I would go far enough to say that this is one of the slickest event spaces for the size. A very open and versatile space. Plus, it is easy to find for a change. A must see for events and creative productions.

Studio 52 and the owners are amazing! The space is huge. I’ve seen two photo shoots being done simultaneously at the same time! From wedding receptions to art shows, cigar parties and birthday party’s this studio is by far amazing. One of DC little big secrets.
I’ve had the opportunity to have my branding photo shoot done by Drew and his Wife Chelsea at the studio and everything came out perfect!

Drew at Studio 52 is not only a creative genius but he’s personal, professional, makes you feel comfortable with being in front of the camera. The Studio space has lots of character, exposed brick walls, original wood floors, ample windows for natural light in edition to all of the professional lighting equipment. Go today! I lucked up on this venue because of the photographer that owns the space – Drew Xeron. I needed a space for a cocktail party, as well as some professional pictures, & was glad to be able to use the same person for it! This simplified everything for us.
The space is a hidden jewel in NW DC. Large windows, hard wood floors, & great open space is just what we needed with exposed brick walls.
This loft was absolutely perfect for the contemporary look we were going for! There was space for a bar set up near the kitchen, as well as room for a food table. We had 6 bar top tables & it worked perfectly. If you’re looking for a chic space to through a nice event, this is definitely it! Thanks Drew & Nicole for helping to make our event a success!
