The only reason I gave 1 star, was because I could not give them less. At first I thought I had my go to contractor. I need some work done in an investment house asap, he came within hours got the work me and my tenant needed done. I went back to Triangle for some work at my home it started good but, I think he took another job before he completed mine. He started coming up with lame excuses for why he wasn’t able to make it. The work I thought was quality at 1^st a lot of it has had to be redone. I will never use this guy again and would suggest against anyone using them.

I had previous experience with the company they were thorough and understood my time frame and budget so I thought I would use the company again. This time I requested cement patching for the front stairs, caulking for the downstairs bathroom, sink faucet fixture replacement, antenna removal, light bulb replacement, new toilet seat, back door lock change, bush trim and grass cutting front and back, and rear roof flashing replacement. Imaging me surprise to receive a request for payment from Andrew when the work was not completed. I had to pay someone else to do the work I asked him to do. I will never use them again.

After a pipe burst in our home (we think due to a lousy work done by another group) Andrew Ross and his team responded quickly and efficiently to tear out the old drywall and carpet and get new stuff in for us-fast. As well, he’s been enthusiastic and helpful in getting other small projects done as a result of our firing the aforementioned contractor before the project was completed. I can’t express how jaded we were regarding home improvement projects based on work with the previous contractor and then our insurance company’s slow response to the burst pipe. He was at our house within hours when the insurance company’s contractor wouldn’t even return our calls. Andrew was a breath of fresh air.
He’s friendly and a pleasure to work with. We recommend him wholeheartedly and will turn to him for many things going forward.

I needed two carpets cleaned before my family arrived for the holidays. I called at around 6PM (closing time) and got a courteous response that they could come see me first thing in the morning.
The tech arrived right on time and was in and out in no time, leaving my carpets perfectly cleaned (mind you I have a big dog who likes to cause stains).
I strongly recommend!

This was the first of my two not-so-great contractor experiences. I got a deal for bathtub recaulking on LivingSocial or Groupon (I can’t remember which). The deal was to recaulk the tub for half the price which still ended up being like $ 150. Now when they said «recaulk the tub» I assumed that they would do the entire area in the shower. After all, it was not that many little lines of caulk. What they really meant was the edges where the tub meets the wall. that’s it. Not where it touches the floor. Not around the faucets. And not up the corners from the tub to the ceiling. For every extra line they did it was an extra $ 20. Now it’s a couple of months later and I can see mildew growing under the caulk, which makes me think he didn’t disinfect in the cracks at all.
But that wasn’t even the most frustrating part of the whole experience. I had to reschedule with them twice. Not because I had any problems with the dates or times but because they just didn’t show up. The first time I didn’t get any notice so I called up and they told me the repairman had an emergency. I could understand that, so I said no problem and we scheduled for another date. The second time the same thing happened except this time they pretty much admitted they had forgotten about me. So we reschedule for later in the day. Finally the guy shows up with barely a word of apology.
I won’t bother using this company again.
