This is the best Chinese I have found in Wahiawa. My husband had his wisdom teeth removed and really wanted some soup and this is the closest place I found to us. I ordered us a large and small wonton soup(one just broth) and it was the most delicious soup I have ever had. I also ordered vegetable lo mein which was the best I ever had from any Chinese eatery, even from the mainland. I got the sesame chicken with white rice which was pretty good, by the tie I got home it was soggy but that was inevitable. I’m pregnant and constantly craving soup so I know where I will be going for my soup cravings and Chinese cravings! Parking is a little weird but other then that I found nothing wrong, even walking in the place felt clean and sanitary.

My favorites are the mongolian beef(spicy), minute chicken cake noodles, honey walnut shrimp, steam fish, duck in bun, eggplant with pork, and cold ginger chicken.

This place was nasty waited 1:15 for food to arrive when it got here it was nasty the orange chicken had no sauce and tasted as if it had been reheated the rice was not fresh and the crab wongton was pure cream cheese and no crab meat at all will never order here again and they charge me $ 30 for it not worth it at all

Delicious as usual**** Best Chinese food on the island! Food was distributed quickly, taste was excellent, service outstanding. Schrimp in the fried rice are at least medium, no tiny ones. If you’re looking for flavorful delicious food this is the place.

Tonight we ordered takeout; beef broccoli, honey walnut shrimp, hot cake noodle with vegetables, cold ginger chicken, sweet and sour chicken. When we arrived we checked in with the greeter at the front door. She mentioned that our full order wasn’t going to be filled and was going to be have only half and order of the sweet and sour chicken. That was free. For the rest, we paid for. The dishes were pretty good for the first time I’ve tried this place. The cashew shrimp and ginger chicken stood out for me.

I was really craving some Chinese food, especially being pregnant. I placed a order and was really excited to stuff my face when the food arrives, especially a long day of work, and this is my first time ordering from them and i really heard good stuff about them, but 5 minutes after i placed my ordered to be delivered, i guess they dont deliver to ohai st in wahiawa after . Got my hopes up, I was really looking foward to trying their food. But I guess not. Thanks anyways.Hopefully they change that. If I had my car I would came and picked up the food myself, but at the moment im with out a ride.

A little bit expensive for Chinese food, but it was still delicious. Called an order in a little more than half an hour and I got there, and I hate to wait another ten minutes. Place looks empty but they had a WHOLEBUNCH Of pick up orders in the side. It was no wonder why they took long. 4⁄5 cause the food was awesome. –1 cause the wait and price: c

I absolutely love this place! I crave the crab ragoons at least once a week! I feel like the only reason they don’t have a higher rating is because of quick cuisine. If you pick it up yourself or dine in it is amazing! Food is nice, hot, and delicious! The only downfall is that they’re not open Sundays because I would love some right now!!!

Great chinese food, it was surprisingly better than I expected. Ordered the General Tso’s chicken with pork fried rice, my husband had the Hong Kong crispy chicken with pork fried rice also, and we were very satisfied :).

We tried Great Wall tonight and while it wasn’t the best Chinese food it certainly wasn’t bad at all. I wasn’t too fond of the won ton soup but everything else was good, typical Chinese food. My kids ate everything so that is definitely a plus! We will be ordering again.

I struggled between 1 or 2 stars. It wasn’t the worst I’ve had but it certainly was far from the best. Our meat was soggy and the crab rangoons were well below par. I rarely waste food and I love General Tso chicken but I couldn’t even finish my plate. Not worth the price and won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered thru quick cuisine. They were very nice and polite. Read our order back to me to ensure it was correct. Took about an hr to arrive. Upon arrival it smelt delicious, we started to dig in and we were immediately disappointed. I had ordered the teriyaki chicken with fried rice and an order of crab ragoons and my husband had sweet and sour pork with lo mein and an order of spring rolls. Out of everything we ordered the crab ragoons were probably the best and they were only decent. My «teriyaki» chicken was a tiny serving and very very bland. Whatever was on the chicken definitely didn’t taste like teriyaki. The rice that came with it was supposed to be fried rice but looked and tasted more like steamed rice. It looked like it had soy sauce in it but upon tasting it, like the chicken, was VERY bland. Then my crab ragoons were ok. Definitely could’ve been cooked longer as they were very soggy. My husband’s sweet and sour pork was also very bland and very tough. The piece he gave me tasted more fatty and grisly than like pork. His lo mein was flavorless and he ended up putting some of his sweet and sour sauce on it to help it go down easier. The spring rolls he ordered were tiny and oily. All in all we were not pleased in the slightest, we are still hungry, and paid entirely too much. The total ended up being $ 40 for only the two of us.

So, maybe it’s not the best Chinese food in the world, but it’s close to where I live and better than Panda Express so I’ll take it. It’s better than some of the other Chinese places in Wahiawa, and the food is always the same quality. My husband’s main complaint about is orange chicken is the chicken isn’t coated in sauce the way he likes it… it’s sitting in the sauce, if that makes sense. Hard to describe, but it doesn’t really ‘stick’ to the chicken. Maybe it’s a little watery, I’m not sure as I normally order cake noodle which is yum.

Good food. Closest thing to Chinese food from the mainland I’ve found on the whole island which is a plus considering its so hard to find. When I want Chinese food I’ll always come here. I love the shrimp Lo mein And the fried rice Is good too

The city of Wahiawa is home to a handful of restaurants but for Chinese, Great Wall is the best! My family and I are regulars, no menus needed as soon as we walked in she called our order to the back: Roast Duck and Noodles with extra veggies plus extra extra onions! #sofresh #sogood #sogone

Wish I could give it zero stars. I had the lemon chicken. Chicken was greasy, flavorless, and mostly connective tissue. It was sitting in a pool of what tasted like melted down lemon cough drops. Nearly inedible. Service was slow. You couldn’t pay me to eat here again. Truly among the worst places I’ve ever eaten.
