Meryl was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and talented in training my pit mix puppy. Her techniques and suggestions not only helped my puppy gain confidence, but me as well :). Having a new dog can be overwhelming and Meryl helped our family and furry friend have a smooth transition. I highly recommend Meryl.

Meryl is an incredible trainer. She is gifted and intuitive, and very, very knowledgeable. She helped me train my service dog, teaching me so that I could continue the work in between sessions. It sometimes took a few tries for me to get a technique (my dog is much smarter than me) and Meryl was unfailingly patient and kind. I recommend her highly. You just have to meet her dog, Cooper, to see what an outstanding trainer she is.

Meryl worked with us and our Doberman Harley Quinn. Harley is a fearful dog yet incredibly intelligent and learns quickly. But, Meryl can be very rude at times. I completely understand the difference between a tough solid trainer and just being inconsiderate. Whether it be during training sessions or via text when I had a question about something, Meryl quite often over stepped her bounds and made assumptions that put me in an uncomfortable position and brought in her own opinion as if it was fact or the only way to go and I wasn’t okay with that. For any further training I will be going elsewhere.

Meryl is awesome! She helped us get a handle on some aggression issues for both of our rescue pups. She gave us the confidence we needed to take charge of situations which then helped our pups relax and enjoy life more. She is so educated on animal behavior, it is amazing! If you have an issue I’m sure she can help solve it. She cuts straight to the point and doesn’t waste any of your time or money. Thanks so much, Meryl! Kody and Oliver, our 4-​legged children, think she is awesome too!!!

Meryl is great. She is helping us train our new puppy Cooper. She is patient but tough, and passionate about dogs and proper training. We are a beginner dog family with young girls and have learned a lot from our work with Meryl. We highly recommend Meryl.

I’ve worked with Meryl for a few years now and have recommended her to friends and family. She’s worked with me on my dogs and a few foster pups too. She’s very knowledgeable as you will find with her certifications and tons of experience. But she also has a confident presence and will work with you, so you can show your dog how to make better choices!
