Incredible is the only word for this Company and its employees. Hard to believe but they keep getting better and better. Today was our regular six month «check-​up/​servicing». John Ruiz was the technician assigned to us today and he was extremely thorough and competent. He is very personable, pleasant and easy to talk to, but more important — he is very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about this Company and this employee in particular.

I called Service Campions to service my heater, based on their 5 star reviews on Unilocal.I was very pleasantly surprised that for such a young man, their technician Jackson K., was so knowledgeable. I knew nothing about heaters and he explained in detail how a furnace works and what all the parts do to make it work efficiently. We discussed a maintenance contract and based on the quality of today’s service, I gladly agreed. Jackson was very thorough and worked on my system for two hours. I feel relieved that my system is in good hands.
I would like to add to my previous review. I called Service Champions today because I was concerned about an unusually loud sound when I turned on my heater. Heather was very professional and friendly and assured me that I would receive prompt service. James N. was dispatched and after examining my unit determined I needed a small, but very necessary part and replaced it at no charge. He also checked all my vents to make sure I was getting the proper amount of heat in each room. He was very professional, courteous and extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I am so happy I signed a contract with this company and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing service.

I had service champions tune up my a/​c for $ 69.00 in the summer by Mr. J. He did an excellent job and really cleaned up my unit. Asked service champions to do the same to my furnace this winter Mr. C came and started yelling real loud and asked my 4 times
if I wanted to buy his monthly service for $ 15,99. I told him no every time.
He said he calibrated my heaters and took pictures of the furnace. I asked him to show me the pictures because he said I would be having a problem if it over heated again. Yes, It blew up a capacitor 3 years ago and I replaced it. When he showed me the pictures of my furnace he had to scroll down his pictures to show me a burned mark on a furnace. It should of been the first picture in his phone. He tried to sell me a new furnace.
His report came back with large case letters again, yelling at me in a report. saying carbon monoxide can kill you if you do not buy a new furnace. I called two A/​C companies and they both said Service Champions technicians make a large commission if they sell A/​C units and furnaces. Both companies said nothing was wrong with my furnace but my ducting work is old but not leaking. Mr. C. said my ducting was recalled and had leaks all over the place. I went up into the attic when the other companies were up there with Joe and he said he could not find any leaks or even tracks that he walked around up there. I will never trust Service Champions in my house again. If they say you need a new unit. Please have a second opinion on their claim and have them put it in writing not an email. My email document disappeared from my mail box. Look at all the bad reviews and it will show a pattern of how Service Champions wanting to replace units instead of fixing them. Now they want to replace all duct work and put in a new blower for free. I still do not trust this company and will not let them into my house.

We had an emergency this weekend when our furnace died. The tech came out early on a Sunday Morning and didn’t leave until late afternoon until everything was working again. Very pleased with the work and how great the tech was with us understanding our needs. Thank you for making us warm again!

So, we badly needed maintenance on our furnace. We’ve been in the house for 19 years and have never serviced the furnace! I know, shame on us. My mother called Service Champions and scheduled an early appt Saturday morning. Ugh! Early Saturday morning. A knock on the door wakes me up. I open it and Joe H is there all smiles and ready to work. He was very considerate of the fact that it was early. Big plus! He explained what was wrong with the furnace (see, no service for 19 years) and explained the importance of regular maintenance.
What I liked most about Joe H was that he wasn’t intrusive. Some service professionals will kind of take over the area of the house they are working in. He didn’t. He was thorough and quick. Periodically during the service, he’d stop at times to explain what he did and what he is about to do and why. He was patient and answered all of our questions and we had quite a few.
After he left, my mother and I discussed the service and our experience with Service Champions. She said that even the woman she scheduled the service call with was pleasant, patient and informative. Suffice to say, we’re fans and will be looking to Service Champions for service in the future. Keep up the good work!

My initial service was a little bumpy. Without getting into detail, once my concerns and issues were known by Service Champions management they contacted me with an offer to make things right. In today’s world where Customer Service is almost nonexistent, this meant quite a bit to me.
Everyone, and even a Company, can have an off day. it’s how we handle those issues, and those affected, afterwards that speaks volumes towards character. Service Champions made a concerted effort to ensure my issues and initial problem were resolved and to my satisfaction. In response to my issues they sent a Rep out to address my concerns and make sure I came away a much happier customer. This is not something many companies do anymore. it was very much appreciated. Thanks to everyone at Service Champions who addressed my issues and concerns, and I’m more than happy to let others know that Service Champions truly embraces Customer Service.

My heater wouldn’t engage/​turn on. I did my due diligence and read through Unilocal reviews to attempt to find a company that could help me without «taking me to the cleaners.» The reviews led me to believe that while they may charge a premium, they stand by their work and don’t need to resort to extortion tactics to stay in business. As a woman who does her homework and performs most of her own home repairs, I hate inviting strangers into my home. I don’t know much about air conditioner/​heating and I know better than to mess with that. As a result, I reluctantly placed the call and set an appointment with your company.
My experience was excellent from the moment I picked up my phone. The man who answered was friendly and knowledgeable as he asked a variety of questions and began to walk me through the trouble shooting steps. I informed him that I already attempted the via You Tube and he was satisfied. I appreciate his respect toward me and my claim that I did my due diligence. He then set an appointment for the next day.
The service provider Angel was right on time. His knowledge and skill were immediately evident as he was able to diagnose the issue in no time at all. He told me that my thermostat was the issue and that it needed to be replaced. He showed me why the heat wouldn’t turn on by manually connecting the proper wires and I knew he was right on the money. He said he could replace it for me but when I told him that I am handy and like to do many of my own repairs he agreed that it would be a more cost effective strategy for me. He helped me understand the concepts of the wires and told me what to expect and look for when I went to purchase my new thermostat. After he left I purchased and replaced the thermostat on my own and sure enough I have heat!
Honesty and integrity are hard to come by in this world filled by greed and need. Thank you Angel for your skill and wisdom. It is evident that your company has a value set that earns my trust. I will be a return customer when I inevitably need help again. Thank you!

It was our second visit from the company and the first by Steven M. He was professional yet also personable. Didn’t try to recommend any unnecessary upgrade or fixing. Will ask for him to return on our next scheduled maintenance.

While I do agree that Service Champions has outstanding customer service and their staff are very friendly and respectable, I do take issue with the costs they charge for repairs.
If a cost for repair comes in at a high price, please do some research for yourself and see if it makes sense. My own personal experience now warrants me to double check their prices. My fear is that a customer will end up possibly overpaying way to much for a repair that doesn’t need to cost so much. A second opinion may me necessary.
I don’t like writing a review like this for a company that has such good customer service but if I didn’t tell people about this I wouldn’t be a good citizen to others.

I have to take the time and revise my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars.
Today I had a scheduled visit from Daniel P. to fix our furnace. He was on time just as he was on our first visit and was able to successfully fix the issue in a very short time. Great man, very friendly, and great work ethics. Highly recommend him as a technician!
In addition, his supervisor Jeff B. accompanied him to ensure that all the work is complete to my satisfaction. Jeff went above and beyond any customer service I have received before. He made sure I received what I need and saved me money in the process. He also fixed the two items that the installers had not completed (see comments in original post).
I would like to thank everyone on the team that has helped my family and I stay warm for the holidays. We appreciate all your hard work and cooperation.

Last week I had Daniel P. come out to diagnose my heater that wouldn’t work. He was able to identify the issue. While in the attic, he was able to look around and determine if any additional work needs to be done. Daniel suggested replacement of the ducts as they were originally installed in 1991 and had not been serviced or cleaned over the years. My family would be inhaling all the dust and dirt from the attic every time we turned on the system, not to mention that we were losing most of the heat/​cool into the attic due to the tears on the old ducts.
The following day his supervisor (Patrick) came by and worked with us to come up with the most affordable and logical plan for our home. He was extremely helpful, honest and very easy to work with. Excellent customer service.
Two days later the installers and the new ducts arrived. Louis A. and Javier L. Arrived on time and worked from 9 – 5. Completing the job on time, they cleaned up after themselves and made sure the house stayed clean as they worked. They worked around my kids nap schedule and were very considerate.
The reason I only gave 4 stars is there were two minor items that the installation team missed (or maybe didn’t know they needed to do as part of the job). In all cases, this means I have to be available once again for the team to come out to the house and spend a few more hours working. Just a small inconvenience.
Overall, the entire team did a great job working with us and I highly recommend Service Champions!!! Thank you to the entire team for your excellent work, honesty, and customer service.

Daniel and Alan did a great job as the final installation crew of our AC/​Furnace replacement. Everything works better than expected and they left my attic cleaner than when they arrived.

Our house and it’s heater is vintage 1953. After
doing my fair share of trouble shooting why the heater stopped heating, I chose Service Champions to hopefully apply some band aids to make it work. Naturally this situation took place when our weather was very cold and with a budget that didn’t allow buying this sort of thing during the Xmas season.
Their HVAC guy, Eric Uhart, came out and confirmed the heater was belly up. The good news though was a program to help with the high cost of a new system. It is amortized over 15 years and paid along with your property taxes. It also had some state and federal tax credits. This is called the Home Energy Renovation Option and after less than 15 minutes, we were approved with total installation the next day.
Suffice it to say, Eric was great. His high level of professionalism, experience and training was apparent. This company is top drawer.
The installation boys, Robert and Kyle did a very professional job. The Lennox heater is state of the art and we couldn’t be happier.

Victor R. was a true champion today. Not only did he thoroughly service our heating and ac unit he fixed our washing machine which needed the legs brought down to level it! What a gentleman.

I recently called Service Champions for the first time to service our heater. They answered the phone promptly and were very friendly and thorough. Michael Olivas came to our home to service the heater. He was very friendly, polite and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He was very thorough and the service definitely exceeded our expectations. We are very pleased with the work he did and with Service Champions and they are the only company that we will call for future service and repairs. We will have them back out in the spring to service the air conditioner. I wish that more companies were like them. They are so trustworthy, honest and genuinely care about their customers and about doing quality work. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Had a great first impression and experience with George Azze with our furnace cleaning. It was comfortable talking to George. He was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. No pressure. We definitely plan to give Service Champions our business again.

I’m picky… really picky about who I use for maintenance in our home. I need dependable, honest technicians who are licensed. I love the guys that Service Champions sends over, especially Steve. He deserves a shout out!

I was greeted by Joe Hernandez at my front door with the smile on him that made me feel like he was really happy to be here.
Joe was professional and every way walking me through all the steps that he was conducting during the cleaning of my heating system. He walked me through everything he found and explained it to me in a way that was easy for non professional to understand.
Joe was very very knowledgeable about the services that he was providing. And made sure that he didn’t walk away until he knew that I understood exactly what he was saying which was very refreshing.
I started with this company just under a year ago and I have to say that I have been very pleased with all the services that they have provided to us as well as with the serviceman who have come to perform the jobs.

I have had a different experience than most with Service Champions. I had them put in a complete new system including changing out the duct work. I have had problems with the system and had to fight with Service Champions to standby their work. I have had to have the system filled with coolant every other year since they installed it due to a pin hole leak. The last time I had them out they wanted to charge me over $ 500 because their inexperienced tech didn’t know what he was doing.
My caution to you is they don’t stand behind their installation work. You would expect more when you spend over 11 grand with a company that claims to put service of their customers first.

This company has the Nordstrom best customer service in the Heating and Air Conditioning business, Nordstrom is of course best known for their motto «the customer is always right». It’s a win win situation for owner and customers.
I had my heating system serviced several times since 1991 then in 2007 we had it serviced and found out we were close to having a disaster, we had a new furnace installed and never had problems since. Each time, service was prompt and the work was done professionally.
Recently we needed service on our air conditioning during this heat wave, we were happy we could get an appointment soon thereafter. I was very impressed the company called back to follow up to make sure we were completely satisfied, there was some misunderstanding and Roddy, the manager immediately came to the phone to resolve the matter.
The service is phenomenal, the company does stand by their product, workmanship and overall service, it’s rare in today to have such a level of service and guarantee of complete satisfaction. You have complete peace of mind you are in good hands, I highly recommend Service Champions for all your need in heating and air condition.
I have recommended SC to neighbors and will put in a good word in my social media circle of friends.
