I did my hair with Angie for the first time about 4 months ago. I had to come back because she did such an amazing job with my hair. The second time I loved my hair even more.

I’ve been a client of Linda’s for over 5 years and absolutely love her! Her salon is great. Everyone is super friendly, the salon always looks great. I always walk out with my hair looking it’s absolute best!

Gina is so good!!! If you want to get the best of the best you HAVE to go see her. Every time I get my acrylics done by her they always turn out amazing. She’s also an awesome person to talk to and just be around!

The Salon is beautiful, The staff is friendly and kind and my stylist was Amazing! I was in desperate need of highlights and Stephanie did a beautiful job. She listened to what I wanted and nailed it ! I am so happy to have found her and look forward to my next visit!

I have been going to Stefanie for a couple years now. She has been the first and only person to ever dye my hair. Every time I go to see her I leave feeling like a million bucks. She makes me feel so comfortable me. D she is so sweet. She is extremely knowledgeable about what she does and always has the right recommendations if you are feeling unsure about what to do with your hair. Stefanie is the most amazing hairdresser and colorist I’ve ever had! I came to her just over a year ago (when she was at ULTA) with a botched dye job and frizzy, short hair that refused to grow. After the FIRST VISIT she renewed my hair to a glorious, soft, natural color and texture! She then pin-​pointed my base color and helped me taylor a look perfect for my style that looked natural & was low maintenance too! (My mom was so astounded by Stefanie’s work after one of my visits that she switched to Stefanie too!) I can ask Stefanie anything about hair (color, products, extension types, etc.) and she always has a detailed answer for me. She’s super down to earth and relatable too, which makes each visit all the more pleasant and relaxing. PLUS, on top of her amazing personality, generosity, professionalism, and talent, Stefanie’s prices are very reasonable. She charges far less than previous «high-​end» hair dressers I’ve gone to in the past.
…I almost don’t want to post this because I want to make sure she still has time in her schedule for me! XD…
Selfishness aside, do your hair a favor and go see Stefanie!

Stefanie Sevilla is amazing! She is a miracle worker! Not only is she beautiful, but she is also genuine and real. She tells you whats best for you and works with what you have. She is absolutely amazing!

Blue Waters is beautiful inside. Very nice cool colors make for a relaxing experience. Gina is one of the wonderful manicurists at this salon. She had been doing my nails for 20 years. Gina is an expert with the new gel manicure. The salon is equipped with state of the art pedicure chairs in a comfy section of the salon.
Blue Waters sells top of the line styling products, too.

Great location for cut and color. I’ve been seeing Jenny for years, and she’s wonderful. I’ve been happy time and time again. Plus I love the space. For a busy hair salon it’s pretty relaxing.
The ladies up front can be a little snooty which is a turn off, but something I look beyond because I love walking out with shiny happy hair. (What is it with snooty people always working a counter).

Linda has been taking care of my head for 21 years and I walk away happy every time! Her shop is amazing– the atmosphere is fabulous!!! She has been cutting my boys hair since birth and they love it there just as much as I do! I can’t wait to bring them for Halloween since they are all decked out and ready to have some spooky fun!

Stefanie is amazing. She is the best colorist I’ve ever been too and has impeccable style. I followed her from her last salon to blue waters. She’s also super fun to talk to and is always in a good mood which is so important when you’re sitting in a chair for hours. I also really love the salon because they have stylists chairs outside for Brazilian blowouts which I also come to Stefanie for regularly.

I found Angie through Unilocal,I was looking for someone who was good at braids and in the pictures I saw that she did a lot of them. So I thought I would give her a try. And I’m so happy I did because she was brilliant and awesome.
She was very sweet and very easy to talk to. When she was finished with my half up half down braid everyone in the salon was complimenting her work because it looked AWESOME!!! Every one in the salon was great too, the receptionist was very sweet. Angie also worked with my schedule and came in early on a Saturday for me! Thats what I call great customer service! I will deffinitly be back!

Robbie is a hair goddess! I went from dark brown to ombré blonde without damage within 2 sessions. She’s amazing and so nice!.. She mention she’s been in the hair buisness for over 35 years and I can really tell. She is outstanding and I cannot be happier. I’m definitely going to be a regular with her she’s a color/​cut/​styling queen and not to mention her eyebrow threading is so on point with her shaping skills.

Lance Barientos at Blue Waters Salon & Spa (21 312 Ventura Boulevard, Woodland Hills, CA, 818−340−8400), has been cutting and coloring my very thick and difficult to cut hair for at least eight years. I was never happy with a stylist before coming to Lance. I am very particular. Lance has always and continues to keep up with the latest techniques and styles. When out and about, I am constantly getting compliments on my cut and color. He is the best kept secret (maybe not such a secret) stylist in the valley.

When it comes to a simple blow dry or a major color correction, Stefanie is your girl! She is one of the most talented hair stylists I’ve ever been to. She saved my hair from a terrible ombré almost two years ago and I haven’t left her since. We have been from blonde to black, and now red and I’ve never been unhappy with the result! If you’re looking from a reasonably priced, kind and immensely talented hair dresser, she is it!

Go to Stefanie. Bottom line shes amazing. She turned my dry bronzy hair into a soft purple violet and i LOVE LOVE IT! Definitely go back to her because this woman understands hair.

I loved my haircut by Robbie. She is friendly, talented n gave some feedback for my hair.
She gave me some layers n lovely side bangs exactly what i wanted.
She recommended a shampoo n conditioner too.

I’ve been going to Stefanie since January of this year & when I heard she wouldn’t be at Ulta, I decided to follow her here… SHES JUST THAT GOOD!
First off, she’s super friendly & easy to talk to. Which is definitely a plus because if you’re getting color done, you’ll probably be with her for a couple hours. She is super sweet!
Stef is the coloring queen. The last time I went to her, I didn’t even need to show her a picture of what I wanted. I just explained to her what I wanted & she just did her thang. I trust her that much. This girl definitely knows what she’s doing.
I recommended her to my best friend Tritia & Tritia is really picky about who touches her hair. But she ended up loving the balayage that Stef did.
She also did work on my mom today & my mom has been taking selfies nonstop since we got to the car LOL
Stef definitely listens to what her clients what and need. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair.

Ali Toplitzky gets it perfect every time. Last week I came in for a full head of blonde highlights and low lights and it looks so perfect and natural (as always). I meant to put in my review then but I’m a working mom so I never got around to it! I came again yesterday for a Brazilian Blowout and wowee! Seriously. My hair has never looked this good, people! Not only is it gorge but it’s so soft and healthy too.
I get mega compliments. What a gem. Plus she’s so sweet and attentive. Ali really listens to what you want/​like. She even cut some seriously killer bangs to my EXACT specifications! HIGHLY recommend.
