged me exactly what they promised over the phone. I haven’t seen service like that in years. Their prices are definitely comparable and maybe even slightly lower, but the service… the service is without a doubt the BEST and I so wish other people would do service like this. I didn’t give him a credit card number or anything. They just came out and did the work without me even being there and then collected payment later. You can’t ask for better service!
