BEWAREOFREBATESCAM!!! Ok, went there to get tires on my truck at the ntb Bloomingdale Il. On 11÷6÷15 it’s now 2÷1÷16. You know the buy 3 and the 4th is free! So the work was good, but I submitted all the paperwork for the rebate, copy’s of all receipts and the rebate form, and received confirmation they received it. Then came the post card stating my $ 190 rebate submission was invalid do to me not submitting a valid sales receipt. With the retailers full name, address, store number, and invoice number. EVERYTHINGWASSENTIN!!! So I start googling ntb rebate scam, and find tons of people saying the same thing. I am going to call the rebate people, ntb corporate office, and an attorney to start a class action lawsuit! So I called, they say they never received the invoice! Funny I put it in there. Called NTB corporate office, got the run around, was promised a call from a corporate manager! Never got a call back from corporate! Store manager called me, made a couple calls to rebate office, said I had to pick up another invoice, and mail it in. I explained I live 45 minutes from his store. He said he would send it in! Still waiting on rebate, conformation, call from corporate! They make promises to their customers, than screw you around till you get tired of the aggravation, or forget about it! This is a contract they put in place with customers, and they are breaching! They don’t care about their customers complaints from my personal experience, and from all the complaints I read on the Internet! Once they put the tires on, and get your cash, you are useless to them in my opinion!

went there last week to get my tires replaced and ray I think one of the manager took the time to explain everything I was getting, overall it was a great deal. they were super busy that day but he was able to get my car done in 2 hrs. Very pleased with my first time there. definitely will come back for my other cars

Went in for an oil change which was fine. But they did a brake inspection as a courtesy. Told me that all 4 rotors needed to be replaced and quoted me a price.(This seemed a little suspect since I had my shocks done less than 6 months ago and those guys said nothing about brakes.) I said, no just the oil change, but quote me out the brakes on paper. Picked up my car, paid for the oil change. Later, when inspecting the paper work there was no quote for brakes. Had brakes inspected at another place they said the front brakes were«just fine» and that the rear brakes needed work. I’m not saying they’re shady, but this was my experience there.
