Ear Nose & Throat

This has to be the WORST practice I’ve ever been to. First off, I was waiting at the front desk just standing there for a good 8 minutes while being ignored just so they can finish gossiping about their own coworker. Then, I get called in by a medical assistant (kayla or mikayla.. something like that) who had the shittiest attitude I have ever experienced in a professional setting. I get escorted into an exam room to wait for the doctor (& it was a LONG wait) and while I’m there, I hear the same medical assistant out in the hallways talking to her peers about MY personal medical information!!! HELLO! HIPAA! I will never return and I will tell all of my peers the same

Both my husband and I saw Dr. Holly Gallivan recently. Awesome staff. Jennifer at front desk very helpful ! Dr. Holly Gallavin was very kind and patient and took time to answer all of our questions and so knowledgeable about our issues. Her PA, Elizabeth was also very good. I am in the Dental Field and truly appreciate what a professional and wonderful practice this is !

I have had very good experiences at both the Woburn and Winchester offices with Dr Tom Costello. Office staff were professional and prompt. Dr Costello is creative and caring. Well worth the visit!

I went to see Dr. Brown after being told I did not have allergies and needed to see an ENT. He worked with me and was nice and helpful. This changed after I had my surgeries performed by Dr. Brown. He had assured me he would work with me until my problems were solved and that just didn’t happen. After surgery, I still had a lot of breathing problems and eventually Dr. Brown passed me off to Dr. Keojampa, the allergist.
I went to Dr. Keojampa and was tested for allergies by an assistant. After the testing was done I was told I’d have to come back for a follow up to discuss the results. I’ve been to allergists before and always had the result discussion immediately after the testing, but whatever I thought it’d be the next week for my new appointment. How wrong I was… I try to set up the follow up and am told he’s booked for three months solid. I’m added to a waiting list and will be told if a closer opening comes up. Ok so the Dr. now knows my test results but refuses to discuss them for three months? Great service!
About two weeks later I get a call they can see me early. I go to meet with Dr. Keojampa. The appointment consists of the following: him giving me a packet to read about allergies, me listening to a podcast about allergies (he played it on his cell phone and left to do other stuff during this time), and then me being told to «keep doing the allergy spray you already use». Excuse me? The same allergy spray I don’t use because your office told me not to? Seems like there’s a major lack of communication between the doctors in this office. Anyway, the entire appointment seemed extremely unprofessional and rushed. I left with no faith that the doctor had helped me at all.
Later on I called Dr. Brown again and asked for a call back. That was at least 3+ months ago and I never heard anything. Doesn’t matter though because I’ve given up on this office.

I am writing regarding my recent experience seeing Dr. Costello at ENT Consultants.
I went to see Dr. Costello based on the great feedback I saw here on Unilocal,but it didn’t work out very well for me. After seeing Dr. Costello regarding chronic headaches, nose bleeds and general sinus problems, he sent me for a CAT Scan. After which we spent THREE WEEKS playing phone tag to discuss the results. I finally called his office and asked if they could block a time — 5 or 10 min– so we would have a better chance to connect. Their answer: Sorry, we can’t do that. Another week goes by and no call from their office. When I call back frustrated, they put me on the phone with another Doctor who knew nothing about my file and was blindly reading my CAT scan. I will now have to find another doctor and have my records forwarded, as I find this really unprofessional.
So in the end, I still have all the problems I orginally had plus a doctor’s bill and a CAT Scan bill with no results. Hence, 2 stars and a warning to all of you looking for a good ENT.
