Papa John’s was established in 1983 by John H. Schnatter. John began franchising in 1986. This location was built out in 2011 and sold in 2015 to the present owners. If I could give this place a –10 I would. First, the driver and the person who took the order were great. That’s where is ends. Through no fault of the driver, we got no sauce with ANYTHING that we requested. So we had the driver go back to get it. Then, we get a harassing phone call about how he was going to charge us next time. (As if we didn’t ask for extra in the beginning!) This place is a joke and the pizza sucks. We are done with Papa John’s. Thanks for nothing

I’ve been on hold for 10 minutes and someone answered just to put me on hold again. I’d like to get some food before I go to bed. We’ll see how this ends up. Honestly i think I’ll hit up Little Caesars. There pizza sucks but it beats dying of starvation.

WORST PAPA JOHNS EVER!!! Do not eat here if you wish to stay alive. There was HAIR baked within the pizza! Nastiest shit I have ever seen. All three of us who ate the pizza have been sick and throwing up for the past 24 hours. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! The only reason they are getting one star is because I have to in order to leave a review.

Disgusting and cheap. The delivery guy needed the same amount of time that it took for the order to be made and for it to arrive here to navigate his way around my building trying to find my flat (and failing at it!) with the nastiest attitude! Followed by the manager hanging up the phone three times after trying to complain. Their fluency in English seemed selective which was irritating. They charged my card, I never got my pizza and believe me this is not the end of this. It’s not about the money at this point.

i just called in to make an order for one pizza and the girl named «leslie“charged my card for the wrong order and when i called back to speak to the manager, she was being rude and told me it was her and we’ve been waiting for this pizza over an hour now… its ridiculous.

saturday night and i call at 10:40 pm and no one answers!!! they suppose to close at 11pm but dont bother calling past 10pm bc they wont deliver or answer lazy ass employees need to be fired i live up the block n thats really messed up! I cant believe this location is outta control. someone need to do something about it.

I love Papa John’s, but this location is ridiculous. Last time I ordered, they gave me burnt breadsticks instead of the garlic ones I had ordered. I called in and spent almost an hour on the phone trying to tell the employee, who was just telling me I was wrong. Finally he agreed that he would credit me garlic breadsticks on my next order. (I feel like an idiot wasting all this time over breadsticks that cost a couple $$, but its the principle)
Today I tried to order over the phone but the employee wasted several minutes before he said he did not know how to use the computer… The next employee is more competent, until I bring up the credit for the breadsticks. He keeps repeating «no manager, call tomorrow» then hangs up.
I love Papa John’s so I just ordered from one thats a couple minutes in the other direction. This place really needs new management or someone to shape up employees and operations.

On 11÷14÷14 I ordered pizza for my girlfriend and I, we waited over two hours I called back to ask what happened and they said they thought it was take out not delivery. And assured me it would be remade fresh and at my door in the next half hour. LIES LIES LIES. Another 2 hours later and a block of cement showed up which they claimed was pizza. I’m so disgusted I just wanted to share my experience with you. Call anyone just not papa johns .

I like the pizza. It’s nothing special, but overall decent. Simple improvement suggestion: GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS. It sucks to stand at the counter with your back facing me for 5 minutes, while I wait to hand you my cash. :/

Don’t let the chain name fool you. Always delicious and never too greasy. Customer service is great and pizzas are almost always done before they say they will be done. Nice surprise for a chain you never really hear much about. My new go-​to location for quick pizza.

So here’s my review. I have not eaten here nor will I based on the above bad reviews. They are in my neighborhood and convenient but what’s the point of Unilocal if not to take some good advice when given? The manager seems like a jerk and I want him to know his reputation has cost him business. There are too many pizza places to settle for this waste of space. Going elsewhere.

I love Papa Johns and my experience with this one here was a nightmare. First off the owner is a douchebag and seems to think that fighting with customers is a way to stay in business. This guy had the nerve to tell me that the pizza I got that had 1 pepperoni on each slice of pizza was acceptable when I complained that there was not enough on the pizza when I picked it up. He had the nerve to come out from behind the counter to confront me dropping F-​bombs all over the place saying that I was a stupid American.
I reported this owner to the corporate headquarters and will seek some sort of refund for this order placed and or compensation as any one would expect. Dont go to this establishment and it you do, prepare to box with the owner named Fred.

I’m baffled by these other reviews, I always have an amazing experience at this Papa John’s! I’m a regular and have never had a single complaint. My pizza is made quickly, the workers are always kind and helpful, and the food is always great! I would and have recommended this place! The Spinach Alfredo pizza is my favorite :-)

READ THIS BEFORE YOU EAT THIS GARBAGE!!! I ordered a large pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom. Half way through the pizza I bit into something hard! I spit it out and it appears to be a piece of wood, yes WOOD! Wtf is wood doing in my pizza? So friggin nasty! So I called em up, the manager said he’d refund me and give me 25% off my next order of wood chips… Never again I told him.
