Flat Rate Locksmith

When calling this locksmith, found out they really are not a shop. Their website says they do, they have a place but no one stays there. its like their shop is a unmanned storeroom, if you will. They are basically a front for a guy who has a phone who does mobile locksmith calls. I had some locks I needed keys to and wanted to bring the lock cylinders down to there ‘shop’. The guy interrupts me by saying ‘whatcha got, whatcha want?’. He then says to go somewhere else cause he would charge me $ 29.00 just to come down to the ‘shop’, so go to Home Depot or some other locksmith… like Ace Hardware. If he hadn’t cut me off, and listened he would know that I had the lock cylinders in-​hand with no keys. Home Depot nor Ace doesn’t make keys unless you have one to begin with. Don’t waste you’re time with this guy. He made it really clear that unless he was charging you a lot, he didn’t want your business. Went to JJ’s locksmith instead (on Fulton and Marconi)

Very professional, fast, friendly, knowledgable locksmith. Anthony made a key for my 2011 Jetta at a fraction of the cost my local VW dealership was trying to charge me, AND IN LESS TIME… how can you go wrong with that. I will certainly use FLAT RATE LOCKSMITH and Anthony every time I need anything that he can help me with. Dont look any farther, this is the guy you want to use for whatever you need him for. You can not pass up his fast and friendly service, especially when he is less expensive and provides as good of quality work as others, or even better quality!
