On a Sunday, the owner spent 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining manufacturing criteria and deficiencies and some techniques to get a safe open. 40 minutes later, safe is open, no charge and no need to drill it (which was only option every other locksmith gave that I contacted). Definitely will use them the next time I need anything.

When I asked a friend for a good locksmith, she immediately recommended Robert Frantz, who has done commercial work for her business for the past few years. Robert was prompt in returning phone calls and emails, and gave me a very competitive quote.
Knowing who’s in your home and changing your locks is important! He sent a trusted associate to do the work the next morning. She arrived right on time and handled all the work in about an hour, explaining how she had re-​keyed the locks so I could understand the process and the degree of theft-​proofing involved.
Now I know we’re safe from a prowler entering our home and accidentally stepping on our dog or cat.

my wife and i had them come out to fix the front door lock on our house. mind you our house was built in 1912 so the locks weren’t exactly new…
an awesome lady came out, basically rebuilt the lock, made the keys fit all tight like everything was brand new! spent a lot of time and the bill was nowhere near what i expected!
we forgot to ask her about another problem we were having.
(quite embarrassed)
so i called back the next day and spoke to the owner. he came out himself that day!
took care of the other issue
(door wasn’t exactly shutting right, he had to chisel out some wood+grind down the striker plate)
had it done in about a half hour and didn’t charge us anything!
i couldn’t be happier with my new locksmiths!!!
so overall= great people, great pricing… just AMAZING!

I had some locks rekeyed in my house. Robert Frantz was very professional. He made sure we saw his State locksmith license and assured us that he was also insured and bonded before he began the job. Robert has 20+ years of experience. His prices were very reasonabe and he was able to finish the job within 45 minutes.
I even asked him to make a few extra keys for a gate that was not being rekeyed and the keys worked out great. In the past, I had gone to Home Depot and a couple of other places to made extra gate keys & found it frustrating that it did not work when I got home.

I lost my only key to my truck and needed to have a transponder key remade, I called multiple companies and spoke to call centers for quotes. When I called Frantz Locksmith I reached Robert Frantz directly he gave me the most reasonable quote $ 160 (Ford dealer $ 1200 tow+keys) told me he was busy in the afternoon but could come right now. Great! He arrived and was very professional gave me his lic. # and advised me that he was in business for 27 reputable years, and listed with the BBB. Very important since I was trusting him with reprogramming my ignition computer. He asked for the proper ownership verification of my vehicle and quickly went to work. He was quick and very sympathetic to my situation, I will forever remember the service provided and if I am ever in a situation where a small or large lock job is required Robert Frantz will be called upon.
